    Full wings & fries

Great wings for a great price. Flavor, texture, and size are much better than average. Fries are good too. Totally solid wing shop.

Philly Cheesesteak (Cheese, Mayo, Grilled Onions Only) and Seasoned Fries

I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak with mayo, grilled onions and cheese only.. with seasoned fries. The cheesesteak was a decent size, the meat was seasoned well and the bun was lightly toasted. Overall 4/5, I would've gave it a 5 if it was a lil bigger for $9. The fries and the cheesesteak were hot and fresh cooked to order. I will buy it again.

First Things First , Service was excellent and fast ! My food was ready in 10 minutes. I ordered the 3 piece, regular hot . It came with fries and a drink . For 3 wings i thinks is a lil expensive for $8 . More like $6 at most. The chicken was fried just right . I would recommend if you're in the area .

Dry hot. Should have told them to fry them a little less hard since there's no sauce on them. But it's all good!

Owner of this location is very cool... if your order is late or takes a while to come up.. he'll see to it.. from what I've seen, he treats his customers very well & the young man has good conversation. Place really needs some major fixing up though and some ac, cause you have to pray when you go in there during the summer, it's so hot in there, makes you almost feel bad for the chicken frying . Food is bomb though!

Regular hot and seasoned wings from Crumpy's. So good.

This is still my favorite wing place in the city. The food is ALWAYS GOOD. My favorite is Seasoned but, the regular hot wings come in close at second. I don't like hot spicy foods, but I love these hot wings. They're just spicy enough so you have the "kick" but not so much that you're not able to enjoy the flavor. Crumpy's is my go to spot for wings.

    10 pc hot wings
    Craighton Y.

I was on business in Memphis for a few days and I was in the mood for some good hot wings. I purposely wanted to avoid going to the chain wing places or the bars. I passed by this spot and it had that feeling of a down south wing shop. So I gave it a try! I ordered the 10 pc wings hot with fries. Overall the wings were actually really good. And they came as entire wings rather than being cut separately. Never had hot wings served like this but oddly enough, it worked. Also the sauce itself wasn't bad as well. A bit salty but that's to be expected with hot wings

5 piece combo hot with lemon pepper on top

I came with a friend and my mind and tastebuds were on steak... they didn't let us down. The apps we had we fantastic too. The bread and cheese player we ordered opened our eyes to delicious combinations of blueberry jam (which they make there) with a creamy cheese, that I wish I can remember the name of, then drizzled with honey they source locally! The bite was heaven. Then the dinner came. The beef tenderloin presented so beautifully and tasted so much better. The mushroom sauce was perfection with finely balanced flavors. Then I paired it with an Earthquake Cab, . Chef kiss!! Everything was absolutely memorable and enjoyable. One thing they could do to add to the ambiance is blocking the headlights of cars from shining into their restaurant. There are simple things that can be rolled out in front the restaurant to assist. But even with the lights shining they are the best thing I've had in a long time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner in its sun room with a neutral natural palette that I once indulged myself at the Rose Tavern in Canandaigua in Upstate New York. That nostalgic feeling of being in a beautiful tavern is pure delight. Absolutely beautiful restaurant, truly deserves limelight recognition in Germantown. Our darling Annalise server was extremely friendly. We loved the presentation of our dinner, but the octopus was a bit soft for our taste. I've had plenty of octopus in other cities and understand the dish is typically more expensive, but a small single mediocre tentacle is quite pricey for $28. I personally prefer a crispy and firmer chew for octopus. The scallops and shishito peppers were a delightful pairing. Valet parking shouldn't be forced upon the customer though? I felt bad that I don't carry cash to tip the valet, and valet is mandatory unless you want to park on the side streets and walk over. Do carry any cash! I wish that a portion of the parking lot was open for self parking though as those boys don't need to help out every guest who don't need valet and subjecting them to wait around for the boys to grab cars that we're perfectly capable of doing ourselves.

Their "menu" could definitely be updated. It's just 2 papers stapled together written out from word document. The place looks new and nice, but the tables and chairs should be replaced to make the interior. The only thing really keeping this rating from being a 5 star though is that almost everything was over cooked. Except the cornbread muffin. That thing was so soft, moist, and a little sweet too. The sample appetizer had a lot of good flavors. The honey gold was delicious, but the wings were dry from being over cooked. The mozzarella sticks had a thick batter that made it a bit hard. The best appetizer was the southwest egg roll. I had the chicken Philly cheese, the chicken was over cooked on that too. As well as the onion rings. It all had a good flavor though. My husband had the pulled pork burger and it was pretty big, but also big flavors. This place is out of the way for us, but I wouldn't mind coming back and seeing if maybe it was just an off day.

I like the atmosphere, not too large of a dining area, I like the separate room of tables, with a fireplace, along with the area of booths for a more intimate setting. The bar itself is large and has seating on the outskirts of it as well.

I do believe C and I have only been here once as a couple. It did not go well at all, so we have not been back together, as she is holding a bit of a grudge. It's a long story but it all ties back to service. That night we had the worst table in the building and service was spotty at best. Food was still pretty good, just whole ass annoyed by the entirety of the rest of the experience. I am lucky enough to be able to be taken to/host dinner with clients and manufacturers a good bit. They like places like this so I get by ever so often. Gotta love expensed meals!!! Tehehe I like the open kitchen concept they have and the bar is really cool. The metal shelves at the bar that store the booze are bad ass. It's warm and cozy and has a great vibe overall. The last time we sat on the enclosed patio. I had not sat out there before. I think the larger tables all go out there. We had seven and there was another group of about twenty in the same room with us. Food ranges from fairly good to fucking great. I've never had anything bad here, but a few sighs have been had, mostly by misunderstood expectations of what I was getting I would say. So, quite possibly I am the problem. As with most of my problems, actually... The oysters Rockefeller are very different from the norm. Fried oysters on a side of spinach. That's what it seems like. I ate it up, don't get me wrong. I did just switch to only fried oysters after the first one. No need wasting stomach space on spinach. Charbroiled oysters is always a good move and the preparation remains traditional on that one. I do find the oysters to be quite massive and hard to chew the whole thing at once. Cutting them just seems silly though. Steaks are prepared very well and to your liking each time. I have never had a bad one. Good flavor too. I am going to spring on the Hawaiian Ribeye the next time I go on my dime. It's a classic that I remember from Steak and Ale as well as Houston's. Both now gone from Memphis. I like the she crab soup an awful lot, and just about every entree I have had here is killer. You really cannot go wrong with the food. Just order something you normally like and boom. I will also say this. The short ribs I had last time were some of the best I have ever had. Bravo on that! Additionally, I had two giant pieces for like $40! I could only eat one of them after all of the appetizers. Oh.... Yea. They have a hot lobster roll that is good! You don't see that in Memphis very often!! Get you some. Wait.... Lamb Lollipops. They have evolved some of the years but they have really good lamb chops. They used to be the exact same dish as their sister concepts of Itta Bena, BB Kings, and Lafayette's. I am not sure if the whole family still has the old version or not. Here it has changed a good bit. As I write this, I crave it.... Ugh. Damn your foods and your seductive prowess food skills! Lastly, Tommy Peters did great things for this city's food scene. I am sad that he is gone but I know he was proud of this one! Ok. That's enough, Adam.... No one reads this crap anyway. '26 - 48
