We stopped for lunch. The restaurant was quiet enough to hold a table conversation. Our server, Lucy B, was pleasant and provided great table service. They have a nice menu selection, including some Filipino inspired dishes, drinks and desserts. We were satisfied with all of our choices. Everything was tasty and served at the right temperatures. This restaurant and bar would definitely be worth a return visit.

Great service and great food and beer! Had the Tofu Katsu, definitely will be coming back again for that. So crispy and the curry was delicious. Cute inside and mural outside.

Korean-style chicken wings perfectly cooked with excellent flavor.

Weekday lunch with my wife and her mother. Great food, service and atmosphere. Oh, and the brews are amazing! Bought a four-pack for home that was my favorite (https://untappd.com/b/phase-three-brewing-day-drift-blood-orange-calamansi/6281278). Everyone left happy.

When a local brewery levels up into a full dining experience, Phase Three Brewing Company in Elmhurst absolutely delivers. I've been to their smaller taproom in Lake Zurich, so I knew the beer was good--but the Elmhurst location is a whole different animal. It's a proper brewery-restaurant hybrid with real energy. We went on a Friday night, and while parking can get tight since it's shared with nearby spots, there's plenty available if you're willing to loop around a bit. You can grab a table, but sitting at the bar is the move. It's perfect for working through tasters and chatting with the staff. Beer * Exceptional stouts, porters, and barleywines--rich, complex, and clearly a specialty * Collaborations (including with Old Irving) are impressive * IPAs lean more West Coast--resiny and hop-forward; less hazy/soft, more bold and bitter * Overall: high-quality brewing across styles Food * Pork Lumpia - spot on; crisp, flavorful, and exactly what you want from a Filipino classic * French Onion Smash Burger - standout; caramelized onion flavor woven throughout with melted cheese and perfectly cooked patties. Absolute hit with fries What surprised me most was the kitchen. This isn't "brewpub food." It's thoughtfully executed American fare mixed with strong Asian/Filipino influences that actually hold up. Vibe * Lively but not chaotic * Great for conversation, groups, or casual date nights * Easygoing atmosphere without sacrificing quality Verdict Phase Three Elmhurst nails the full package: serious beer program, legitimately good food, and a comfortable, well-run space. It's the kind of spot you can settle into for hours without feeling rushed. Easy five stars.

Today, we weee driving around and stumbled across P3 Brewing company. Initially, the place looks trendy and pleasant. We entered and were immediately sat by the friendly hostess and given menus and water. After about 5 minutes our server came by. This is where the whole experience went south. She greeted us, and we asked her what her favorites were on the menu. She literally refused to give recommendations because she kept awkwardly hiding behind.... Everyone has their own tastes. We ask this almost every new restaurant we go to and get the server recommendations. After awhile, I decided on their original smashburger with no cheese and subbed salad for the fries. My wife got the Longanisa Chopped Cheese and fries. She also went with the P3 Japanese Rice Lager. My burger was salty and greasy, but feasted ok. They literally put a trace of their "spicy P3 sauce" on it, but it was basically a dry burger. The salad was outstanding and vinaigrette dressing was fantastic. Her Longanisa tasted good but the sauce on the sandwich was very watery and was literally glowing off the back end of the sandwich. Very weird. The Rice Lager didn't taste good at all. To me, it tasted like Old Style. I'm not exaggerating. When it came time to settle the check, we told the server that we signed up for the rewards and had small credit we wanted to apply. She told us oh, it will come off automatically when you pay your check. It made no sense. So I gave my credit card, and the bill got paid... no discount applied. I mentioned it to her but told her don't worry about it. We can use it next time. She argued with us and insisted she go figure out why it didn't apply. After telling her twice don't worry about it came more about her wanting to know than helping us. We just walked out and went home. I was only asked for a refill once, at the end of the meal, was almost out of drink half the lunch. The server just was not listening to the customer. It's not hard to figure out why discount wouldn't automatically apply to the bill when the website and the point of purchase are 2 separate formats. Overall the food was ok, 3.5 stars, the service... 1 star. Your money and time can be spent better elsewhere.

My husband and I came on a date night, we sat outside and enjoyed the last of the nice weather. The host sat us and shortly after our server came around asking about drinks. I got the fruit beer and it was excellent flavor. My husband did 4 tastings. We got the garlicky cheese curds, Cobb salad and Original smashburger. The smash burgers were so tender they fell apart in your mouth. The cob salad was refreshing. I love trying foods that are unique and they did a very good job on every dish. Well done Phase Three. Would return!

The food was so good here! We came in to try out a few beers and grab dinner, and I was very happy with the food. The mushroom risotto was super creamy and full of flavor- I would definitely order it again! The pretzel seemed a little stale so I wasn't very into that dish but it may have just been fluke from sitting out too long before being delivered. The staff is really friendly and the bartenders are helpful when picking out beers to try! The whole restaurant is set up really nicely with a front room and back bar area. Doesn't feel like a typical brewery!

Second time here. Both times quick and friendly service. Food is way better than you deserve for a brewery and the beer selection has a nice spread of styles. The pepper and egg sandwich should be sold in a cart in front of that place with people lined up like Maxwell st. It's that good. Top 5 in the west burbs.

