THESE COOKIES ARE MASSIVE. And delicious. The only recommendation I have is if you don't have a huge sweet tooth, go for one or two cookies (which could last you a couple of days) rather than a four pack. read more

My husband and I spend a lot of money at Crumbl cookies... too much money. This particular location just seems subpar to all the ones we visit in San Diego County. They are often sold out of items or keep irregular hours. Right now I drove all the way over there and they're not even open despite yelp saying that it is. It's 2:30 on a Monday afternoon. Strange. I give up. read more

Wonderful and delicious cookies!! We go almost every week for the rotating flavors. Great service and staff!

Wow! Simple: you've got to try Crumbl if you enjoy cookies. I'm adding these words just to make it postable.

It's unfortunate that I went in today on my birthday with a crumble app already established and NO ONE would help me figure out how to get my free birthday cookie! No name tag not in uniform seemed to be of management which makes it worse! Not sure I'll be back Temeku location! Customer service sucks these days....Happy Birthday to me! read more

I got 4 cake batter cookies, the frosting is my favorite part so I like the entire top of the cookie to be covered with the frosting. The employee at this location would not add more frosting because "they're supposed to leave 1/4inch space between the edge of the cookie and the frosting". Whether that's true or not I'm not coming back to this location, that's ridiculous. Whenever I go to other locations they will gladly fill in the entire top of the cookie with frosting if I ask them to. read more

Can someone please send this office 4 pack boxes and friendlier, more customer service oriented staff? I bought a four pack for a gift and they put the cookies in a 6 pack box (lame) and topped the berry one while it was warm. Well the toppings slid off onto another cookie making a mess of the box. When I called to let them know, the person who answered the phone suggested it was me keeping the cookies out in the warm weather. I asked them to replace the cookies and give me a refund which she denied. I have to drive back from murrieta to temecula without remediation for their screw up. Terrible customer service. The way to keep the customer is to say "yes of course we will replace the cookies and throw in a gift card for your trouble." It could've been for $2 and you would have kept me as a customer. read more

I was so happy to hear they reopened under new ownership. They did not disappoint! Excellent service and cookies!

Good cookies! They give you that cake and cookies taste combined. I buy them when every I have a sweet tooth.

Great cookies! Bring back the OG flavors like Hawaii rainbow, and the circus animal cookie

Fast and sweet it was just a little smelly out by the front of the door the parking lot was trashed . But there's was a sweeet aroma upon walking in and the screens on the counter made it easy to order. I didn't wait long working hard in there baking fresh cookies. read more

always so great presentation and so good and fresh. i definitely love how they have different flavors every week and always such great flavors. never go wrong read more

I am a huge fan of Crumbl, howevever not of this location. On multiple occasions now I have been ignored when walking in and the still waited about 15/20 minutes for a mobile pick up order. The girl that has been working both times has been incredibly rude. At the point tonight where I just wanted a refund, I will most likely be driving further to the other location from now on. read more

Thank you Erin! I had ordered a 4pc, 2 cookies having pecans which I'm allergic too. When I went to pick it up, I was hoping it wasn't boxed up already. I arrived early and Erin was able to box the pecan cookies separately from the other cookies. Awesome customer service and understanding. She was by herself and was handling other orders professionally. Give her a raise. read more

We have had good experiences before but we ordered cookies online and paid and when we got there they say sold out. Unreal and so disappointed but it won't matter. read more

this location sucks. don't waste your time coming in here just drive the extra few mins to the other locations surrounding the area. the owner is very disrespectful! love crumbl cookies but not this one ain't it read more

Amazing cookies!!! Definitely too sweet to eat a whole one but they're soo good. They are pricey which is okay, but the tip screen guilt trip is a little much. I usually tip everywhere I go but I was turned off when the cashier asked everyone at checkout "do you want to tip us today?" . I love the cookies though i will go back read more

Crumbl - Temecula - Chocolate chip M and M Twix - Bakeries Near Me - Temecula, California

I went there for the first time a couple weeks ago and the lemon cookies were the best!

So good but pricey! It's fun that the flavors are always rotating. Will definitely go again for maybe just a single cookie or 2!

