We had a lovely experience here! It's just a few blocks away from downtown Hood River with easy parking. They had some delicious ciders - we did two flights so we tried the majority of them. I liked that they had flight options for 3 and 6 so you could try different things. I especially loved the blood orange cider. The service was good and everyone seemed friendly. We also did a soft pretzel which was decent but nothing to write home about. They did seem to have a good amount of variety of food options. Would definitely visit again after hiking in the gorge!

My wife and I dropped in on a Friday night in February 2025. We each got a flight of six so we could try quite a few. She prefers really dry, I love semi sweet. We each found ciders made in house that we really enjoyed. I also got a quesabirrira and some cornbread which were both fantastic. We bought a canned on the spot mix of the Ahi Margarita and Jamaica ciders. The owner? had given us a sample and it was fantastic. Will definitely come back.

This was perfect after a day of driving out to the gorge and hiking. They've set up a nice covered area in the parking lot with gas fire pits that are nice and warm, and socially distanced. As for the food, this is a place for porkatarians! We ended up having pork 3 ways, and I don't think they had any other meat on the menu, but there are vegetarian options. I cannot emphasize this enough: everything was perfectly seasoned, nothing was too salty. We got the rosti, which is a delightful sliced roasted potato dish with onions and bacon. Potatoes were well cooked, it comes out on a cast iron plate, cozy and warm. The carnitas flatbread was pleasantly thin and crisp and the cheese was gooey. Very satisfying. Finally, we had chili verde--you have the option of having it on potatoes or rice; we went for the former. It was hearty but not heavy because of the tanginess of the tomatillos. The pork was tender. It comes with a big hunk of cornbread that was quite unique, it was almost like a scone, I think with some orange peel essence, it was tasty! We also got a 3 cider flight--they make a lot of their own, but offer some from other cideries. We only ordered ones made by Crush--Comice, COG (cranberry orange guava), and blackberry. All were delicious. Service was attentive and friendly. I highly recommend Crush!

Outstanding cider! The ginger was my favorite (such delicate flavors). We tasted all 17 - they are very accommodating in sampling. Oh, and the food is also delicious. Add the pleasant service and nice ambiance and it's hard to beat.

Came for some ciders and a snack. I felt like the ciders were okay with some having a very vinegary taste. The tacos were however amazing and exactly what I was hoping for.

I'd have given a 5 star, but the ice on the apple cider slush was so coarse it have us all the worst brain freezes of my life... Ok, I sound like a total whiner, but I've never gotten this kind of pain from a food or beverage and I've been in hot sauce challenges, drank 151 in younger years, but this.. man, it hit my spine!! The food looked yummy and authentically Mexican, oddly.. the little quesadilla taco things where identical to the boarder stands it eat as a kid in Mexico. The spot was very lovely and had a nice gas fire, many seats, and oh that view. The slushy was tasty. Good enough to risk my life, and brain stems health.. hahha

Absolutely loved Crush. We visited here recently from Seattle with dog in tow. All the ciders were top notch, and the food was incredible. We also loved both of the owners who were very helpful when picking food and beverage. Thanks for hosting us, Crush!

Went here on an anniversary trip to Hood River because I enjoy cider and wanted to try theirs. Service took forever. The ladies working weren't communicating about if they had gotten our order or not. They didn't have many ciders made by them that sounded good, and their chili one was so hot it was awful.

We have always had a great time here. The staff and owners are super friendly and knowledgeable. We drive from Troutdale just to come here. So many ciders and some beers. And the food is amazing every time.

We found this hidden gem at the last minute while road tripping around Mt. Hood and it was a great decision! The proprietors are so friendly - they only have patio seating at picnic tables, but they provide seat cushions and even cozy lap blankets! The fire pit adds warmth and a great ambiance. Then, when she told us that one of our tasting selections was out of stock, she gave us a free sample of the suggested replacement. Really great service and food.

