Burrito

I've been here twice. The first time was 3 years ago and it was so good that I had to come back when I was recently in the PNW. I love sitting on the large patio and service has always been excellent. They have several beers. But I really enjoy their food. Previously I had the Nashville chicken sandwich. This time, I enjoyed the lamb gyro: Lamb, cucumber, pepperoncini, tomato, red onion, romaine lettuce, feta, and tzatziki, wrapped in grilled pita. I subbed a Caesar salad for the side. The salad was fresh and the dressing was good. The side was pretty large. But I enjoyed it and would opt for it again. I LOVED the lamb gyro. The meat was tender and flavorful. Everything went well together and it was good sized as well. I highly recommend if you're in the area!

Had a good dinner at Everybody's Brewing. There was a short wait to be seated and once seated, we were taken care of quickly. Service was good - not too much checking in, but enough to ensure our drinks stayed full and we were satisfied with the food. The food was decent, but nothing to write home about in my opinion. Restaurant was clean and had a laid back vibe.

Great place after a hike in the hot sun. 10 minutes away from Coyote Wall Loop Trail. We got a couple of delicious refreshing beers while we waited for our food and enjoyed the outdoor seating. The burger and fries were ok, hence no photo. We asked for medium but got well...no pink. The fries were not crispy mostly soggy even though they were hot. The salad was really good and refreshing. My friend and I split the food choices and both of us agreed we would order the salad again and the beers.

One of my favorite breweries in the region. Friendly staff and great atmosphere. The food is decent and the beer is the top notch.

Pork and Pepper Nachos ($18.50)

I've visited Everybody's a few times. They are a reliable spot for a drink in White Salmon... and, let's be honest, one of the only spots for a drink in White Salmon. On my recent visit, we got the Old Soul Porter, Hoedown Brown, Cashmere Pilsner, and Cryo-Chronic IPA. All the beers were solid. The highlight was the nacho. We heard the waiter telling another table the nachos were famous so we tried them and were not disappointed. The Pork and Pepper Nachos ($18.50) came with pulled pork, seasoned black beans, jalapeños, cheddar-jack cheese, red salsa, chipotle crema, and green onion. They were excellent. The toppings and chips were tasty, the amount of toppings good, no soggy chips, and good topping-to-chip ratio. They were a great dinner replacement for two people. Everybody's has a large indoor dining room and pretty big outdoor back patio. The patio is the place to be on nice days, although the view of Mt Hood is blocked by trees. One complaint is the beer menu didn't have prices on it, which should be illegal. They were $7 a pint (IIRC).

Spacious dining area and this is only 1/2 of it!

Lunch here the other day for 2. Nice spacious dining room with small outdoor patio. The views are great from the right table! Service was wonderful. My wife had the Vietnamese salad with falafel for the protein. It was excellent, and the falafel came out in sticks (see photo) that Ive never seen before, but kinda easier to eat than the usual balls. I had the fish and chips with sweet potato fries. The fries were great and the sauces were wonderful but the fish was formed into hockey pucks which were quite dry. Hard to get cod that dry... The beer was excellent - I had a Pilsner which had a beautiful hoppy aroma. We'll definitely be back, but I think I'll try a burger next time.

Vegan Burrito & Vegan Nachos

The vibes of this restaurant is just so nice. It feels homey in a sense. A place you can take your family even though it's technically a brewery/pub. There's this huge amazing window showing a great view of nature/trees. We waited a little bit for our food but to be fair it was quite crowded. Friday night. When the food finally came we did ask for red salsa to be on the side for the Vegan Nachos, but we were too hungry to wait for them to make another one! Vegan Nachos- I felt like there was just so much red salsa that's pretty much what you tasted when you dug into the nachos. I wanted to taste the other ingredients more so 6/10. Vegan Burrito- It was a basic vegan burrito. I was glad everything was seasoned nice and the rice was moist and not dry. 8/10 Overall, I liked the restaurant's atmosphere & was grateful they had a vegan section in their menu! I would definitely come again if I'm ever in the area!

