I already reviewed CRUMBL Temeku Hills with a very honest review, and stand by my review. I am attaching a picture of a comment by who I assume is the owner. Perhaps they should take the reviewS they receive and make improvements instead of trying to attack those that review them honestly. To be clear, I have eaten the cookies at Point Loma because I work down in San Diego and I stand behind my statement that their cookies are BETTER. Far better. The cookies at CRUMBL Temeku are undercooked and not well done. Perhaps corporate would like to know how owners respond to people on Yelp? Let's find out. read more

Crumbl - Temecula - Wonder who sent me this..... sounds like an owner or someone who is deeply invested - Bakeries Near Me - Temecula, California

Delicious. Crumbl cookies are always a welcome treat in my house. Always fresh, warm and delicious.

The staff was excellent and the cookies taste pretty decent. However, one time I asked the manager to replace my cookie that were uneaten, and she refused. Not sure why she couldn't accommodate the request. Thought it was a reasonable request. So that is why the 1 star read more

Best cookies I've ever had! Customer service is always great. I go way more often than I should

Absolutely the worst cookie I've ever eaten in my life . Nothing but a bunch of raw cookie dough over priced raw cookie dough.

Key lime cookie fell apart and frosting was stale. Chocolate chip cookie was also stale and had way too much salt. I'm afraid to try the next two from the four pack. read more

Great cookies!! I love the kinds of cookies every week and the service at the Temecula store is wonderful

This location is so hit or miss. I've been sold cookies, only to be told moments later that they are suddenly out and had to get a refund. They also tack on hidden fees. However, my biggest grievance is that more often than not, the cookies are under cooked and doughy in the middle. read more

Super friendly employees and delicious cookies! My go-to place for a dessert-- it hits the spot. read more

Crumbl - Temecula - Two lemon blackberry, iced oatmeal, buttermilk pancake, orange creamsicle, snickerdoodle cupcake - Bakeries Near Me - Temecula, California

I wasn't impressed the chocolate chip cookie had hardly any chocolate chips you could count them and it seem underbaked. The cinnamon roll cookie had no cinnamon or spice taste. I was disappointed, I think people sometimes just like something new. read more

My boyfriend went there yesterday to get me my favorite cookie of all time, snickerdoodle. It is their mystery cookie from Thursday-Saturday this week. It was 2:00 PM and they were completely sold out of it, on a Friday afternoon!!! They often sell out of cookies and don't have them in stock for the rest of the week. Go to the one in Murrieta instead. They keep their cookies in stock!!!! read more

I'm writing this in hopes that the owners see this and maybe fix the issue, because I really love crumbl! Two weeks in a row I've gotten cookies that were very, very crunchy on the edges. I'm not sure what the problem is, but one of my favorite things about crumbl are their super soft/slightly underbaked cookies (Yes, I'm one of the nuts that likes underbaked cookies). Keeping my fingers crossed read more

Not bad, they are good but IMO they are way too hyped. The chocolate chip cookie is overrated. Too sweet. Of course I drank some milk with it. I enjoyed the Lemon blackberry out of all of them, it wasn't so sweet it was pleasant to my pallet. If I was craving a cookie though I wouldn't go out of my way to get these cookies, too pricey. I can get better ones from sprouts lol. read more

Yummm. Always excellent service and everyone is so friendly. I love the menu changes every week.

Our family had a perfect experience at the Temecula location. We loved the cookies and the prices and service were great. We highly recommend and we will for sure be back. read more

Amazing cookies! Always moist and have a great variety. Staff friendly and helpful. Store is clean and well organized. Easy to pay and choose. read more

I had to try this myself. I heard a lot of hype on these cookies. I love coming to the center especially to eat at The Great Harvest. But sadly this place didn't impress me or my family especially when the cookies at $4.50 plus 10% surcharge. I think the cookies at The Great Harvest are better and cost way less. Also Barons has good cookies too at a smaller price. As far as service, there really wasn't any. I ordered at the kiosk and they then called my name when they were ready. There was no wow factor, The cookies were a little too sweet and oddly the chocolate in the chocolate chip cookies was odd tasting and we are chocolate chip cookie connoisseurs, so we know our cookies. read more

Terrible customer service. Called at 11:51am on 3-2-23 and the employee on the phone was rude. She sounds like she was maybe 17? Probably some high schooler with their first job and was raised in the COVID Era. So understandable. Hopefully Crumbl Cookie can teach their employees how to talk and help customers. All I wanted was the cookies of the week. She told me she was too busy to tell me and to check the website. And then hang up the phone. read more

The cookies are worth every penny, but the place doesn't have any elbow room. Everyone is cluttered in a corner waiting for their cookies. I honestly feel that the waiting area could use more room. read more

I ordered cookies for my daughter and her family. Since she's not too far she decided to pick them up and gave me a pick up time which would work for her. So I made a mistake on the pickup time and attempted to call the store to adjust the pickup time. I was on hold the first time over 10 minutes and called back only to be on hold for over 6 minutes. I suggest they train their employees to prioritize. Their cookies are delicious but the customer service obviously is not. read more

Cookies were absolutely to die for..customer service was excellent as well the lady who was working was super sweet

Always greeted by the staff. Always clean welcoming atmosphere. Cookies are always great.

