So I've ordered delivery from this location a couple of times and both times my order was wrong. The first time they forgot half the order and it was missing 6 cookies. I called the store and the manager said they can't do refunds but they would give me 6 cookies the next time I came into the store to order. She said that she kept a log and it wouldn't be a problem. I go into the store about 2 months later and was told they don't do anything like that and I was out of luck. I should have filed with my bank but it didn't occur to me they wouldn't honor their word. I gave it another try this week and once again the order was missing two cookies, the 2 cinnamon didn't have any frosting and the chocolate mousse was just a plain chocolate cookie. I had ordered three of them and clearly they forgot to finish the cookies. I will not be ordering again. I am out quite a bit of $$ from this place and it's terrible that they refuse to correct their mistakes. I should have taken more photos but here is what was supposed to be the chocolate milkshake and part of the cinnamon roll before it went into the trash. Never again!! read more

First time here using my birthday reward. Inside I liked the clean look of white and pink but it's also unwelcoming and sterile. I guess you're just supposed to know what to do by tapping on the screen to make a selection to start the process. I didn't like that there is no option to pay with cash. Once I placed the order, the presentation from the worker was nice! But awkward because there is no personal interaction before this point. They were out of chocolate shavings that comes with the cookie but I have nothing to compare it to, so no loss on my end. The cookie itself was underwhelming for the price, but I did like that it wasn't very sweet. I broke off a small piece to taste and put the rest in the freezer for the next day. Today the cookie tastes better frozen but still not memorable. The best thing I liked was the pink box, so maybe I'll gift a box of 4 to someone in the future but I personally won't be returning. Service is the worst! I either pick up or have it delivered. I ordered today a 6 pack. Door Dash calls me and states they are out of hazelnut, What do I want to do? I told for him to cancel. I was told I would have to contact them directly. I called and no one answered the phone for literally 20 minutes. A female named Monica states she was a lead and when I asked for Josh, she stated there is no one by that name. Josh is a manager. She informed me that my order was canceled and my loyalty money would be back on account and credit card refunded. I don't know if service is terrible just at this store or it's nation wide. Good flavors this week, however horrible customer service. We went at 9 pm and this girl with orange, brassy hair gave us total attitude. I've never had this problem before when ordering a mini six pack but usually they ask if we want one of every flavor. She stayed quiet for a while and then asked which flavors to which we responded one of each and she remarked that there's only 5 as if we were automatically supposed to know that. She didn't even take the time to explain which ones they had, which would've taken literally 30 seconds. I then went to ask which 5 they had and she cut me off and started talking to the other girl in the back and then didn't even acknowledge me when she was done. Then when we finally ordered and went to pay I put my card in and waited for her to turn the screen around so that I could sign (usually where it prompts for a tip too) but she never did and just sighed and said "it went through" in a super rude voice. Worst location. Like many, my family likes the changing flavors and (at other locations) great cookies. This place is a joke. We drive by and it's closed for a week. We order online, order accepted, show up and it's closed. After that, we stop by to make sure they are open, walk in and they are sold out of everything. I'm so annoyed and irritated by the staff at this crumbl cookies. Logan was terrible, and tried charging my card over 10x for a $1.50. Then making it seem like I don't have money when in reality I have plenty of money in my card. Then asking if I had cash for the $1.50. Lucky I had change. Like how your system online take my card but it not working in store and it is my problem!!! And Logan handled the situation terribly, also worst customer service I have ever seen. I have been getting Crumbl cookies for a few years before they opened here. I love most of the cookies, but am having such an issue with the new Rancho Cal location! I hope the manager is reading this! The only thing consistent about this location is.....THE INCONSISTENCY! Seriously, you never know if they'll be open, if something is broken so they can't bake, or if they'll make a mistake with your order. But it's always one of the above. You cannot stay in business in a competitive market with this kind of service. I'm so disappointed at this point. CRUMBL TEMECULA.....YOU NEED TO GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER! I've heard from many people that the problems start with the owners, which makes sense. But, you won't last if this continues. Horrible Customer Service. 3 out of the 4 times have been very unpleasant. 1st experience was good and it has gone down hill after it. One of the visits, I ordered online for my employees and online, everything was guaranteed amd confirmed but when I arrived one of the flavors was no longer available. Business did not bother calling me to let me know. Employees seem more task focused then helping the customer. About 5 employees on floor and only 1 person dropped what they were doing to come help. Sense of urgency or customer service was not there. I won't go on but ot being a franchise owned business, you would think the owner and manager would be more involved. If they were present at store, it didn't seem like it. So disappointing because the cookie quality is great. Placed an order online for 2 dozen cookies and paid for the order as instructed by the sales associate whom I spoke to twice to ensure that I received accurate information. She told me that she was going to get the prep for the cookies done that night and leave a message to the morning crew so that my cookies would be baked and ready I show up today (day after call) to pick up my order only to be told that THEY ARE ALL OUT OF COOKIES. And when I asked SHEENA one of the employees there what is the point of placing an online order her response was "THERE IS NONE." Very poor customer service. Will not be returning. I've been to Crumbl in three different states. This particular location needs work. Service and quality of the cookies at this location is lacking. (1) consistency in the size and quality of each cookie is off, (2) when you order from the app, you don't get serviced until you actually arrive - the wait is just as long, (3) customer service needs work. I already reviewed CRUMBL Temeku Hills with a very honest review, and stand by my review. I am attaching a picture of a comment by who I assume is the owner. Perhaps they should take the reviewS they receive and make improvements instead of trying to attack those that review them honestly. To be clear, I have eaten the cookies at Point Loma because I work down in San Diego and I stand behind my statement that their cookies are BETTER. Far better.
