I didn't have high hopes for this place, but I was pleasantly surprised. This might be the new hidden gem of Rosemont. This place prides itself on beers. They make their own which is nice. They make 6 and I got the flight. 2 of the 6 were really good, one was good, but not my type, and three were meh. I wished the beer was a little better, but it was ok. They have a local sangria on tap which is pretty cool so I might go with that next time. The other main "thing" is the pizza and I am happy to say that it was outstanding. We got the pepperoni and the maple bacon (so a red and white). Both were excellent and the dough was perfect. The crust was crunchy on the end and soft on the edge. It was a perfect combo. I loved the pizza here. What a surprise! They were out of a few appetizers so that was a little annoying. We really wanted the bread and somehow that was out which seemed weird. The peppers were also out. I get that ingredients are a little rough to come by and I understand that we came right after Restaurant Week. We landed on the empanadas which were very good! The prices are also a bit on the higher end which might seem a bit much, but not too shabby for the area and since all the food was very good, it lessened that blow! We will be back with the family. The food menu is what lured me in. The atmosphere was a bit different than I expected but this was a nice place to have dinner. While I live relatively near Rosemont, dealing with parking makes it not that quick to get here. Not a big fan of the huge parking garage, but I guess the alternative of no parking is worse. I do appreciate the free parking after validation. I met up with a friend on a Friday night. No reservations but we managed to get seated right away. It was pretty busy. The ambiance is not of a typical brewery. Seeing as they have a real food menu, it is a restaurant really. The noise level is kinda up there. There were really a lot of things I wanted to try. Between the two of us, we ended up with the tuna tartar, calamari, and mushroom pizza. I enjoyed all the food. Calamari was a bit boring, but I've never had calamari anywhere that I was excited about. Watch out for the deep fried jalapenos which caught my friend by surprise. The server warned us about the tartar being too citrusy but that was absolutely not the case. A larger portion would have been nice since there is a lot of non-tuna filler. The pizza was delish! They had cocktails for the non-beer drinker like me. I had the only cider on the menu and a radler. Both were good. The service was overall fine. Slow at times. Maybe they were understaffed. Our beers were just alright. I would say that Crust does a much better job with the food than the beer. Our server was friendly and checked in with us multiple times throughout the night. I went here for the first time tonight. Look like it's a recent addition to rosemont. Google maps shows some other place in the street view and this place if you click certain spot or angles. And the first review here is from February6 2022. So it's fairly new which is why I have never heard of it before. While looking at yelp last night I noticed this place. I decided to give it a try after watching a movie somewhere else close by. It was great. Parking was easy. The lady on the phone said right in front there are some spots. But those were all taken. So to the garage it was. The same one used for the AMC right next door which she said I can par in. It's all connected. Or the fashion outlets on the other side has a garage but the garage infant of the AMC is much close and easier. And also she said they validate. I verified when I got there and they do validate. So I paid nothing for the parking. The lady taking my order was very attentive and friendly. At first I thought 21 dollars for a pizza that is only 6 slices and 12 inches is too much. Even MOD PIZZA is half the price. But this was so much better than that. And it was really filling. No desert needed. Not sure if they had any as I did not try any. My husband and I came here for dinner before a concert and the restaurant definitely still has some kinks to work out. We sat down and ordered drinks followed shortly after by an appetizer (ricotta bites) and entrees (rigatoni vodka & pistachio gnocchi). When I say the appetizer and entrees came out in 5-10 minutes... there's no exaggeration. It definitely took us by surprise and left us feeling like all our food wasn't freshly made. We were in and out within 35 minutes which felt rushed to get someone else seated. Overall: the food and drinks tasted good, noise level was a bit loud, timing felt rushed, menu was priced high for the suburbs. Our experience didn't wow us enough to was to go back. Generous portions, moist chicken in the Cesar salad and tons of veggies in the house salad ! Vodka pasta was delicious though did need to add some red pepper. I like the location and layout of this place. There is plenty of seating. Our experience, however, was odd. We were seated right away and there weren't many people there as we were visiting at an odd time (2pm). Our server was friendly but the whole experience was just off. Our drinks came out at different times and then one of the party's salad came out with the app. No explanation, nothing. Next another in party's lunch came out. All in all each meal came out separate over a period of 30 minutes. We had ordered some fries to go with all our meals. Our server asked if he should put that in when half our meals were out. Again, just not sure what happened but no one seemed alarmed or apologetic and