When I called to make them to make an appointment gave them my insurance, I have a PPO they take my insurance I have, nothing said about being a large cost. When I get there they tell me it's $150 for my appointment because I have a deductible. Now a month later I'm getting a bill that I owe another $198 for the appointment. I called the office and ask how much a cash payment is $150 for a first visit $120 after that. I tried talking to billing and because I have insurance with a deductible that isn't covering the appointment it costing me over twice as much to be seen as if I didn't have the appointment. I went to this appointment only to get established with the Dr. and get paperwork to have general blood work. The Dr. I saw was rude and also didn't order the certain blood tests I had requested so I had planned on not returning to the office before I found out I was being grossly overcharged.

This last incident left me stunned. Went in November of 25 to see about new glasses. At the time of the examination, I was told there was bleeding behind my eyes. At this time, I feel the examination should have stopped, instead, I was encouraged to seek frames. I picked 2 pair. A pair for reading and a pair of sunglasses. I went into the hospital shortly, and received a call to pick up. I picked in timely manner. But as the girl was fitting me, I told her I couldn't see out of them. She told me to try them for 30 days, and if it got no better, come back. When I went back, the doctor examined my eyes again and told me, there was more bleeding. I was seeing out of them at the time, and would have to purchase new glasses all over. Spoke with a manager, who advised me to see the eye doctor and make sure everything was ok. It took some time to get the doctors appointment. I spoke back with the manager, who began to backpeddeĺ, something about their 30 day warranty. I live on a fixed income, and dont have money to throw to the wind. I eel, I am not a doctor. Before collecting my money, the should've given me an option to proceed, or not.