My parents and I came here for dinner and had a nice experience. The servers were friendly and easy to talk to. We were served the wrong soup and they kindly were able to switch it out but it was a mistake between a non vegetarian and vegetarian option which could be tough for an actual vegetarian. The ambiance was upbeat and lively, pretty classic vibe for a brewery. Overall, we had a pleasant time!

I was visiting family and we decided to try Everybody's Brewing based on reviews. There was about a 20 minute wait on a Saturday night, which is to be expected. Since the restaurant is in the main area of White Salmon, we walked around and checked out the other shops while we waited. The interior has a very clean and modern vibe, while still fitting into the nature vibe of the area. Our server was friendly, although I got the sense he was a bit overstretched with tables. We all tried something different, others in my party tried the chicken gyro and the pub cheeseburger while I landed on the veggie burger. I was carb loading for a half marathon the next day, but I didn't want anything overly heavy or greasy. The big selling point on the veggie burger was that it is made in-house, per the menu. While it was really messy to eat because the veggie patty was falling apart, I much prefer that over a factory made patty that you have no idea what's in it. The veggie burger was very flavorful and the fries were delicious! Best yet, they have my favorite ketchup here- weird, I know, but the Portlandia Foods ketchup is amazing and hard to find!! I don't drink beer, however pretty much everyone in there was drinking one, so I'm guessing they have a good tap list? Price wise, it was definitely on the higher side, how we with White Salmon being a touristy spot in the summer, it's not surprising. The quality of the food was worth the price, so overall no complaints! If you are looking for a delicious bite and brew, this is your spot!

"Ale you need is love, but a cold beer doesn't hurt!" For us no trip to Hood River is ever complete without coming to Everybody's Brewing. I am amazed at how I have never reviewed them before. The first sunny day this spring ignited a desire to go to Hood River and as a result, we ended up here for lunch. Unfortunately their back patio was still closed, but we were able to enjoy a beer in the sun but couldn't get food ordered outside. There are a lot of beer and cider options available and the food goes very well with the beverages. Service is always fantastic and the food doesn't take a long time to come out either . We all ordered something different and none of us had a single bad thing to say about anything. From Burgers to curry -you get something for every taste bud. The portion sizes are generous and pricing fair -so you are really getting a great deal here . I would have loved it if the patio was open because it was a gorgeous day, but that gives me another reason to come back soon .Highly recommended.

Sweet Potato Burrito

This is such a great spot in downtown White Salmon! It's a great atmosphere with a really nice outdoor patio that feels super inviting. The sweet potato burrito was so unique and delicious! I loved the combo of sweet potato and creamy feta cheese. The service was great and I would love to come back again.

This is a well done burger?

We had eaten here several times and were excited to return. Three burgers were ordered well done and they came out super pink. We had to send one back because a health condition in our party requires eating only well cooked meat. We were told it would be 15 minutes, then about 30 minutes later when everyone else was done eating we asked for it to go. A patty was brought out by a rude staff member, then we asked for a bun and that was brought back out it another container, plain. Without any acknowledgment of the awful service we were receiving or that they had made the error, then made us wait a stupid amount of time. When we got back to our place, we discovered the replacement patty was pink again. Definitely felt deliberate. So we returned to the restaurant for a refund, which they took off our bill. The manager apologized, which we appreciated. But even if there wasn't a health condition, receiving what you ordered seems a reasonable expectation? We should have sent all three back. I felt bad for our server as this seemed to be a kitchen issue, but what a terrible experience.

I come to Everybody's Brewing to see bands perform. As a music venue, it is just OK. There are only a few tables that are adjacent to the stage, and unless you're at one of those tables, you really won't be well positioned to see the performer. Staff is generally helpful, but service is hit-and-miss. The waitress on my most recent visit was very good, but the previous visit's waiter wasn't terribly helpful (brought me macaroni and cheese with jalapenos, and I didn't order it with jalapenos, and didn't offer to bring me the correct order after he said he thought he brought me the wrong order). The food is pretty average. Portion sizes and prices are reasonable. Odd is the unavailability of lemon, even though they have iced tea on the menu. There are a few parking spaces in front of the business, but those are generally always full, and street parking is sparse.