Our party of 3 had a nice pub dinner and catchup session here.  I'll go with 4.49 stars with the only modest knock that the place is a bit on the pricey side.  It wasn't too busy at 5:30pm on a Tuesday night, and that was nice, but it did get more boisterous and crowded as Trivia Night started at about 7pm. I did personally like that their beer menu was heavy on the IPA selections and I saw 10 of them (!) on their online menu and ended up having 3 delicious IPA's during our outing.  Each went for $8.50 for a 16 oz serving. I personally tried their: - Snow Pants hazy IPA, 7.9% ABV - F-Stop IPA, 7.5% ABV - Trio of Stars hazy IPA, 7.7% ABV RJ was our friendly and knowledgeable server, and I actually went with his suggestions on all 3 IPA's and I really enjoyed every one of them.  Thank you RJ! For food, I had the following and as usual we split the appetizers: - Bavarian pretzels, $7 Happy Hour 1/2 price - Garlicky cheese curds, $7 Happy Hour 1/2 price - OG burger with fries, $18 One colleague also had an OG burger and another had the Smoky Ghost burger and he said it was quite spicy.  I enjoyed my greasy and delicious OG burger with my beers. The pre-tip bill per person was $47.44.  The price of a beer and burger outing keeps going up on us, but they are always fun and delicious and so be it.  This place is a great venue for such.  Their food menu has some Filipino influences, but we didn't go for any of those dishes.  Their beer quality is top notch and I wouldn't be surprised if I liked all of their beers.  My colleagues also really enjoyed their Proper Trollied English malt blend (3.9% ABV and $6.50 for 20 oz).  They also have convenient parking off to the side and to the rear of the restaurant.  Great pub, and thank you!

Nice brewery option in Elmhurst with good beer selection and even better food which is not typical of all breweries. We tried the parmesan truffle fries and longanisa egg rolls for starters, and a burger and banh mi for mains. Service was friendly and the place filled up quickly for lunch.

Ambiance - great location, offers parking behind the restaurant, casual spot for lunch/dinner, able to accommodate big groups Service - exceptional, our waiter was polite, check on us often and offered us some recs Food - pork lumpia was extra crispy, steak was tender, truffle fries were amazing

The honey butter fries are excellent. That came with the tocino bhan mi, a large portion. The marinated sweet meat is very similar to the Vietnamese one with a slight Filipino twist recommended. The pork lumpia is standard fare meaning it's good. I'm Filipino it has my seal of approval. This is a brewery and they have a lot of those - we just didn't have one tonight.

My goodness, everything was so good! The crispy pata has an incredibly crispy skin, with soft, tender, and flavorful pork meat inside. We were told by the owner, Ryan, that they slow cook the meat in its own juices for 6 hours prior to deep frying it. The result is nothing short of one of the best interpretations of this favorite Filipino dish. Definitely my favorite! The lumpia is top-notch -- crispy, crunchy, and perfectly seasoned. The siomai is garlicky and delicious as well. All of this for just $32. The price is unbelievable considering the quality of food they are serving. Everything was fresh and served hot from the kitchen, unlike the typical Filipino "turo-turo" style restaurant. They also have combo meals for $12.99 all day. I have to try their lechon belly and crispy kare-kare next time. This place is truly a hidden gem! You have to try it, and you will not be disappointed. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and family. Thanks to the owner, Ryan. I think you have a winner here!

I got kung pao beef and a couple of other things. The "beef" in the kung pao was so fatty and chewy I could literally not eat it. I kept trying, but it was EVERY PIECE in the container. A total loss. I called to let the restaurant know. The woman who took the call assured me my card would be credited the amount of the item. This was outright FRAUD, as my card was never credited for this food I could not eat. She also said the manager would call me back, which also did not happen. Bad enough the food was inedible, but blatantly lying to me was way over the line. The rest of the items were on the bland side, and I'm not sure if I would have come back. But after what happened, I'm avoiding this place like the plague. I cannot afford to literally throw my money in the garbage.

Came on a Thursday after lunch and it wasn't too busy. Ordered the Tocilog - which is sweet pork with a side of garlic fried rice, and an egg cooked any way you like. Also came with a side of noodles (pancit). Since I was here, decided to order some calamansi wings to go. And of course an ube milk tea. I really enjoyed my meal. The Tocino was a little different from what I'm used to. I'm used to a slab of pork pan fried with the fat fried to a slight crunch lol. I'm also used to tocino being red in color. I guess the tocino here is a little more leaner and no artificial colors - which works for me as I'm kinda allergic to red dye. But it tasted good, very flavorful. Loved the garlic rice as well. Pancit noodles were okay - could have used a little more seasoning but I could dig it Calamansi wings were low key fire. The crisp of the wings were perfection and the meat was not tough - still nice and juicy. I would get these again. They did have other flavors available that I need to come and try as well such as adobo and salt & pepper. Servers were nice and food came out pretty fast.

Upon entering there is the hot food bar in the front of the store area. The store also contains breads, bagged snacks, packaged coffee, beverages, sauces and a frozen foods section in the back. Since I am a coffee lover I purchased a pack of coffee. It was called Kopiko brown coffee. It is coffee plus brown sugar and it comes in individual packets which is very convenient. I was concerned that the coffee may be too sweet but it actually wasn't. It is very tasty! I wanted to try some of the food so I got a combo platter. This came with rice or noodles and 2 meats. I got rice with some adobo chicken and some type of pork shoulder. (I should have written the name down), and I purchased 2 lumpia. Everything was delicious. I really loved the lumpia. I was so excited to try the food that I didn't take a picture. So to fix that, I went back another day and had to get more lumpia. I also bought a package of chicken lumpia from the frozen section to have some at home for a snack. I got another combo platter as well. This time I got the noodles (which I believe is called pancit), steak and a different type of pork shoulder. I totally fell in love with the pancit. SO yummy. The beef and pork were tender and flavorful. I like that the food is prepared fresh and that there are different options every time which allows you to try a variety of things. The staff there are so friendly and helpful because I had a lot of questions and they were great with explaining things. This is definitely a great local Filipino market.