Working Hands was one of those and we noticed that this brewery specializes in lagers. We were very excited to hear this as we love lagers very much. I don't remember exactly what lager Steve got but it was a nice, crisp one as one would come to hope that this type of beer would have. It was tasty. And I knew exactly what I would be ordering. I saw that the brewery had a Mexican Lager which is one of my favorite kind of lager. So it didn't take much thought as to what I would be getting. The name of the beer was the Dorado Especial. Flavor features are what you would find in a lager such as this. A biscuity flavor, crispness and perhaps a touch of a corn flavor were at work here. It was quite tasty and very enjoyable to have. All of the breweries on our most recent trip here were quite good in fact.

Then after my boyfriend left a review the owner verbally assaulted him. The food was delicious; each of us ordered something different and everyone was very happy with their meal. I got the salmon fish and chips, and it was SO good. I'm so used to fish and chips being made with cod or other white fish, so this was a fun change. Despite being a pub, this place is family-friendly. The kid's menu was perfect for my little nephew, and my sister was very pleased with the quality of his burger meat and the fact that you can sub fries for veggie sticks for kiddos. You don't see that sort of thing very often. We had a great time!

Full Sail is a very well respected micro brewery, founded in 1987 and the first craft brewery in the Pacific Northwest to bottle its beer. It's flagship Amber has won numerous awards, including recently in 2025 a Gold Medal at the NY International Beer Competition (along with the brewery being named Oregon Brewery of the Year). It has a large line-up of beers brewed inhouse There is a large paid parking lot across the street at $1.25 per hour, payable via credit card through nearby kiosks. Once entering, there is a long hallway, walking past the working areas of the brewery, until getting to the restaurant area. It has views of I-84, and further the Columbia River. The outdoor patio was not open (drizzling outside), and it was pretty crowded inside but we got lucky to be seated at a table near windows with a view. There have lunch and happy hour specials during weekdays. The lunch special is 1/2 of a sandwich (grilled cheese this day) along with a cup of their soup of the day (tomato). I was super excited about the Amber, so got a pint of that ($8) and pint of the Queen Wheat ($8). My wife enjoyed the Queen Wheat but didn't care for the Amber. I really liked the Amber, making me realize why I had drunk so much of that style earlier in my life when in Wisconsin, before switching over to wheat beer. There selection of beer is great, and a flight is the way to go ($18 of 6 5oz samplers). Buffalo Hot Wings ($17) - a decent amount of simply deep fried hot wings in a classic Frank's red hot buffalo sauce. Pretzel Bread Sticks ($13) - 4 large, warmed pretzels. Should have gotten the beer cheese to go with it. Salmon Fish & Chips ($20) - 3 small pieces of beer battered salmon, very dense and definitely tasting of wild caught salmon. It came with good fries and a really good, fresh cole slaw. There is a small refrigerator stocked with cans of certain beers for sale. Unfortunately, we were dismissively told that they were out of the Amber bottles for sale. So after our meal, went to the front to purchase directly from the front staff. Their Japanese rice beer from their Session lineup ($10 for a six pack) was available and what we brought back home with us.

On our…read morevisit we got quite a few different beers to enjoy as well as a sandwich that we got off of the menu for food items. I'll start with the beer first as that is always something I'm excited to write about. We had about five different beers in between taking some cans home and having a beer at the brewery. One beer we had was the Punch Bowl Juicy IPA. This was a nice, tropical flavored IPA and had a flavor profile I missed. I have had other tropical type IPA'S before such as this but not for a while so it was nice to have again. Flavor characteristics in this beer are juicy, citrusy, lemony and dry. The Dog River IPA was another IPA we had. This one was good too however I liked the previous one just a bit more. Flavors to find in this beer are citrus, bitter a clean aftertaste along with a nice overall balance all the way around in the layout of the flavors. Moving on to a pilsner... we had the Post Canyon Pilsner. I do love pilsners very much and getting a hold on one was quite nice. And it was no disappointment either. Flavor features with this beer are crisp, clean, naturally sweet and a nice earthiness to it. The beer is nice and light bodied which makes for a good one where you can have more than one. The Waterfront Blonde Ale was a nice Golden Ale we had. This is another beer type that I enjoy. And another one where it's very easy to get more than one. Flavors in this beer to detect with your tastebuds are biscuity, breadiness, a Belgiany presence with a dry finish. The final beer we had was the Timberline Stout. It was nice to head into darker beer territory after the previous series of lighter beers. We had this beer with some chili soup on one cold night. A great beverage to have with it! Flavors in this beer are coffee, a toastiness, a bit of bitterness and a nice mouthfeel and a great smoothness. For what we ate there we got a roast beef sandwich with a nice portion of horseradish to go with it. Very good good food! There are lots of good sandwich options here! Great experience all the way around another solid stop to make while in Hood River! I got pictures of everything we tried save for the stout as for some reason all the pictures for it came out blurry.

