I was looking around for custom earplugs for motorcycle riding and found Infinite Hearing Solutions. Whitney runs the front of house and is helpful person who will try to get you in ASAP! Ryan runs the back of house and is responsible for your hearing needs. He helped me select what product was best for motorcycle riding. We settled on filtered earplugs! The molding process was super quick and the product arrived at their office in 2 weeks. The final fitting was a quick 15-minute check-up. I love my earplugs and would recommend them to anyone looking for custom motorcycle earplugs! read more

So, I knew for quite a while that I had been losing my hearing, and it was becoming more difficult to follow conversations. I was pretty hesitant to get a audio test done. I just really didn't want to admit my hearing health was not up to par. I visited several hearing centers, took multiple tests and they all seemed to push the basic standard aids. They all had them right there ready to sell you and send you on your way. I didn't know much about the different styles, options or manufacturers. I started doing a bit more research on what was available, what styles would look and fit best for me. All the while, I was very self-conscious about what I would look like wearing them. This created more hesitance to get help with my hearing. That was until I found Infinite Hearing Solutions. I like to support small or family-owned businesses and Infinite was both. Their website displayed many other options they offered, and I called them. From the first call, Whitney was super pleasant and outgoing. She assured us there were plenty of options, choices and styles that they offered. I made the appointment. On the first visit, Ryan did a very comprehensive, audio test. I had done several before coming to Infinite so, I knew this was a better test. He reviewed the results with me and explained in detail where I was with my hearing loss. I mentioned I was concerned about the esthetics of wearing aids so, we tried the over the ear style. I was given the option to wear then for 45 days and see how I felt. Sort of a trial run. I returned for some sound adjustments and wore them a couple more weeks. I was impressed on how well I could hear with a little help from the aids. I work in a multiple noise, constant sound changing environment, I put on, take off particle masks, wear ear muffs, blasts of air constantly happening and the smaller over the ear aids were just not right for me. I returned for a follow-up and mentioned to Whitney and Ryan what challenges I was facing. Ryan showed me the custom molded in the canal style and they really looked like ear buds. By this time, I was over the self-conscious part of wearing hearing aids. I was on board and Ryan made the mold samples, sent them off and the following week, I had my new custom aids. Ryan spent a good amount of time making adjustments, reviewing the cleaning, care, and explained these had the trial period as well. I was amazed that even with one off, custom molded aids, they offered the same option. They let me know they were not just fitting me and sending me off but, there is a 3-year service package that they have with my choice. That includes all visits, any adjustments, maintenance and so on. I did not have those options from any of the others I visited. Overall, Ryan and Whitney run their practice with the intentions of giving the best possible customer service. They are not trying to just sell you the most expensive or the cheapest aids but, they want the best fit and comfort possible for their clients. By the third visit with the customs, Ryan has my custom fit aids really dialed in to give me the most natural sound possible. I could not be more satisfied with how this whole thing turned out. I hear my grandkids more clearly; I follow conversations better and my over all hearing health is better. There are even times when I'm not wearing them and I feel lost. If you're on the fence about your hearing health, take it from someone who was definitely on the fence, kicking and screaming to do this, I'm glad I found Infinite Hearing solutions. Give them a try, you'll be glad you did. They are wonderful people and really do have the client's best interest in mind. read more

I cannot recommend Infinite Hearing Solutions enough. Ryan and Whitney are amazing and I am happy to have them as my hearing professionals.

I am an experienced hearing aid user of over 25 years, having been fitted with three different brands of hearing aids in three different cities. When we moved to Temecula I needed a local hearing aid provider. I have always preferred family-owned and operated businesses in close proximity to where I live. Since the first phone call to Infinite Hearing Solutions to further appointments for a new hearing aid, the new technology they offer, a hearing test in a up-to-date and sophisticated hearing booth, to being form-fitted for a new hearing aid, to excellent service, compassion of my hearing issues, product knowledge, professionalism, and the quality of follow-up care made me thankful and appreciative of the time Ryan took to explain my hearing graph and the brand he recommended is comfortable and fits my needs. The entire process was fantastic. Ryan and Whitney are a high-quality pair who seamlessly work together to make your visits enjoyable, while fitting you with your individualized requirements. I highly recommend Infinite Hearing Solutions for anyone needing hearing care. read more

I fought getting hearing aids for some time now. Two of my closest friends recommended Phonak. Infinite carries that brand and they take my insurance. I couldn't be happier. My wife is happy too! Thanks so much!!! Well done. read more

Following two prior unsuccessful experiences with hearing aids--and knowing I needed them--I went into Infinite Hearing Solutions with a skeptical attitude. It quickly became apparent that Ryan was thorough, knowledgeable, and thoughtful in his testing. He took time to explain the testing results and the hearing aids he recommended. After his expert adjustments to the hearing aids, I left the office enjoying sounds I had been missing for so long. Ryan and Whitney scheduled follow-up appointments for little tweaks as I got used to the hearing aids and my hearing just keeps getting better. I couldn't be happier with Infinite Hearing Solutions--I unconditionally recommend them! read more