bad pieces in salad but, for the most part, it was good

We got there super early and opted to sit outside since the weather was so nice. The service was fantastic and our waitress was super friendly. We discovered that she has ties to KC so I always love that. I started with an Adeline blackberry sour. It's pretty to look at and so delicious to drink. Sours in Oregon are hands down the best. I wish we had more of it in KC but I highly recommend that you get sours and ciders if you're in the PNW. For lunch I ordered the Club Sandwich: Sweetheart ham, hickory-smoked turkey, Tillamook white cheddar, Applewood smoked bacon; topped with lettuce, tomato, chipotle mayo. It normally comes on sourdough but I swapped it out for ciabatta. First off, it's a HUGE club sandwich. Lots of meat that had amazing flavor. Not some sad deli sandwich at all. The ciabatta had great chew and complemented the sandwich perfectly. No complaints here! Did I eat it all? Yes, and that was a great plan because it kept me going for the next 24 hours that ended up being a cluster that resulted in no food being available. Sandwiches come with chips or a garden salad but I opted for a different side with an up charge. Let's talk about the Oregon Blue Salad: spring mix, dried cranberries, honeycrisp apples, Rogue Creamery Oregon Blue crumbles, and maple candied walnuts; tossed in an apple cider vinaigrette. So GOOD! You can get it by itself and it would make a great meal. Everything was so fresh. Again, not a single complaint. If you are ever in the area, please stop in. Everything was amazing and I can't wait until I return. Double Mountain is on my list to come back to! Highly recommend!

Upon arrival we saw a few different beers we wanted to try. Luckily quite a few of them were in cans which we took home but we had a beer there at the taproom also to absorb and relax at the taproom location. An adorable cat that more than likely lived there or put in a hard working shift of charming customers was present and we made over the kitty and pet it when it came to see us. Such a lovely cat! But onto the beer now! For the beer that we had at the taproom we had the Rice and Shine Japanese Lager. This was a pretty solid lager and one of my favorite types of lagers. I do love a lager that involves rice. Perhaps not the best ever that I have come across but still quite good. The flavor profile of this beer has a clean, crisp and refreshing aspects to it along with a biscuity flavor. The rest of the beers we had went home with us in cans. One beer was the River Pillow. This was a Pale Ale and had a nice, soft feel to it. The hop presence wasn't too overwhelming. We had another Pale Ale also. This one was called the Shredipede. This beer has a clean, crisp and citrusy presence to it. It is bright in hue and is nice and crushable which means you can have more than one with ease. Moving on from that was another kind of lager. This one was a Mexican Lager. The name of this one was the Pinche Chela. Mexican Lagers are another favorite lager of mine if not my #1 favorite for this beer type. This beer has a nice corn taste which provides a natural sweetness and the beer is nice and crisp. Again... perhaps not my most favorite version that I have had but enjoyable all the same. After that we went to darker beer territory and had a dry Irish Stout. I love these kinds of stouts because of that dryness aspect at work. Other flavor features in this are roastiness, oatmeal and the feel of it is smooth, creamy and soft. An excellent stout. This was a good stop and I am glad this brewery finally got tried out.

The atmosphere is casual and inviting but the food, both quality and presentation, steals the show. We tried a gin cocktail that was as beautiful as it was inventive. We followed this with the brussel sprouts salad which was lightly roasted but still tasted and looked green in the most delightful way, with some kind of light dressing that celebrates the vegetables in the salad medley without overpowering them. We took Calvin's recommendation and ordered the special which was a three mushroom fettuccine: it was perfection. The pasta was served al dente, the mushrooms included shitake, hedgehog, and one other and all had a unique flavor that stood out with each bite. The pasta sauce was buttery but somehow almost effervescent, embracing but not suffocating, with just enough cheese to know it's there but not enough to have it overpower the dish. At this point we didn't think the meal could get any better but then we ordered the pear, huckleberry, and pluot sorbet made at Celilo and we're now committed to coming back. The sorbet featured locally sourced Bosc pears and that flavor may have been my favorite as it was unlike any other sorbet I have ever tasted. All were sweet but complex.
