The food is good. However the manager is the young Mexican/Hispanic manager is awful.!!!!!! . I had an issue with my order and the assistant manger (Caucasian manager) didn't have an issue correcting the issue. Coming from the mouth of my 11 year old... This place takes more commitment than a relationship... Sunday 6/23/19 pulled up to drive-thru and ordered @ 5:07p, I know because I received a call right before I started my order.. We order a burger/fries which comes with 4 wings and a 10 piece wings/fries.. So nothing too hard.. After waiting in the line for OVER 45 minutes with a fussy baby...I go inside and tell the young man at the counter that I would like my $ back, he states your order is coming up, are you sure you want your $ back. I say yes.. he takes my receipt to the back then comes back and says the manager is coming up.. A young lady asks to see my receipt again.. then hands it back.. Finally an older lady comes from the back and takes my receipt, turns around and walks off.. I wait a minute then walk closer to the register.. she finally comes over and starts refunding my $ or so I thought...I was wondering WHY it was taking so long to refund straight to my CC...Finally, she hands me a print off (refund receipt) that had in capital letters...Customer said was taking too long... I say thank you and leave... Well, here it is 6/26/19 and the $ was refunded BUT another charge was added. So she charged me again... So now I have to waste more time calling and most likely going up there to have my $ refunded again.. SO be safe people and pay attention to the charges... This is my second visit and these are some of the best wings I've had in a while. The Lemon Pepper Wings are my favorite so far. The wings are kinda small but are cooked perfectly. Not over seasoned, just right for my tastebuds. I really liked the Philly Cheesesteak although the bell peppers weren't cooked as much as I would have liked them but overall a close second to Pop's Deli's cheesesteak. Next time I'll definitely hold the bell pepper. A coworker had the House Fried Rice and said it was great. Service was fast and friendly and they've really cleaned up the place from when it was Filiburto's. I'm sold! Let's have more wings! read more

I went to wash my hands, and the restroom was pristine, clearly well cleaned, often. I got a diet coke, from the (well cleaned) fountain. It TASTED like diet coke! (I often get funky sodas, that taste like a mix of drinks, or something) My wings arrive, steaming hot in their signature Gold sauce. This stuff is gold! Mild, savory and slightly sweet. The wing sections were well cooked, with a crispy skin, and not oily at all. The veggies served, 1 mini carrot and 1 piece of celery, were fresh and crisp. The ranch dressing was tasty. This place is very dirty if you look. Sitting waiting on my order I glanced over and saw how disgusting up under the drink machines were into where they never wipe down the sides of the counter. And the silver table where they have the condiments and the other drink machine I don't think the sides of that tables ever been washed down even the front of it is disgusting. I got the Philly cheesesteak combo with wings. I ordered no onions or peppers add pickles and tomatoes. I ate half of the sandwich and noticed 2 stems in my sandwich. They looked like apple stems or something. I called the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager and he said they came from the pickles. I had pickle slices. I finally got a very unprofessional lady on the phone, who was implying that the UberEats driver took my food. But, in reality they gave him the wrong food. I had questions about what I was ordering and the drive thru cashier was very rude and abrupt. I was asked to pull up and told my food would be brought out. When I asked about how long it would be, MORE ATTITUDE! I did receive my food fairly quickly but the same cashier stood behind the railing and dangled my food. There was no thank you and I didn't get my ranch dressing. I chose not to go in for the dressing due to the lack of customer service. The food was average but I will not be back again.