We got there super early and opted to sit outside since the weather was so nice. The service was fantastic and our waitress was super friendly. We discovered that she has ties to KC so I always love that. I started with an Adeline blackberry sour. It's pretty to look at and so delicious to drink. Sours in Oregon are hands down the best. I wish we had more of it in KC but I highly recommend that you get sours and ciders if you're in the PNW. For lunch I ordered the Club Sandwich: Sweetheart ham, hickory-smoked turkey, Tillamook white cheddar, Applewood smoked bacon; topped with lettuce, tomato, chipotle mayo. It normally comes on sourdough but I swapped it out for ciabatta. First off, it's a HUGE club sandwich. Lots of meat that had amazing flavor. Not some sad deli sandwich at all. The ciabatta had great chew and complemented the sandwich perfectly. No complaints here! Did I eat it all? Yes, and that was a great plan because it kept me going for the next 24 hours that ended up being a cluster that resulted in no food being available. Sandwiches come with chips or a garden salad but I opted for a different side with an up charge. Let's talk about the Oregon Blue Salad: spring mix, dried cranberries, honeycrisp apples, Rogue Creamery Oregon Blue crumbles, and maple candied walnuts; tossed in an apple cider vinaigrette. So GOOD! You can get it by itself and it would make a great meal. Everything was so fresh. Again, not a single complaint. If you are ever in the area, please stop in. Everything was amazing and I can't wait until I return. Double Mountain is on my list to come back to! Highly recommend!

Upon arrival we saw a few different beers we wanted to try. Luckily quite a few of them were in cans which we took home but we had a beer there at the taproom also to absorb and relax at the taproom location. An adorable cat that more than likely lived there or put in a hard working shift of charming customers was present and we made over the kitty and pet it when it came to see us. Such a lovely cat! But onto the beer now! For the beer that we had at the taproom we had the Rice and Shine Japanese Lager. This was a pretty solid lager and one of my favorite types of lagers. I do love a lager that involves rice. Perhaps not the best ever that I have come across but still quite good. The flavor profile of this beer has a clean, crisp and refreshing aspects to it along with a biscuity flavor. The rest of the beers we had went home with us in cans. One beer was the River Pillow. This was a Pale Ale and had a nice, soft feel to it. The hop presence wasn't too overwhelming. We had another Pale Ale also. This one was called the Shredipede. This beer has a clean, crisp and citrusy presence to it. It is bright in hue and is nice and crushable which means you can have more than one with ease. Moving on from that was another kind of lager. This one was a Mexican Lager. The name of this one was the Pinche Chela. Mexican Lagers are another favorite lager of mine if not my #1 favorite for this beer type. This beer has a nice corn taste which provides a natural sweetness and the beer is nice and crisp. Again... perhaps not my most favorite version that I have had but enjoyable all the same. After that we went to darker beer territory and had a dry Irish Stout. I love these kinds of stouts because of that dryness aspect at work. Other flavor features in this are roastiness, oatmeal and the feel of it is smooth, creamy and soft. An excellent stout. This was a good stop and I am glad this brewery finally got tried out.