everyone saw what was happening so seemed like maybe it was normal? Food was ok. I had the salad with noddles. There were about 5 noodles in it so really was just mostly a bowl of lettuce. My husband got a pizza and he said it was good but it did have a lot of grease. My group of 4 ordered 2 pizzas and 4 half salads and it was so good but way too much food. The half salads are enough for at least 2-3 people! We loved the Chinese noodle salad. It was unique with cooked noodles in the mix and a perfect peanuty dressing. We tried the gardener red pizza which was topped with fresh veg and it was cooked perfectly with nice crisp and fresh crust! The star was the fig white pizza. They had a banana flavored beer that tasted like dirty socks..... really wasn't good and I couldn't finish it. We ordered 2 appetizers: Burrata: the portion size was fine, but it was lacking flavor. Most places I've had burrata they heat it up a little so it's really gooey and creamy. This was cold and not that good. Tuna chips: this was basically a large pile of tortilla chips with a couple chunks of raw tuna. The chips were super greasy and there was barely any tuna. The flavor actually wasn't too bad but once you are quickly done with the tuna you're left with a ton of chips. Not worth ordering. I got the steak sammmich. It reminded me of a Panini from Panera. It may have been a little bigger than the one at Panera, but double the price.....and lacked flavor. Definitely not worth ordering. First off, the food here was ok. Nothing great, nothing terrible. My beer was pretty good! What I was surprised by was a 3% surcharge added to my bill. I asked the bartender what it was for. Although he wasn't sure he pointed out that this surcharge was mentioned on the menu. Sure enough, the back/bottom of the menu explains that a 3% surcharge is added to all checks. The price of your meal on the menu is not the price you will pay. This is a shady way of getting more money from you. I know it's not a huge amount but it's the principle of it. I can't recommend any restaurant that hopes you won't notice they are charging you an extra made up fee. Pretty unethical way of doing business. read more

First of all, they are a brewery that has a very limited beer menu with low quality beer. My wife got the chicken sandwich with fries. The chicken patty on her sandwich was sooooo thin and was not fresh at all. The fries were bland, soggy, and definitely not new. I had the wings with a side of elotes. The sauce on the wings was so thin and did not even taste like buffalo and the wings were very dry. The elotes came out very cold and tasted like it had been made two weeks prior. Been here twice now, once when it first opened and the second for my mom's birthday dinner. The place is large so it doesn't feel crowded which is really nice and super kid friendly which lately has been at the top of my list. Our boys are 3 and 1 and it was really cool that instead of standard crayons and paper for them to draw, they gave them some pizza dough to play with! I'm not a beer drinker but my husband enjoyed their beer selection, which includes their own beers. But what I can speak to is the pizza! I am actually really picky when it comes to toppings so I always go custom but I actually like the combinations they have here. We sat ourselves down at one of their outdoor tables, scanned the QR and ordered on the Toast app to get a snack. This is where I was truly shocked, but gave the benefit of the doubt. There's a section called "Shareables" and while the prices were high - I assumed it was marked as such, the portion or quantity would be more. I was wrong. Crab rangoon was 8 pieces for $16. With tax and tip - over $20. No water, no plates, no napkins. Served in a to-go box on a bed of lettuce 8 normal sized pieces of crab rangoon, at best, finished in 2 bites. New brewery that just opened up where the Rosemont Hoffbrau Haus used to be. It's got a nice look inside, with plenty of seating and good feel. They have 6 beers on tap, all of different styles, so something for all tastes. I got the pacific standard and the against the grain, both good. They also have several personal sized woodfire pizzas to choose from. I split a cubano and a meat lovers, both really good, some of the better brewery pizza I've had. The quality of everything here is high, the only downside is things are a bit pricy, and it's not revealed on their website. All the personal pizzas are over $20, and a pint was $9.50 and a flight of their beers $19. Not like they're OURAGEOUS, but definitely a bit more pricy than the average brewery. Still, I'm glad I went, and would still recommend going. Just likely can't afford to go too often here. read more

My first experience here was outdoors on the patio on a wildly busy evening during a yacht rock performance. Soooo much fun. The server was slammed but professional. My friend and I tried a few appetizers and a pizza and I had a peachy bourbon drink which was great. Since, I've been back a couple more times and I must say it's my favorite dining venue on the strip. Park Taverns service is sloppy and careless, Bub City's service is way too lax, Crust here is jusssst right. My favorite app is the tuna nachos (diced ahi tuna, spicy Mayo, hot peppers, wonton chips). I've never had a bad meal here. What I appreciate the most apart from the food, the setting and vibe is the service. Every time, I'm met with a great server or bartender who knows the menu, makes recommendations, upsells, takes the time to get to the know the table, smiles and seems sincere. SPECIAL