For this visit, I've tried: Armadillo eggs- I like the crunch of the crumbs, the flavors were good, but the filling was too heavy Kalbi Short Rib bowl- this was my daughter's dish. it was just ok The Nuremburger- this was the burger of the month (September). It was delicious; the fries were great as well The Smoky Ghost- if you like spice, this is the burger for you. I tried one of the Seltzer; it was okay. My daughter ordered the Raspberry Lime Cola; it was good, although it was a little too sweet for me. Service was friendly and prompt. Our server was very attentive and efficient. The indoor dining area was super loud, so we made a great choice by sitting outside. I wish they had more options for Filipino dishes. I only saw the lumpia appetizer and the beef sisig entree. Arriving at 5:30pm, we took advantage of Happy Hour and had 6 beers by 6pm for $5 each.  We also had a cheese curds appetizer for $10 (discounted from regular $12). The times that I actually sat at the bar, the service was obviously better. The servers know their beer menu and can hold a good conversation if it's not too busy. It's about $8 a pint. Kind of a lot but they make smaller batches of these. Best one we had of these was the Hazy In The Name Of. This is a New England Hazy IPA, a classic style. Made with citrone and nectaron hops. There's notes of citrus, lime, passionfruit, and peach. Has a few things to munch on. It's about $7 for the Knotty Pretzels. Comes in a big bag. These are a great combination and big enough for sharing. For sure there's lots of great beers. It's actually open daily which is especially rare for a brewery to be honest. They sometimes have food trucks.

The on-site parking lot is quite small, but other business lots and street parking is available nearby, especially during events. I tried a sample of their light pilsner and purchased a 12 ounce prickly pear sour. It had a unique flavor to it and wasn't too tart or sour, as I find some to be. I would like to return and try the cranberry sour and German, dry pilsner. Perhaps after "Dry January!" (Hello Mocktails). I did not order any food but I do plan to return and would like to try some of their menu items. I enjoyed sitting at the bar with others and our server was delightful. I have also had their wheat beers which are tasty. Inside the brewery there is a cozy feel and the singing cook in the kitchen was fun to listen to, as he had a nice voice.
