Great place, very good workers. Cristian was very polite, helpful, patient, and welcoming!

Yes they have reopened with the grand opening tomorrow. This is a new beginning with a new owner and new staff so I wish them all well. Not much is new there since it is a franchise. The price is still up there, almost $5 each. Value is a personal thing. The staff were very friendly and pleasant, no rush to choose which flavor I wanted. We have a choice to pay with cash or card. I like the option although it comes out of the same account. I paid with a card and was not presented with the screen that asks what percentage of tip I want to leave. How refreshing that was. I have now eaten some of each as I write this. They do taste good, they look tempting and I think they are probably addictive. Enjoy the opening everyone. read more

the place is very tiddy and clean when I went in the workers were very nice and welcoming they were fast with orders

Love crumble! This location is great. We're glad to have you close by. There have been some amazing new flavors lately. Keep up the good work. I love the lemon meringue. It's almost like a pie. read more

Tasty delicious nomnoms are delectable sights for the mouth and eyes. Thanks! That's the way the cookies crumble.

I love crumbl, especially the warm chocolate cookies to die for! My son also loves many of the off season favors

Love cookie crumbl just wish they didn't cost so much for a family of 8...40 a bit high to spend but definitely enjoy for a special treat

Fast and good costumer service. The cookies never come misshaped or have the icing melting off. I always get from this location.

service is amazing and so are the cookies!!Ambiance was good too. We will be trying the food again.

So I've ordered delivery from this location a couple of times and both times my order was wrong. The first time they forgot half the order and it was missing 6 cookies. I called the store and the manager said they can't do refunds but they would give me 6 cookies the next time I came into the store to order. She said that she kept a log and it wouldn't be a problem. I go into the store about 2 months later and was told they don't do anything like that and I was out of luck. I should have filed with my bank but it didn't occur to me they wouldn't honor their word. I gave it another try this week and once again the order was missing two cookies, the 2 cinnamon didn't have any frosting and the chocolate mousse was just a plain chocolate cookie. I had ordered three of them and clearly they forgot to finish the cookies. I will not be ordering again. I am out quite a bit of $$ from this place and it's terrible that they refuse to correct their mistakes. I should have taken more photos but here is what was supposed to be the chocolate milkshake and part of the cinnamon roll before it went into the trash. Never again!! read more

Great service the cookies are good but the cakes have honestly been a hit for me! The cake flavors so far have been so good and are a perfect little personal thank you gift for teachers and birthdays! read more

Reopened with New Ownership and so thankful it did. Love all the their cookie flavors. Best cookies in Temecula.

Awesome tasting cookies actually the best and also great service .Will definitely be back

The best place for a sweet treat! service is 10/10 always, and the ambiance is to die for!

Love this place! It never disappoints.. quick pick up mobile orders. They have designated parking for pickup, so it makes it quick & easy to enjoy my cookies read more

First time here using my birthday reward. Inside I liked the clean look of white and pink but it's also unwelcoming and sterile. I guess you're just supposed to know what to do by tapping on the screen to make a selection to start the process. I didn't like that there is no option to pay with cash. Once I placed the order, the presentation from the worker was nice! But awkward because there is no personal interaction before this point. They were out of chocolate shavings that comes with the cookie but I have nothing to compare it to, so no loss on my end. The cookie itself was underwhelming for the price, but I did like that it wasn't very sweet. I broke off a small piece to taste and put the rest in the freezer for the next day. Today the cookie tastes better frozen but still not memorable. The best thing I liked was the pink box, so maybe I'll gift a box of 4 to someone in the future but I personally won't be returning. I didn't find value in the product and business model. read more

The taste of the cookies was great and come out curbside. The store was immaculate staff was friendly

If I could give a 0 I would ... this place has every excuse in the book , which is weird because the Murrieta location is never a problem . 5 separate occasions, internet down , don't have cookies , the crew walked out , we don't have power .... I mean I guess stuff happens but like there's a point too where if it ain't running smooth something needs to be done . Which is unfortunate because of it's location . read more

Service is the worst! I either pick up or have it delivered. I ordered today a 6 pack. Door Dash calls me and states they are out of hazelnut, What do I want to do? I told for him to cancel. I was told I would have to contact them directly. I called and no one answered the phone for literally 20 minutes. A female named Monica states she was a lead and when I asked for Josh, she stated there is no one by that name. Josh is a manager. She informed me that my order was canceled and my loyalty money would be back on account and credit card refunded. I don't know if service is terrible just at this store or it's nation wide. Good product but substandard service. Doesn't matter how good a product is , if service is not up to par. read more

Very Clean, nice staff. Cookies are made to a T and are extremely tasty. Would 10/10 recommend.

great customer service and staff was very friendly and welcoming. loved how fresh everything tasted

Good flavors this week, however horrible customer service. We went at 9 pm and this girl with orange, brassy hair gave us total attitude. I've never had this problem before when ordering a mini six pack but usually they ask if we want one of every flavor. She stayed quiet for a while and then asked which flavors to which we responded one of each and she remarked that there's only 5 as if we were automatically supposed to know that. She didn't even take the time to explain which ones they had, which would've taken literally 30 seconds. I then went to ask which 5 they had and she cut me off and started talking to the other girl in the back and then didn't even acknowledge me when she was done. Then when we finally ordered and went to pay I put my card in and waited for her to turn the screen around so that I could sign (usually where it prompts for a tip too) but she never did and just sighed and said "it went through" in a super rude voice. Didn't even finish taking my card out when she started taking the order of the people after us. read more

