We have been coming to this area for twelve years and we are always looking for new places. This place did not disappoint. It is just a little pricey but well worth it. We had the flat iron steak and the shrimp and grits with a side of the best Brussels sprouts I have ever tasted. The waitress was great and knew how to treat the wine we brought in. Then we had the most incredible dessert. It was the carrot cake ice cream and it was really really different and so delicious. I've been to Crush11 many times to celebrate birthdays, Valentine's day, and other important occasions. Today my date and I arrived for our reservation, were seated, and I was disappointed to find the comfortable, upholstered, high back chairs I was used to had been replaced by tiny metal patio chairs. I'm not a huge person, my date is even narrower in the hips, these chairs were so uncomfortable we had to leave. We went to cocoa beach...the seats at the Fat Kahuna were comfortable and the food was excellent! Bring back the high backs though! From the comfortable elegance of the restaurant 's decor to the unique menu offerings, Crush 11 is a totally wonderful food experience. My husband enjoyed the local fresh catch, black grouper. Loved the modern rustic vibe and excellent service! We started with the kale chips and the fried Spanish cheese. Kale chips were good, cheese was legendary. I could bathe in the mustard that came with it. I had the duck, which was well prepared, but I got spoiled on duck at a place in Virginia. Husband had the catch of the day which was delicious! We shared some Brussels sprouts, which were to die for. Pro tip: dip them in the mustard from the cheese (that you should have ordered!) Our server knew I was having a rough day, so she sent us a pre-dessert of a tiny scoop of house made vanilla ice cream with some kahluha and Bailey's. awesome. I've eaten here several times and the food and presentation are always high quality and the service is great too. But what keeps me coming back is the small almost private lounge/bar area in the back. The bartender stew makes excellent drinks from the menu or even better tell him what sort of liquor you like and what your palate is in the mood for and he will come up with something awesome. Wonderful dinner for our first visit. Great service from Elissa along with some superb insights into the menu. John, the manager, stopped by twice to check on us and make us feel welcome. Food was superb. We both had the grouper special. Tasty, thick grouper filet over a potato pancake covered with peaches and fresh sprouts topped off with a home made single barrel bourbon sauce. Great blend of flavors complementing the superbly cooked grouper. We sampled the bread pudding terramoisu. Sweet and gooey-we liked it. This is definitely a step up from Cara Mia, the previous operation in this location. We will go back and bring some friends too. read more

We had heard great things about sister restaurant The Fat Snook, so we decided to try this place out while in Cocoa. Server was super attentive and walked us through all their menu options in detail, down to where and how they locally source their ingredients. We settle on the crab cake special appetizer, which we demolished in about 2 minutes because it was so delicious! I then had the Niçoise salad, which I was worried would be a little boring , but the delicious fennel and lavender sear on the tuna meant it was anything but. My husband had the Mahdi special with a lovely crunchy corn coating, served with a frogs leg and fingerling potatoe hash - yum! I've eaten here twice and both times were wonderful. Great atmosphere, friendly service, so many wonderful choices on the menu, and the specials of the day - everything spunds so good. Everything is made fresh and they use local produce and food whenever possible. Went last night and had green bean fries - so yummy and perfectly crunchy. The ravioli special for an appetizer - butternut squash and crab with a tasty sauce and radishes and greens on top. The catch of the day was cobia so I had that for my main meal. It is expensive but well worth the price. I probably can only afford to go here once a year but for special occasions (or when you have a gift certificate) it's one of my go to places. They've really listened to their customers. They now have a "fresh catch" which was, tonight, a delicious triple tail cooked to perfection and served with hand made ravioli stuffed with fresh corn and smoked fish served with a side of barbecue reduction and arugula salad. We ordered several appetizers and a salad first and the waiter made sure to ask us what order we wanted it delivered. I am very happy that I now have a great dining AND great wine selection place to enjoy. We went here for a Sunday brunch to try something new. This was a fantastic choice. We started with the grapefruit mimosa and the patron latte, both were delicious (and I don't like grapefruit!) the grapefruit mimosa definitely stood out, it was so good. We ordered the saracha bacon which was addicting like crack! Omg!!! And also the grits!!! These grits are like none other! We ordered the carrot cake pancakes and the sausage frittata. I have to say that this place is welcomed in Cocoa. In a place that is dominated by restaurant chains this really sets the bar high. My parents live in Cocoa and they, like me, are a fan of brunch. Normally there are just the few places you can find brunch in Cocoa like Country Cookin' and Kay's BBQ, but sometimes you want something a little more creative or fancy. Crush Eleven definitely brings up the bar on Brunch in Brevard. They have some really awesome crafted cocktails on their menu and I personally love the Blackberry Serrano Margarita. I love spicy drinks and this one fits the bill. I however am not a huge fan of their Bloody Mary's, but you can't win them all. Their menu changes seasonally which again I love. This shows they are trying to change things up and give you the freshest food. The corn and grits are a must-try if you are coming for Brunch here. I have never found anything here I didn't enjoy and either has anyone I have come with. I always suggest going to Crush before anywhere else if I am looking for Brunch. I would really like to try their dinner, but for some reason I have never gotten around to it when I am in town. read more

I have found my new favorite upscale restaurant in Bravard. Crush 11 is a respite from the traditional seafood sandwich joint. The cuisine is a refreshing combination of classic French gourmet with a modern American flair. The attention to detail is evident in everything they do. Expect a fine dining experience with a comfortable not so uptight atmosphere. We started with a bottle of rose' and millionaire bacon (bacon wrapped dates) and fried green tomatoes. The main course was baked duck with a cauliflower purée with hints of raspberries. I must admit I'm a little bit of a duck snob having a French wife and regularly ordering it in the home land and I'll say with confidence that it's in the top 5 duck meals I've had especially taking into consideration the creativity. Dessert consistent fresh chocolate cake topped with popcorn flavored ice cream and garnished with something like a popcorn ball you get for Halloween? I wasn't overly impressed but my wife LOVED IT! Our friends had a bread pudding crème brûlée that I thought was to die for. You have to love the outside the box thinking here. Most main dishes are À la cart but decent size. The mac n cheese, and carrots (i'm not doing them justice in my exclamation) are an excellent choice. I recently had the opportunity to visit Crush Eleven for brunch. I cannot wait to get back there! The decor is upbeat, clean, fresh and even a bit whimsical, and the food is out of this world. From the Charcuterie Platter and the Brunch Burger to the Cilantro Lime Crab Cake Benedict and the (Brontosaurus - sized) Veal Chop, EVERYTHING was delicious. It is comfort food with a happy, updated twist and it will make you feel good. There was a large group of us and we all passed our plates to share. Every bite was amazing. How does it get any better than that? Also, I want to mention how wonderful the service was. It is difficult to find intelligent, attentive waitstaff these days. One of the most amazing food my husband and I have eaten in a long time. First we had the fried marcona almonds which where the best and I personally don't like almonds. I highly recommend the Local Shrimp in the plates section of the menu. Very large shrimp topping a delicious corn cake bread which is so flavorful that I couldn't get enough. I dined at Crush Eleven with friends wed evening 10/12/16... I knew that the food was going to be great because it was very good a couple of years ago when they first opened... I did not however expect the outstanding meal and service we had there again this time.... I had the Rib Eye for my main course which was cooked perfectly. We also had the fried green tomatoes appetizer and the perogies. Both excellent!!! My friends each had delicious meals as well. I am definitely a foodie and not easily impressed, This restaurant definitely deserves beyond 5 stars for the food experience from appetizer to unbeliebly delicious desserts.
