Wow. A friend of mine referred me to Jesters Hearing. So I made an appointment to be assessed for Hearing aids. This is a family business. The son Jeremy was pretty much in charge at this time. Very nice working with Jeremy. I found him very knowledgeable and accommodating. Jeremy was able to give me the same high level Hearing aids with Bluetooth at half the price that the ENT office quoted! The hearing aids have rechargeable batteries which is so so convenient. I definitely recommend Jesters Hearing.

He took the time to ask all the pertinent questions needed to access my hearing. The hearing test itself was thorough and I felt it was accurate. Lee gave me several options for hearing devices. I never once felt pressured to buy. He sincerely cares about people and their hearing. I would recommend him highly to anyone. Definitely an asset to Miracle-Ear.

Teresa Hobold came to the locked front door with a really bad attitude. She pointed to a paper sign on the door that said closed for lunch from 12:00 to 12:30 and turned and stormed off. Printed on the door it says Business Hours Thursday 8am-4 pm. Nothing about closing for lunch. It was 12:20. When she did open the door she said "I have very good hearing and heard everything you said. And I'm entitled to lunch" Prior to her opening the door I told my mother "she's sitting right there and won't open the door" apparently this upset Teresa. My mother was there the day before to get her hearing aids looked at because they don't work. The hearing aids were purchased from this location. Teresa said she fixed them, after making my mom go away and come back in an hour. Teresa did not fix them.Thats why I accompanied my mom today. Prior to going to the office I called all the phone numbers to talk to some one or make an appointment. No one answer and as of today, two days later no one has called.Teresa said she would not help my mom without an appointment. When I explained that we both called several times and left a message every time she said "I don't have time to answer the phone or pick up messages". After going back and forth with her just trying to get my moms hearing aids to work Teresa said "I don't put up with this shit and I will never help your mother again". You need to go somewhere else" When I asked for her supervisor she gave me the phone number that goes to the voice mail that she doesn't have time to answer or pick up messages. After repeatedly asking for someone above her she gave me a paper with Beltone Electronics Corporation in Chicago, IL and wrote the name Ross on it. She said she thinks Ross is her supervisor. I would recommend no one ever go to this place or anywhere Teresa works. This is no way to treat an 86 year old women or man that's just trying to be able to hear with hearing aids purchased from this facility.