Ordered and paid online yesterday. Got there and they were closed. Sign on the door said my $ would be refunded. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried again today. Trying to get cookies for my son's birthday. Same story. I've now paid for 2 orders that I haven't gotten. No money refunded as of yet. Can they not turn off the online orders when they're closed so that we don't pay and then drive all the way over there for nothing?? There were people inside today but they ignored me at the door. I was so excited to have a Crumbl when they opened but doubt I'll be back. Ridiculous!! read more

Never had a bad experience here! Although the prices have gone up to 4.99. It's still fun to come here for a little treat every incr in awhile. read more

Worst location. Like many, my family likes the changing flavors and (at other locations) great cookies. This place is a joke. We drive by and it's closed for a week. We order online, order accepted, show up and it's closed. After that, we stop by to make sure they are open, walk in and they are sold out of everything. If the franchise has any expectations of this owner meeting Crumbl standards then it should be noted that they are failing miserably. SMH. read more

I cannot emphasize my frustration with this store location. You'll be lucky if you ever find this store open. And if it is open, they're most likely closing early like they did today. Like seriously, understaffed? I also always try calling before leaving my house to make sure they're open and i have NEVER gotten an answer. On the other hand, i think I've memorized their company song that plays over and over and the phone. Smh. read more

I'm so annoyed and irritated by the staff at this crumbl cookies. Logan was terrible, and tried charging my card over 10x for a $1.50. Then making it seem like I don't have money when in reality I have plenty of money in my card. Then asking if I had cash for the $1.50. Lucky I had change. Like how your system online take my card but it not working in store and it is my problem!!! And Logan handled the situation terribly, also worst customer service I have ever seen. I was waiting to pick up an order I order online and they choose to wait 5 extra min even waiting at the pick up counter. Learn to treat your customers respectfully, and this staff did not. Austin, Logan and a girl were on staff when I visited read more

I love the variety of cookies they offer every week. The service is always fast and the customer service is outstanding.

you guys suck!! You guys want to close at 10 or earlier every Saturday when your hours clearly state your open until midnight. So I paid online through the app at 9:40 and came down around 10:20pm. I was told by the employees inside while the door was closed that instead of just grabbing the cookie that was readily available and that I already paid for, to "just go online and get a refund instead". That's not the point!! Especially when you're standing right here, so sick of them doing this! read more

The cookies were tasted great. Came across one problem but they fixed the issue and gave great customer service.

Great cookies! Better under new ownership. Variety of cookies are amazing, there is something for everyone

I have been getting Crumbl cookies for a few years before they opened here. I love most of the cookies, but am having such an issue with the new Rancho Cal location! I hope the manager is reading this! The only thing consistent about this location is.....THE INCONSISTENCY! Seriously, you never know if they'll be open, if something is broken so they can't bake, or if they'll make a mistake with your order. But it's always one of the above. You cannot stay in business in a competitive market with this kind of service. I'm so disappointed at this point. CRUMBL TEMECULA.....YOU NEED TO GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER! I've heard from many people that the problems start with the owners, which makes sense. But, you won't last if this continues. You get 2 stars because I like some of your cookies, but you would get 0 if it was based solely on service. read more

Horrible Customer Service. 3 out of the 4 times have been very unpleasant. 1st experience was good and it has gone down hill after it. One of the visits, I ordered online for my employees and online, everything was guaranteed amd confirmed but when I arrived one of the flavors was no longer available. Business did not bother calling me to let me know. Employees seem more task focused then helping the customer. About 5 employees on floor and only 1 person dropped what they were doing to come help. Sense of urgency or customer service was not there. I won't go on but ot being a franchise owned business, you would think the owner and manager would be more involved. If they were present at store, it didn't seem like it. So disappointing because the cookie quality is great. Will need to try cookie Co and see how they are and maybe they won't disappoint. read more

Delicious cookies that are great for sharing! They always look exactly like the images on the weekly menu.

Placed an order online for 2 dozen cookies and paid for the order as instructed by the sales associate whom I spoke to twice to ensure that I received accurate information. She told me that she was going to get the prep for the cookies done that night and leave a message to the morning crew so that my cookies would be baked and ready I show up today (day after call) to pick up my order only to be told that THEY ARE ALL OUT OF COOKIES. And when I asked SHEENA one of the employees there what is the point of placing an online order her response was "THERE IS NONE." Very poor customer service. Will not be returning. It is quite obvious that they simply chose to sell my cookies. I finally received a refund for my order today 5 days later. read more

Great cookies and customer service is excellent! Will be returning for more great cookies

I've been to Crumbl in three different states. This particular location needs work. Service and quality of the cookies at this location is lacking. (1) consistency in the size and quality of each cookie is off, (2) when you order from the app, you don't get serviced until you actually arrive - the wait is just as long, (3) customer service needs work. The process to provide service is just not orderly- it's a bit of a mess. Especially when you order online. read more