DELIVERY I felt like Jeff Spicoli in "Fast Times at Ridgemont High", while ordering pizza from Crust Brewing while sitting next door at Pete's Dueling Piano Bar. The ordering process is really easy. All I had to do was scan the code on my table and a limited menu came up for delivery to Pete's. You can choose any of the 12 inch pizzas and they are delivered right to your table in a to go box or plated on a tray. Yes it's that easy. I think that's a great partnership because Pete's only has adult beverages on their menu. Pizza is always an easy item to share with the table. We ordered the "Shroom Pizza" made with black truffle cream, mixed mushroom, arugula, & shaved parmesan. I loved the black truffle cream sauce. I never usually order white sauce pizzas but I was really happy with this one. Sometimes they seem dry but the cream on this pizza was so delicious. I also loved the mixture of fresh mushrooms. It was super tasty plus it feels healthier with the arugula salad on top. Green raw toppings for the win. We also ordered the "Spice Spice Baby Pizza". This fantastic red sauce pizza was made with pepperoni, sausage, fresh jalapeno, & chili oil. I love the addition of the chili oil. It adds a nice kick. The jalapeños slices were super fresh and raw which I love. It adds a nice crunch to the pizza. The meats were also very tasty too. This yummy pizza was pure perfection. I'd love to come back and explore their whole menu and of course their house brewed beers. I'm definitely sold on the quality of their pizza. I went to Crust Brewing on a Monday night. This is a combination pizza restaurant and brewery. Even though I checked out the pizza menu & they sounded delicious, I was there to try the beer. I ordered the flight and the bartender was quite knowledgeable. My flight was delivered within 5 minutes. I actually enjoyed all of the beers in the flight including the oatmeal stout. It's rare that I like all the beers. My favorite was I Know Joe. We saw pizzas being delivered to tables and the looked delicious. I'm definitely going to go back to try the pizzas. read more

Group of 4 for lunch midweek 2pm. Very large dining room large bar nicely decorated a huge beer vat looking thing next to the bar, don't know if it actually works but it's cool. A performer sitting on top playing up above the dining room nice. Starters, sweet soy chicken wings and a fry basket with parm/spicey ranch. Both were good but did not arrive at the same time? The entree's all arrived at different times so our group was cutting up the mains and sharing. The Big O'L Burger was good, meat cooked med rare and seasoned well, grilled onions and sauce were tasty. Rigatoni Vodka was not all that, bland not very creamy and actually not very hot when it arrived. The 312 pizza (Italian beef/giardiniera) was a mess, call a hazmat team to clean up the oil spill in our booth. Total flop, no crust, center is like a wet noodle. Need a towel to soak up the mess and a fork and knife to try and eat it. Neapolitan Pizza and Beer is what this restaurant is supposedly known for, the beef/giardiniera is a well known Chicago topping at many pizzeria's around town. Its a proven winner, when done correctly with the proper ratio of beef and peppers. Crust Brewery's version is a hot mess, knowing that this is an incredibly thin crust why would they just slop tablespoonful loads of giardiniera with the oil all over it? Drain the peppers apply to the beef add cheese, cook, and drizzle a little pepper oil on it when done ,Boom simple. Also, who's steering the ship back there? Expeditor just haphazardly just sending out orders all willy-nilly. No one able to get things out at the same time? Awkward sitting at the table, trying not to be rude stuffing my face while the other are watching and waiting. Came here pre-covid when the space was the Hofbräuhaus and I really like how they've redesigned the space. This time I came in for a lunch with Ike of my work teams and we had a fantastic experience! Our server was so informative about the beers list and about how the food comes out as it's ready. This is super helpful info when you've got a large group of hangry people. She really helped guide our selections and offered great beer and food pairings. It was a pretty quiet Wednesday, but we were there right at noon and it was actually great because we got to jam and sing along with their killer playlist. We started with a couple pies for the group we got the Italian beef and the margarita. I was so intrigued by the Italian beef that was the only one I ended up trying. I have to say I was in love! The crust is super thin (a bit chewy and floppy on the toppings side but crispy on the crust end) and light. I hate when you feel weighed down in your stomach by a lump of pizza crust. This was great! Crisp and thin. The beef was so flavorful and it was a flavor for bomb in my mouth with the Giardiniera. I would myself a whole pie of this and fight off anyone else who wanted to have a taste. I also tried the against the grain raspberry and it was really tasty. I wasn't wowed, but it was refreshing and paired really well with the pizza - I would get it again. For lunch I went with the Asian noodle salad with some shrimp. Our server recommended this pairing and I really enjoyed it. I really like the texture of the noodles in the salad and the sesame ginger dressing was crazy good. Overall, it's a bit of a hike for me to just come out to Rosemont more frequently, but I will definitely come back when I'm back out at this office for work and I will betting my own Italian beef pizza.
