I have gone to this location a few times and spent thousands of dollars. This last time I went to get my lips filled and they were uneven on the bottom ( there's a bump on the left and not on the right ) . I waited for the swelling to go down, but still it was noticeable. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I sent in photos to glam lab on IG. And they said to come in for a follow up appointment[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. ( didn't mention about any charges ) when I called they said it would be $99. I said it. I just need to get a little bit on the bottom to get it even out. It wouldn't take very much. They still didn't want to fix the mistake. They did very disappointed will not be going back there. I've gotten my lips done several times and never had uneven lips and I feel I should not have to pay to fix the mistake. read more

Amazing nurses to start off with and the atmosphere is so uplifting and fun when you walk in. I got a couple of services with Botox and fillers and everything looks natural. They did not try to sell more Botox or any other service. I inquired about a couple other things and they informed me about all my options. I never felt pressured to purchase more or purchase something that I didn't want. They listened when I said that I didn't want massive amounts of filler and Botox in certain places. This is huge because every day more and more doctors are telling you to go bigger and put more and more filler!! Thank you for such a great experience and for the wonderful work done. So I wasn't going to write a review but since I was blocked on instagram after inquiring about a touch up since my phone calls weren't returned and I tried going in and they weren't open. I was somewhat happy with my lips but Botox really didn't take, I have a ton of movement in my forehead and my 11's still. When I called today they said oh well we only do 5 units for a touch up. Well my experience from a previous place in Temecula touched up what needed to be not just a certain amount and weren't rude about it. Now I'm stuck with looking like I didn't even get Botox. And when I first did it I got really bad bruises on my forehead and in between my 11's was really swollen, this also didn't happen my prior two experiences elsewhere and makes me wonder if placement wasn't correct or something but I'm really upset after all said and done. I thought I got a great deal for Black Friday and now turns out I just got an all around bad experience. read more
