I have gone to this location a few times and spent thousands of dollars. This last time I went to get my lips filled and they were uneven on the bottom ( there's a bump on the left and not on the right ) . I waited for the swelling to go down, but still it was noticeable. I sent in photos to glam lab on IG. And they said to come in for a follow up appointment. ( didn't mention about any charges ) when I called they said it would be $99. I said it. I just need to get a little bit on the bottom to get it even out. It wouldn't take very much. They still didn't want to fix the mistake. They did very disappointed will not be going back there. I've gotten my lips done several times and never had uneven lips and I feel I should not have to pay to fix the mistake. read more

Excellent customer service. The ladies are very friendly and courteous. They are well organized and making an appointment was super easy. I liked the variety of treatments being offered. Definitely will be coming back. read more

Went there a few months back to try and work on getting my little double chin diminished with kybella, I listened to the aftercare advice and did exactly as told for absolutely nothing to change.. $350 later.. n I hear how some of these places will cheap out and inject water instead of what the customers are actually paying for so they make pure profit read more

During my visit I met with Griselda and discussed options and concerns. She listened and offered her professional opinion. She was very kind and professional, i felt that she was genuine in her approach.. This experience for me was amazing. I have recommended my co workers to her. However sadly I booked another appointment after this but was not able to make it and was blocked from their IG account. But I will continue to reffer to Griselda because i am so happy with my results. read more

I am definitely impressed with their willingness to correct my concerns with a previous visit. I was not happy with my service, and they went above and beyond to fix all my issues. They were genuine about making sure I left the office happy with my service and results. These days, it's hard to find good customer service, but here they made it a priority. The prices are also very reasonable. I will definitely be continuing my beauty care with them in the future. read more

First time going to San Jacinto with Griselda! Loved her and the facility made me feel at ease and had a great experience

Got a PRF EZ Gel undereye filler treatment and I absolutely love the results. Nurse Shelby is amazing !!! I let her know that I just wanted to fill in the hollow of my eyes and to please not go overboard since I have naturally high cheekbones and too much tends to look unnatural on me. She did not disappoint!! I highly recommend her and everyone at the Glam Lab team!! read more

Once again , exceeded my expectations ! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff ! Will definitely continue to keep coming

I have been going here for over a year now and I am always satisfied with the service I receive. I am also never sold a service I do not need. The staff is so friendly. I have taken several friends with me and we are quite happy with everything we have ever gotten! read more

I drove a hour to get my lips done for my b day didn't work out. I guess they couldn't do a dental block for me like I asked

I went here for a facial and lip injections. I have had my lips done before at another location. The other place, let's say it hurt really bad. And that place over booked. You were nothing but a number there. Here, I was not rushed. She used a technique that made the lip injection tolerable, didn't feel much pain. Also the facial was nice. I highly recommend this place. read more

Amazing nurses to start off with and the atmosphere is so uplifting and fun when you walk in. I got a couple of services with Botox and fillers and everything looks natural. They did not try to sell more Botox or any other service. I inquired about a couple other things and they informed me about all my options. I never felt pressured to purchase more or purchase something that I didn't want. They listened when I said that I didn't want massive amounts of filler and Botox in certain places. This is huge because every day more and more doctors are telling you to go bigger and put more and more filler!! Thank you for such a great experience and for the wonderful work done. I most definitely will be coming back and taking advantage of the other services they provide. read more

So I wasn't going to write a review but since I was blocked on instagram after inquiring about a touch up since my phone calls weren't returned and I tried going in and they weren't open. I was somewhat happy with my lips but Botox really didn't take, I have a ton of movement in my forehead and my 11's still. When I called today they said oh well we only do 5 units for a touch up. Well my experience from a previous place in Temecula touched up what needed to be not just a certain amount and weren't rude about it. Now I'm stuck with looking like I didn't even get Botox. And when I first did it I got really bad bruises on my forehead and in between my 11's was really swollen, this also didn't happen my prior two experiences elsewhere and makes me wonder if placement wasn't correct or something but I'm really upset after all said and done. I thought I got a great deal for Black Friday and now turns out I just got an all around bad experience. read more