The cookies have been pretty good in the past, but this time I bought the chocolate chip cookie and it was not like before. It tasted like something was terribly wrong with it. After closer inspection, I found that the layer of white crystalline material all over the surface was salt and not sugar. It was coated in salt. More than you would get on heavily salted fries. All you could taste was sweet salt. Even after trying to brush the salt off I still was left with so much salt it was inedible. I'm certain that there was some mistake that resulted in a big layer of salt rather than the light sprinkle of salt that would be normal. But the guy working there didn't want to hear about it, I brought back a piece of it in a bag to show and he was just rude about the whole thing and wouldn't even acknowledge that there was a problem then acted as if I would go through all this effort just trying to get a free cookie, as if I'm asking for something expensive. All I wanted was for them to stand behind their product and make it right. Needless to say, I don't intend to buy overpriced cookies anymore--I didn't mind when my business was appreciated, but won't be buying overpriced cookies if they can't even stand behind their product and act professionally. I'm heading over to Temecula cookie co instead now, which is supposed to be much better and is just down the street read more

so good!!! such good service and good prices!!! the food is so good too and the employees are so nice

This place is just a joke, I seriously don't see how they are in business and I don't see them here for very long. They are always closed , always run out of milk , cookies , ice cream. Who ever manages this store must get fired and hired someone who cares. Horrible just horrible read more

I went in Wednesday night, and for $5 a cookie, I thought these were freshly baked. The snickerdoodle cookie was so hard we could not cut it with a fork. My mom could not chew it, and it was so hard. Back to baking my own. read more

I bought 2 cookies in 2/22 at 1330. There was only one employee. Both were stale. I tried to call the store, but the call went to a corporate number. read more

Disappointed about this place being closed a few days now, but Yelp still shows it open, and the crumbl website shows it open, and someone picked up the phone when I called saying there close because of the internet. There should be an emergency IT person on call to fix this. Every company I know has a downtime protocol. This site is not prepared and efficient in providing cookies for there community. read more

Went late one night, cute concept. You place your order electronically and wait for warm cookies. The idea of warm cookies was nice but I found nothing special about the cookies. Definitely overpriced. read more

I wanted to love this place - close by gourmet cookies. Except, they are not. The taste and execution is just not there and for the price they should be. Yes, the cookies are gigantic but for $4 you should want to eat the whole thing! Sugar cookies are too thick to cook properly for the absurd density of the recipe so you end up with a mouthful of floury salt. The chocolate chip which should be a slam dunk and is the only menu constant is mediocre and forgettable. My advise is, if you must indulge your sweet tooth here go for a fudge-y looking number- they seem to be the only option that holds up a little to the over-mixed, over-dense formula. read more

Product is excellent but frustrating to get it. The location is deep into Temecula. Not opened on Sundays like all of their stores, so planning an actual trip to go and purchase said product, ends with "technical difficulties" and they're closed. When you're willing to go out of your way for a great product the company should have their act together. It shouldn't be that difficult. read more

I ordered cookies for my brothers birthday. I live in Texas, my brother lives in Temecula California. They accepted the phone order , charged my card and gave me a delivery time. A Uber eats driver contacted me and advised that there was a sign on the door stating the store was closed. The order was April 11th. I've been calling the store every day and have emailed them twice. They don't answer the phone or respond to the emails. I still haven't received a refund and the corporate number I was given says that they can't help, " I have to deal with the store I ordered from." It's really sad when you have clear deceptive business practices happening at a cookie store. This store is ridiculous. read more

Ordered cookies on line and paid for them. When I drove to the store to pick them up there was a sign on the door saying they were closed today. Would have been nice if they would post that on the web site and not accept orders and charge people. Then you drive to the store only to find out they are closed on a Tuesday. I think the owners can do better than this. read more

I was craving some good cookies and ordered for pick up on a Saturday night at 8 pm. Drove all the way from fallbrook and the store was closed??! It didn't say the store was closed on the app. Never been so disappointed! read more

The specialty here is cookies. They are large, soft and very very tasty. I've had them a few times over the past year and thoroughly enjoyed them. Today was their soft opening and tomorrow (5/27/22) is the grand opening. I was glad that I was able to get in when I did as I expect that with all the people that have been waiting for it to open will make a mad dash to get here. They make a wide variety of cookies in their recipe book but they only make a few of the varieties each week before the rotate different ones in. The owner is former military so please stop by and support him and thank him for his service. read more

The cookies themselves are good. This location is horrible. Always sold out of cookies on Mondays which is odd because the cookies reset on Sunday?? Crazy how they are always out. This location is not run well at all and they need to plan better for the week. Due to this being well over the tenth time this has happened to me this location has lost my business for good. read more

This store just opened up and there was a short wait, but the staff was excellent. I only had to wait about 5 minutes and it was worth the wait. I was impressed by how efficient the newly hired and trained staff was doing. And the cookies were great, they tasted exactly like the cookies I purchased at other Crumbls. I'm so glad that we finally have our own Crumbl. read more

I love the cookies my friend Aries works there she is so good with customers and very friendly.thanks again cookie are worth it.yum

$48.00 for a dozen cookie then when you insert your cc they turn the key pad to you with a tip option. I don't ever mind leaving a tip if the service is great but honestly just to hand me cookies? So now total is over $50 for a dozen cookies! Overhyped! Overpriced! read more
