Dr White and her staff are knowledgeable and very professional. I have a very complicated medical background. Dr White sent me for a bunch of testing so she could be able to give me accurate answers regarding my pulmonary issues. They were able to do many of the tests in their office. The respiratory therapist was able to show me better ways to ensure my inhaler was getting in to my lungs. I also had my sleep study done in their office. The gentleman that helped me was kind and patient. He answered any questions that he could. He also asked me questions about my sleep study which made me feel more confident in the process. Dr White has also had interns in with her and they have been very kind and professional. Dr White was able to diagnose that I have a paralyzed diaphragm and I know from previous x rays that I have had this for 5 years that no one before had bothered to diagnose. I will be getting a review of more tests next week. So far this has been one of the best experiences I have had in a Drs office. Dr White was through in looking thru what my other specialists had done so she could be as accurate as possible in her final diagnosis. So far so good I am glad my general practitioner sent me to her. She always spends time to see if I had questions regarding what we have done so far and she has never rushed me out. I have been looking for pulmonology reviews, and I seem to just be getting sleep apnea patient reviews. So far, I am a new pulmonology patient with Dr. White and I absolutely love her and all of the staff. I wasn't very nice. One of the times I was in. I'm stressed out and the staff was so understanding and help me calm down. I will place another review as I get further into , my care with Dr. White. I have 85% chance of having cancer and my upper left lobe of my lung so I'm pretty scared. I just wanna get everything over with lol and I know that's not possible, one step at a time. Great clinic and very nice people working there. Unfortunately they do not know how to deal with the military's tri care insurance very well. Doc white seems very knowledgeable and is very kind. I went in and performed a sleep study. Was recommended meds, but they failed to figure it out with tricare and then continue to call and ask how the meds are doing.... Even though they never got them to me. Then when referral runs out your just on your own. They then say to contact your PCM to extend the Referal, for what? To call in another month to see how the meds are doing you never gave me? Probably great for civilians, not recommended for military until they figure their processes out. Very disappointing since I still do not sleep, and they are close to my house. If not for the insurance issues, and problems not being fixed with lack of care on their shortcomings I'd given 5 star. After reading all the glowing reviews of Dr. White, I wish I could say even one good thing about her. I first met Dr. White when she performed my son's biopsy on suspected lung cancer. She spoke to us in the hallway after the biopsy and said she suspected Stage 4 lung cancer because of a "shadow" on a kidney X-ray. Of course, we were devastated AND that suspicion proved untrue! Then it took two weeks for the biopsy report which was also "inclusive" on several issues (especially regarding the discovery of particular cells). She was asked to order molecular/genetic testing on the biopsy, she did NOT do that. Subsequent appointments with oncologists, surgeons and radiology doctors were wasted because Dr. White did not provide complete and adequate test results as requested. THIS IS MY SON'S LIFE!!! and she has been unconcerned and unresponsive to our urgent requests for help. STAY AWAY IF YOU EXPECT HER TO GIVE A DAMN! read more

My name is Kristy and I just want to let anyone who is in need for a Pulmonologist, to see Dr. White at Integra Health in Temecula. I have never come across a more kind and helpful office. I was referred to a Pulmonologist in my area and after looking at the reviews, I decided to do my own search. I came across Integra Health, (Dr. White), in Temecula and checked her out on the internet. I liked what I found and decided to see her. And am I glad I did. The front office is fantastic, The technicians are also very helpful and kind. I couldn't ask for a better staff to work with me. They always return my phone calls. They do in office PFT testing, sleep studies in or out of office, and they have a Psychiatrist in house to help you get through the hard times and to help you quit smoking, and a Respiratory Therapist who is there to not only do testing, but will teach you how to breathe easier. I can not tell you how wonderfully you will be treated and not be pushed aside or rushed like many offices do. They treat you like you were one of their family members. I am so satisfied with their care, that I would not even think of going anywhere else for my pulmonary problems. No question goes unanswered. In a time of turmoil, when you have been given a diagnosis of lung disease and feel alone in this, I don't think any other Pulmonology office could give you more support than this one. I brought my mother-in-law here last week due to her shortness of breath and trouble breathing. The Dr. was very thorough with her diagnosis and explanations as she was patiently going over the charts, test results, and all the details that come it. Mom was also pleasantly surprised at the courtesy displayed by Dr. White as she was able to conduct the visit in my mother's native tongue. Needless to say, that saved me a lot of work and effort from doing the translation. Mom had also complimented the office with all the professional equipment used to test patients. Anyway, we came away highly impressed by the professionalism of the doctor and her impeccable office settings.
