Doctor seemed nice enough, but didn't take the time to gather background information as to why I was there, and I left without any of my concerns being addressed. When I asked a question, she just agreed with me (which did not answer my question - it seemed like she wasn't even listening to what I asked. And I felt like she was walking me out like our time was over, even though she barely spent 15 minutes with me for tests - almost no questions asked to why I was there) I would have been more insistent and repeated my question and followed up with any other concerns I had written down for the appointment, but she was clearly sick (her front office assistant was clearly sick too) and neither were wearing masks so I felt the need to get out quick anyways. I started sneezing not even 30 minutes after I left. I waited over 2 months for this appointment, and even to cancelled a trip to see family because I didn't want to wait longer than necessary to be seen. Very disappointed. read more

Both, the Doctor and the technician were friendly and considerate of my pain level for a 1 year follow up after an explosion. They both knew exactly what they were doing and offered a great deal of information. In the past year, I've seen several hearing professionals but I'd never been to a Sonus. I hope my injury never leads to the need for hearing aids but if it did, I'd go to the Hemet Sonus first. I just really liked these people. read more

I rarely give reviews. It's just me. But when a team provides outstanding and excellent service I would be remiss not to give them credit where credit is due. I went to this office in Hemet from a Doctor's referral. It has been the best referral for my hearing. I have seen three different receptionists since I started here. ALL of them were professional, courteous, friendly and showed personal interests to my needs. Jacob is truly outstanding. He listened carefully to how I work and suggested the perfect hearing aids. His customer service is fantastic. His servicing of my units is quick and efficient. I live over 40 minutes from his office, but I won't go to any other location. If I could give this place a lower score i would. It took months to get an exam which at this point i found out caused my daughter to lose her hearing with the referal wait time for an appointment causing permanent irreparable damage to my 11 year old daughters hearing. I got referred here in for my 11 year old daughter who had 3 other hearing tests. Not only did this place determine she needed hearing aids, telling me she had permanent damage and would wear hearing aids for the rest of her life, which is not in any family genetics or history of anyone having a hearing problem, but the irresponsibility of not doing any type of follow up and stating they would put in a referral for her to having hearing aids was not only not done, but they actually DID NOT CONTACT ME AT ALL, nor give me a emailed copy of my daughter's hearing aid exam as promised, which was ridiculous. Then after a WEEK of contacting my insurance and asking about the referral from the doctor, which was non where to be found by the insurance provider by this doctor. I had gone out of my way to contact the hearing aid office, only to find out that they not only did not put in a request for my daughter's hearing aids with the insurance company, but they actually said they could not put in a request, until she saw yet a 4th doctor which was not even explained nor called about or given notice and started arguing with me about this fact, as if I was supposed to some how be a doctor and contact another doctor myself with no information or exam results and me not being a doctor. This is not costing my daughter even more precious time which could result in her losing full hearing ability with all this time wasting and negligence. It honestly ridiculously. That is why my review would be 0 if I could. Would not recommend anyone go here unless they want major problems and negligence. read more

Jacob and his receptionist were so exceptionally nice!!! They treated my 7 year old daughter, the patient, like royalty while addressing the many questions of her curious mind. In this day and age, it is rare to find people working in health care or in customer service that are genuinely nice. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone!!!!! read more

I genuinely appreciate everything Kathy Vasquez has done for me. You can tell she truly cares for her patients the moment you walk into the door when you are greeted by refreshments, a water feature, and a TV playing some of the classics. She really took time to appropriately test me and was very honest about the pricing. Other places run gimmicks to get you in, offering low prices, but then tack on a bunch of extras in the end which put you right back at the original price. Kathy does not do that. She is also great with quickly answering questions and repairing anything quickly and efficiently. I have recommended her to many, some of whom come all the way from Irvine to see her. Don't waste your time anywhere else. read more
