Unique flavors! They can be a little sweet for my liking (depending on the flavor). The caramel apple one was good!

Ordered 4 pack on Crumbl app. Went to store on time, order ahead of me didn't get their order right, had to wait on 4 fresh chocolate chunk cookies. Kid who handed me the box said the order was right and box was sealed. I checked box before leaving the store and it was wrong. Told the same kid my order wasn't right and apparently he was arguing with me being wrong about my order, so he walked off in a huff, while I was talking to him, I yelled at him to come back. They apparently "ran out" of the pumpkin cake cookie, and replaced it with another cookie of choice. It was 6pm and they had time for more! Crumbl Cookie Employee leaving store angry witnessed by my husband. We will not return to this location. Crumbl contacted with a note that they would check into this, no follow up phone call. I have experienced better service than this location elsewhere. Please keep your word, Crumbl. The least that could be done is a replacement 4 pack for the experience. read more

so this is my first time going to a crumbl cookie store and trying crumbl cookies on the spot. i get the appeal but i don't think it's for me. for 5$ a cookie, it better be good? this week, i got the cake batter blondie. it still felt warm which was great but then most of the inside was too soft and gooey. i love gooey/soft cookies but this one felt and tasted like it needed to be cooked more. not really a fan of this kind of cookie, especially when i've tried other confection spots that had bigger and better tasting cookies for the same price, or cheaper. the place was clean and the staff were nice but the place is a bit tight once it got busy. read more

While the cookies texture and mouthfeel was good, the flavor was underwhelming. I got the brownie batter cookie and I'm not sure I would have identified it as a chocolate cookie in a blind taste test. Frankly, I get better tasting cookies for less money at Boudin Bakery and even at McDonalds. read more

First tried Crumbl Cookies in Northern California and wasn't too impressed. My mother in law bought 2 boxes of cookies and let me tell you, they were amazing! So flavorful and melt in your mouth ! Well, I'm not really a fan but my husband is, so I went in to buy four cookies. Not only were they incredibly slow, but they made me run my card twice. When the bank charged my card twice, they refused to refund my card, noting that it was a ghost charge and I needed to wait five days. Not sure what kind of customer service that is, or what kind of wonky credit card system they have but if I were you - I'd only pay in cash.... read more

Absolutely delicious cookies. You can taste the quality in every bite. Cookies are supposed to be buttery and delicate, which these cookies are. Bought a box of 12 for a birthday, and everyone loved them... and we're all cookie enthusiasts, so it was definitely worth every penny! read more

crumbl is the biggest rip off!!!! they have a point system that allows you to accumulate points when you purchase cookies, but indiscriminately take the points away without your knowledge!!!! do not buy from these rip offs and if you do just keep in mind your points may not be there when you want them!!!!! i contacted the corporate office and never heard from them. the kid at the store couldn't help, he didn't know what year it was, unbelievable!!! very disappointed read more

I came in and ordered a 6 pack of cookies. the girl didn't say my name she said "it's one of each" and i had gotten one of each but when i got in the car to look, two i ordered were missing. the service at this crumbl sucks it's always awful. When I came to pick up my curbside order for 24 cookies for Christmas, I was told that the a certain type of cookies that I ordered was unavailable and has been "insanely popular" on the date of my order. If I preordered and drove 30 miles to the store, shouldn't the cookies I ordered be available? How can a store sell cookies without considering their pre-orders? Since it was 2 days before Christmas, I waited for an hour so that the bakers can bake more cookies and I would receive my full order without ever coming back to this disorganized location. read more

The service was great and the packaging looks amazing! The kids were so excited when I brought them the beautiful pink box. That's where the positive ends...the cookies are awful! Definitely not worth the hype. If I am going to spend $23 on 6 cookies, they need to be amazing. The filling on the apple pie was good, but the cookie is just bad. The carrot cake was uninspired and tasted more like a spiced cookie. The smores cookie was too sweet and just did not taste good. I did not try the dark dream, frankly, because I had enough. With three kids I expected to come home to crumbs, and instead there were plenty of cookies left. read more

Went to get cookie from here at my sons request... worst experience! I went inside to pick up my order which was a big mistake! I checked in and they said my order would be ready shortly... well it wasn't! After 15 other people got their stuff they realized I was still waiting and apologized and continued to give 3 more customers their orders before I got mine. Got the cookies that took what seemed like forever to get and they are meh... I wouldn't waste my money or time on this place. read more

Expensive, but if you are treating someone who likes moist, flavor-dense cookies, it's a good pick. Good location to pick up a potluck or department treat for the office. Also good if you need to bring something to a party but don't cook. More popular than doughnuts in my experimence. read more

Beautifully presented soft-baked cookies. My wife brought home a pink box of six for our family to try. Super sweet, cakey cookies. Big. But I am not a fan of soft-baked cookies. And sometimes the flavor was fine, but often overly sweet. We had hoped this would be our new local go-to place for treats. The chocolate chip cookies are AMAZINGGGG , I've been here plenty of times and ordered for delivery around 3-4 times my cookies always come fast and warm. I just ate a blue berry cookie. I can honestly say this is the best cookie that I have ever eaten in my life. I literally mean that. After eating this cookie, I am dumbfounded to read that this shop has only 3 1/2 stars. The would be like Ruth's Chris having 3 1/2 stars. I can only surmise that competitors came on here and gave fake reviews. No way in the universe are these cookies below 5 stars. EDIT: After posting my review, I went back and read some of the disgruntled posts to see why people were unhappy. Most of them were unhappy with the customer service, not the cookies. No sane human could be unhappy with these cookies. And for the folks who didn't like paying $4 a cookie, keep in mind that these cookies are freaking huge. They are a meal in-and-of-themselves. To all the people who were upset with the app, or that one of the cookies in their box was broken, or that they had to wait longer than expected, those don't have anything to do with the quality of the product. The cookies are pricey. The chocolate chip is so far, the only one I really like and I come back for. The other flavors are very sweet, and are more cakey. Some seem like they rely on the frosting to make up for the flavor. I do think it's cool they rotate the menu weekly. Hopefully there will be something else I like in the future! read more
