When in Chicago, even suburban Chicago, you think pizza. Right? More specifically Chicago style deep dish pizza. Well, if you want that style, Crust Brewing doesn't make it, but they do make an incredibly amazing Neapolitan-inspired, wood-fired pizza! Yeah, I was disappointed when they didn't have deep dish, but not for long. I had the Hogs & Kisses. It has pineapple and pancetta. I wasn't familiar with the style of pizza. Lots of the cheese is not melted, still, I would have to say it was one of the best pizzas I've ever had in my life. Matter of fact, I think it was the best!! Nothing like it anywhere I've been. Yes, it's even better that Chicago deep-dish IMHO. The vibe is great. Shoutout to the server, Leticia. She was fantastic and made my dining experience exceptional. If you're staying near O'Hare, do yourself a favor and get over here and treat yourself to some great pizza! Oh yeah, it's a brewery, so there's that part, too!

Crust Brewing is a solid brewpub find! The open, airy seating made for a relaxed vibe with plenty of room to spread out. Portions are generously large and the food arrives piping hot. The buffalo macaroni pasta was a standout--creamy, spicy, and loaded with flavor. We also enjoyed the solid beer selection with an 8-beer flight that offered great variety and was absolutely worth the money. Everything felt fresh and satisfying. Friendly service and a casual atmosphere make it perfect for a laid-back meal with craft beer. The location is right out the airport so id highly recommend stopping by before or after a flight!

Spinach Pizza & Vodka Pizza - Two pizzas are on a black table, one with shredded cheese and cheese shavings, and the other with spinach and dollops of cheese. A glass of water and a napkin are also on the table. A person with hands clasped is visible in the background, and part of a smartphone is seen on the right.

Was in area for concert series, so eating dinner with friends. Ordered appetizers, drinks, and pizzas. Appetizer (cheese curds) was good, would try something else next time. Pizza was good, but crust was like rock. Service was ok. Ambiance was brewery/bar. I am not a beer drinker so I am more a tag along. I would go back if I was in the area for something else.

First of all the food is made fresh order. It is amazing! The beer is great as well and the staff are super friendly. We went during a not very busy time so we didn't have to wait at all, and we sat at the bar. We are not from the area, but we will definitely come back to this restaurant when we venture out this way again. I absolutely loved the atmosphere. It was very classy, but laid-back as well and extremely clean.

Vibrant atmosphere and excellent food! If you are in the area and want a great meal along side with live music and friendly staff this is the place. This restaurant is family friendly with budget friendly prices. Hope you enjoy your meal and have a good time!

I dined at Crust March '25. I took a look at the menu thinking it was just pizza, however I was mistaken. Service was good and attentive. Atmosphere was comfortable. Now let's talk about the food.. I opted to step out of my comfort zone and try the short ribs with broccolini and mashed potatoes. Wow!!!! This was a hefty and delicious portion! The lemon accompaniment to the broccolini fit perfectly and really made the dish stand out. For the price, you cannot beat a meal like this. I shall definitely return and try other dishes next time I am in the area.

Been here a few times now, most recently for their happy hour. It wasn't too busy and our waitress was great. Can't beat $5 beers and $10 pizza!

Poke nachos - A plate of poke nachos features crispy chips topped with diced raw fish, cucumber slices, and seaweed, drizzled with a creamy sauce and sprinkled with sesame seeds. The dish is served on a white plate lined with branded paper, placed on a wooden table in a casual dining setting. In the background, there are glasses, plates, and part of a person's arm.

Portions are large. Onion rings are fine. The traditional wings are better than average - it was juicy. The sweet soy was good and the buffalo was not over powering. Pass on the mussels. The poke taco though deserves special mention.

Buffalo Boneless Wings - Buffalo boneless chicken wings coated in sauce are placed on a metal tray, accompanied by celery sticks and a cup of ranch dressing. The tray is lined with paper, and the background shows a wooden table with a glass of beverage.

This place is mid. The food is kinda pricey, those 10 wings pictured were $13 and they are TINY. Fine for a snack lol. Their tea was freshly brewed but it was weak. It's also in the most annoying place to get to in Rosemont. They do validate parking. The tables and menus were sticky and the bathrooms were not the cleanest. I felt like I needed a shower after being in there. I'd steer clear.