I'm so grateful that I found a business that could help me protect my ears from the loud noises at work and keep me sleeping at night. As a dental hygienist, I'm exposed to LOUD noises all dang day...so I know it'll accumulate and cause me to be one of those ladies who are constantly yelling .. what ? What ? WHAT? I hopped over to Infinite hearing solutions and got a free hearing test from Brian. He suggested getting ear impressions and getting custom hearing protection. When I asked about super power ones that can block my hubby's earth shattering snoring, he said he could make me custom ear plugs and use the same impression, so I'd only pay for one impression fee. Two weeks later, they came back for a quick visit for a fitting and he showed me how to keep it clean. Now I can sleep soundly at night.... And go to work without worrying about damage to my ears. Thanks, guys!!!! Hubby and I are VERY appreciative read more

Having a severe hearing deficit for the past several years I visited 2-3 other Audiologists always resulting in the same way expensive equipment that did not aide my hearing and a very limited effort from the Audiologists. Ryan and Whitney are absolutely the best and possessing patience beyond anyone I had encountered. We did experiment with some different products and Ryan diligently refused to allow my hearing experience to be anything but perfect. Today my hearing is better then ever and I have some of the coolest aides ever which perform without a miss. I highly recommend Infinite Hearing for all your hearing needs or questions. This local family business has the right approach to giving their patients the highest level of customer service. From the moment I spoke with Whitney and Ryan it was obvious customer care is of the utmost importance to them. Whitney made me feel welcomed from the moment I spoke with her on the phone. She made a prompt appointment for me and explained what to expect during my first and subsequent appointments. Ryan spent considerable time with me on my first appointment thoroughly answering my questions, testing my hearing, explaining the results, and reviewing my options (including financing options). Ryan explained each step of the tests prior to testing. He made me feel at ease from the git-go. At no time did I feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. Price points are competitive with options available. The hearing tests were extensive and non-invasive. Results were immediately explained to me in layman's terms using charts and graphs to clarify the findings. Sample hearing aids were available to me during the appointment. I felt comfortable enough to purchase my first set of hearing aids at this appointment. Molds were taken of each ear canal, and I was told it would be approx. 2 weeks before the custom hearing aids would be available. They arrived in 1 week and Whitney promptly called to set up an appointment to receive my new "ears". On my second appointment, Ryan spent 1 1/2 hours making sure my hearing aids fit perfectly, installing the app on my phone, explaining how to properly insert the hearing aids, etc. Again, at no time did I feel rushed, and all my questions were answered thoroughly and in layman's terms. Standard practice with their patients once they receive hearing aids is to return in 1 week after receiving them, then another appointment in 3 weeks, and another in 3 months to continue making adjustments as necessary to have optimal hearing. Additionally, I was encouraged to call Ryan and Whitney with any questions, concerns, or problems at any time. Whitney and Ryan certainly have the "WOW" factor at the forefront of their patient relationships. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Infinite Hearing Solutions as a hearing aid provider. read more

I am so grateful to have found Whitney and Ryan. My son has been struggling with finding a proper hearing aid and we had basically given up. We had gone to a larger hearing place and left confused and disappointed, yet still having spent the money on hearing aids that weren't right for my son and his situation. After going to Infinite Hearing Solutions we have never been so happy. They worked with us until we figured out the best solution for my son's hearing aids. It was the best experience we've ever had and I cannot express how truly grateful I am to them for finding a way that my son can now hear things he's been missing for years. Don't go anywhere else, you'll never get the personalized experience you will here. read more

A couple of months ago I wasn't sure if I needed a hearing aid or not, even though my wife knew that I did. So I reluctantly called Infinite Hearing Solutions and spoke with Whitney and asked her a boatload of questions. She was friendly, welcoming, patient and knowledgeable, and answered every single question I had to my satisfaction. At that point, I knew I had contacted the right person and place. At my first visit I met Ryan, a certified auditory professional. Both he and Whitney asked me a lot of questions to determine why I was there and how I perceived my needs. Ryan then put me through a battery of state-of-the-art auditory tests in a sound proof booth and precisely charted my auditory strengths and weaknesses. I had certainly lost some hearing ability in the higher frequencies. Based on their initial questions and my test results, Ryan was able to knowledgeably recommend the best hearing device for my needs. They ordered the device, had it fitted specifically to my ears, and then adjusted the settings specifically for my hearing profile. As part of their service there are a few initial visits to adjust the settings to get them just right, and yearly auditory testing, not to mention you can call or visit them anytime you have the need. If you want the personable support of a family owned business and the in-depth knowledge that Ryan and Whitney bring to the table, I highly recommend Infinite Hearing Solutions. I know I've been happy with the results. read more

I am not prone to making recommendations; however, in the case of Infinite Hearing Solutions, the positive experience I had requires my doing so. After several failed attempts by other audiologists to effectively program my hearing aids, the provider, Ryan David, was able to correctly, effectively, and optimally fine tune them with the end result that I am hearing better than I have since I began wearing hearing aids. He combines his audiological knowledge with state of the art technological equipment and expertise to program the hearing aids. Moreover, he pays attention to detail. The end result is that he provides a positive outcome for each patient. read more

Ryan and Whitney are utmost professional, kind, and genuinely care for their patients' hearing needs. They helped reprogram my father's hearing aid that another hearing facility was not willing to reprogram despite numerous visits with them (a span of months). I gave Ryan a brief synopsis of what happened at the previous facility and he knew right away how to resolve the issue. That same day, I waited for a few minutes while Ryan reprogrammed the hearing aid and just like that, it was done. Resolved in a few minutes, not months. No unnecessary/unproductive visits. Ryan and Whitney listened to us, understood the problem and happily and efficiently resolved it! read more