Prompt service, friendly, and clean! I love being able to order ahead run in and pick my cookie up. They are always ready on time.

They are ok. Big and heavy. As you would expect when you are paying $4.50 each. I do not need a cookie that big and filling. I have had just as good if not better for less $. read more

This is the best Crumbl Cookie I have been to in a while! Not only was the staff so welcoming and helpful but the owner and manager were working just as hard as the rest of the employees. Being in the restaurant industry, it was nice to see those in charge being team players and getting their hands dirty. Not only was this the best experience I have had walking into a Crumbl but the cookies were to die for!! You will not be disappointed by any of the cookies, regardless of the week's selection read more

The cookies always deliver in quality AND the staff here have always been so polite! Not only do I pick up here when I DoorDash but today I went in for myself around 6:30 PM and they were PACKED. It's a small shop and there were a lot of people needing to be helped. The staff tended to everyone as best as they could and I seriously applaud them as some of us even witnessed an extremely rude gentlemen give one of the women a hard time when they ran out of a particular cookie. I wish I took note of her name but she was so kind and patient. I'm only marking down one star because I wish they were a bit cheaper and because I think this location specifically should be more mindful of its employees and install some shades to pull down as the sun was beating on the inside and they were sweating while busting their butts in there. I've worked as a cashier before and that time of day can be brutal if you're set up near open windows. Not only is this uncomfortable for the employees but for your customers as well. I happen to come during this time frequently due to it being after work. Love Crumbl though! The cookies are immaculate. read more

Crumbl - Temecula - Cinnamon Fry Bread, Animal Circus Sugar Cookie - Bakeries Near Me - Temecula, California

Best cookies around. I have been a crumbl lover since before they came to California. Highly recommend

Love it! My favorite is peanut butter and fudge, Place is very clean and everyone is so nice.

This is the first time we get a cookie from this store. We live in San Diego and the cookies there are fine. I'm giving this store a low rating because my cookie was cold and hard. I've had the same flavor elsewhere and it wasn't like this at all. For $5 I definitely expect it to not be hard. I'm gonna wait to get home to warm it up instead. read more

Yummy cookies, great service, cute pink packaging. We love stopping by for a warm cookie!

If you are a person a LOVES cookies, this place is definitely for you! The cookies are massive and they have such a variety to choose from. What's great is that you can literally get different cookies and section off each of them so everyone can get a chance to try a different flavor. So if you have a sweet tooth and need your fix, stop by and grab a treat! You won't regret it. read more

This place has the best cookies!! I had bought a dozen for my co-workers as a thank you gift and everyone loved them. I they made the perfect gift! Looking forward to my next cookie! read more

I love the cookies. Absolutely delicious. They don't taste great the next day and they're huge. I wish they sold the smaller size cookies without having to buy 50. They are pricey. I hate that they change flavors every week. Just pick the top 10 sellers and make them available all the time. I'm not happy the sugar cookie is no longer a default flavor. read more

The customer service on my visit was just perfect! The young gentleman approached me with a welcome and was ready to take my order. I truly appreciate it because my first time there they were not as nice! read more

The cookies are not the problem. The service on the other hand was horrific. Both ordering terminals were broken, nobody approached us to take our order. We had to ask to order, then the young girl seemed like she was being bothered by us. Both employees seemed not happy!!!!! Will never go to that location again. read more

I'm really glad this place opened. We needed a good cookie option in town and these make for a lovely and delicious treat gift or indulgence. However, the price is a smidgen too high. They need to drop by about a dollar a cookie. It's just a bit over the edge where it's not THAT good that I'll go regularly. Even places like nothing bundt cake are expensive but more doable. I do agree with other reviews that instead of throwing away and wasting cookies they could at least discount them or give to women's shelters or low income school teachers etc. Or have a program they rotate people or organizations in need that can pickup leftovers at the end or the day. That's the reason for the 4 stars, otherwise it be 5 stars...need to reduce price slightly and be more responsible about waste... the owner might be frustrated with these types of reviews and say "it's my business I can do what I want", or could take the high road and say "hey I live in 2022 and people now hold one another accountable for good stewardship". I hope this owner takes the latter route. I do suggest reaching out to the homeless services and women's shelters as they would greatly benefit from cookies being thrown out. It's about taking care of each other, and it's great to profit, but when we have people within reach we can support, we can and must do so, even if it creates a slight burden on our time. The price point could even stay the same and as a customer, knowing that the company gives wasted food to charity would make me feel more comfortable with the price point and even make me want to go more. read more