Spicy cheese curds - A tray of fried cheese curds topped with grated cheese and served with a side of dipping sauce is placed on a checkered paper liner on a wooden table. Behind the tray, there is a glass of beer with the Crust Brewing logo. The background shows the interior of Crust Brewing, with blurred patrons, brick walls, and modern lighting fixtures, indicating a casual dining environment.

Stopped at Crust Brewing after shopping at the outlet malls across the street and before a concert at All State Arena. What a great spot to hit up! Free parking was hard to come by, but there is plenty of parking in the paid garage across the plaza. We split the spicy cheese curds and pesto chicken sandwich. The food was delicious! I also really enjoyed the blueberry beer local tap. We would definitely recommend.

Shrimp tacos 3/5 stars - A metal tray contains three shrimp tacos with toppings such as diced tomatoes, onions, and sauces, placed on a paper liner with the Crust Brewing logo. Accompanying the tacos are several tortilla chips, some with seasoning, and a small cup of salsa. The tray is on a wooden table, with a drink visible in the background.

Service was attentive until it wasn't. (I'll explain in a moment). Environment is super loud. We walked in and they had one man show bad which was nice but so loud you couldn't hear the person across from you. And we were to the side and in back of the stage. Okay for food: I eat ALOT of salads and the "too the moon" sounded like a great salad but what I imagined and what came out did not match up. Simply put there was suppose to be arugula but it was really a large bowl of spinach. The tomatoes were mixed cherry tomatoes served whole and the dressing was suppose to be a champagne vinaigrette but it was loaded with a spicy vinaigrette that was so spicy and soupy the salad was impossible to eat. I explained to my waiter that it was too spicy to eat and his response was yep, that's our champagne vinaigrette. So my meal went untouched. You'd think he'd offer to make something else or at minimum take it off our bill. Nope. The make your own meal salmon with potatoes and broccoli came out looking like it would be scrumptious but it too was underwhelming. It had no flavor. The shrimp tacos and steak tacos were good but nothing to remember. And the plate of fries app along with the spinach and artichoke dip were pretty typical. We ordered the Hazy beer. It smelled great and taste we decent again nothing special. Overall service was good until we got our food. We probably will not be back.

    Salad with salmon.

A short fuse and a close call…read more After Emily and I checked in to our hotel room, we wanted to stretch our legs and see if there was anything nearby for some beer and some food. Turns out, Short Fuse was right up the road and a 5 minute walk got us there. For a Sunday, it wasn't too busy but not dead, so we got seated right away. We ordered some beer and took a look at the menu. While nothing really struck our fancy, our waitress made a comment that if we did want any food, it might be slim pickings as they were running out of stuff. Turns out, this day was the last day they were open. Talk about timing! After she mentioned that, I started to notice that people were buying bar signs and various other things. Emily started off with a Guava Gose and I grabbed a Krankshaft kolsch. We sampled each other beers and we both really liked what the other ordered. I don't really know what a gose is but, damn, was that good! I've had Krankshaft before so I knew what I was getting myself in to. We ended up ordering a second round of the same beers and let each other sample the other's beer a little more liberally this time. While we were kind of hungry, nothing on the menu really struck our fancy, especially considering they might've been out of it. Room service took care of those hunger pangs later after a few more beers in the hotel bar. Online reviews for this place seemed hit and miss but I really enjoyed my time there and really enjoyed the artwork on the walls and the vibe of the place. We did contemplate buying some bar signs on our way out but declined as we don't know what we would exactly do with them. It sucks to see a small business close but they did say they may try to open up a new place in a new location in the future.

Happy New Year 2026! My first review of this year. Cheers!…read more Church Street is a spacious, but intimate feeling brewery with a relaxed vibe, tucked away in an Industrial area of Itasca. The on-site parking lot is quite small, but other business lots and street parking is available nearby, especially during events. I tried a sample of their light pilsner and purchased a 12 ounce prickly pear sour. It had a unique flavor to it and wasn't too tart or sour, as I find some to be. I would like to return and try the cranberry sour and German, dry pilsner. Perhaps after "Dry January!" (Hello Mocktails). I did not order any food but I do plan to return and would like to try some of their menu items. I enjoyed sitting at the bar with others and our server was delightful. I have also had their wheat beers which are tasty. Inside the brewery there is a cozy feel and the singing cook in the kitchen was fun to listen to, as he had a nice voice.
