I normally go to Tijuana to get Botox and Fillers But a girl recommended this place and i booked for Botox and Fillers (and by fillers i meant my jawline) I drove from the High Desert and ofcourse had to ask for the day off So i can be told the girl that does the jawline wasnt in It was a big bummer cuz i did booked for that and wasted time and gas Just ended up getting botox The girls are nice friendly But i wont be back since i guess even though you booked is not for sure you will get it done. read more

I have gone to this location a few times and spent thousands of dollars. This last time I went to get my lips filled and they were uneven on the bottom ( there's a bump on the left and not on the right ) . I waited for the swelling to go down, but still it was noticeable. I sent in photos to glam lab on IG. And they said to come in for a follow up appointment. ( didn't mention about any charges ) when I called they said it would be $99. I said it. I just need to get a little bit on the bottom to get it even out. It wouldn't take very much. They still didn't want to fix the mistake. They did very disappointed will not be going back there. I've gotten my lips done several times and never had uneven lips and I feel I should not have to pay to fix the mistake. read more

I am definitely impressed with their willingness to correct my concerns with a previous visit. I was not happy with my service, and they went above and beyond to fix all my issues. They were genuine about making sure I left the office happy with my service and results. These days, it's hard to find good customer service, but here they made it a priority. I went here for a facial and lip injections. I have had my lips done before at another location. The other place, let's say it hurt really bad. And that place over booked. You were nothing but a number there. Here, I was not rushed. She used a technique that made the lip injection tolerable, didn't feel much pain. Also the facial was nice.
