Salads are very tasty and service is fast. Pizza was underwhelming, it lacked cheese and toppings were skimpy.

I absolutely loved this Mediterranean dining spot in West St. Louis County and I wish it was closer…read moreto me in Jeffco since I'd eat there often. I ordered the mixed grill and for a free appetizer they brought me a pita and trio of three pastes that I loved and was very tasty. The mixed grill was all the usual combination of skewed meats including beef kofta, lamb kabob skewer and chicken shish tarwook and wow! it was killer, and loved the side of deliciously spiced rice, grilled onion and tomato. I've lived and worked in the Middle East for years so I often miss the fine food I ate there so this was as close to the Middle East/Lebanese cuisine I've had in the St. Louis area. My server was friendly with great service and it didn't take long for my lunch but I wasn't in a hurry anyway. The decor is nice and I only wished they had freshly made ice tea instead of Lipton out of a bottle but happily they gave me fresh slices of lemon and a glass with ice for my tea.

No belly dancer that we saw even tho their website did advertise every first Friday there was a performance so not sure if the lack of crowd determines this or what, but maybe one night we will get lucky! We ordered falafel to start and I got the lamb kebab and my date ordered the chicken shawarma plate. Falafel was THE BEST I've had yet, and I wish it was endless. The yogurt sauce they are served with compliments them perfectly. My lamb kebab was cooked just like I like and I really enjoyed this meal. The chicken shawarma was also really good and both plates had ample portions. This was a great date place, We will be back!

If you have a chance to have Denise or Leona serve you, you would doubly enjoy your visit. I understand when people have a bad experience, they will post a complaint in the reviews. But there should be more positive reviews for all the great experiences that people have, but don't take the time to post a review. The reviews that are over a few years old should be ignored. This place is clean, has a lot of sunlight shining through and is a comfortable and relaxing place to meet with friends for a meal or just a drink. I can't speak to the drive-through where I've read where people have had a long wait on occasion, but hey people, you can always get out of your car and go in the restaurant. If you see that the workers are overwhelmed and you are in a hurry, do like you would at any other place go somewhere else on occasion.

Good place to go have a soup and a sandwich and visit with a friend. Maybe someone you just met on Tinder, maybe a sibling you haven't seen in over a year that you used to spend a lot of time with but have slowly drifted apart because of a change in life, realizing that it's the normal progression of the ever changing evolution of growing up.
