I've been wanting to try NBC for along time, recently moved to Santee and this location is very close to my house. I tried a few of their cakes. The red velevet is very good and moist. The carrot one is a little dry and have a giant hole in the middle. I personally love carrot cake but i'd not get it again here. The biscoff and new marble are soo goood! I wish i could choc opt for the balls though. It's not that bad but i'm not a fan. Shout out for the customer service! Visited them twice and received a fabulous service on both visits! One word - Excellent! I gave this location a call and spoke to a representative by the name of Jenna (I believe that was her name). I had missed out on my birthday reward and they still honored it. I ordered the Biscoff Bundlet and it was very delicious! One of the ladies at the counter told me to heat it up for about 10-15 seconds and it will be even better in terms of recognizing and appreciating the flavor notes so that's what I did. I've had a few of their bundlets and I must say they are moist and fluffy like a cloud. They have a pretty big following around town and I can see why. They make flavorful cakes albeit they are pricey. The white chocolate raspberry is amongst my favorites. I went in to order some bundt cakes for pick up and Renante was super helpful in helping me order because I've never ordered at an in store location before. The store always smells so good, so it definitely took a lot of self control to not buy a million of them. I went to go pick up my order and Melissa was super helpful with getting my order all nice and neat and she was also amazing with correcting the order when I had realized it was incorrect. We order cakes from this location for coworkers birthdays. We teach nearby, so it's convenient. I emailed the business letting them know we found three bugs in our cake box. No one bothered to acknowledge my email. I find that quite unprofessional. I had a really disappointing experience here that I feel needs to be shared. As soon I opened my bundlet, I found what appeared a long blonde hair or string inside of it between the frosting. It was honestly one of the most disgusting things I've ever encountered at a bakery. Finding something in food is completely unacceptable and immediately ruined my appetite. On top of that, the checkout experience was frustrating. I waited far longer than expected for someone to come ring me up, even though there appeared to be staff around. Standing there waiting without any acknowledgment made the experience even worse. Between the hygiene issue and the slow service, it raises serious concerns about how this place is being run. Food establishments should maintain strict cleanliness standards and make sure customers are taken care of promptly. Because of the hair found in my food and the overall lack of cleanliness I observed, Someone needs to be filing a complaint with the local health department so they can inspect the facility and ensure proper sanitation practices are being followed. I hope management takes this seriously and makes the necessary improvements so other customers don't have to deal with the same experience. read more

I'm writing this review about an incident that happened a while back when we placed a large order from Nothing But Bundt Cakes for a family party. My wife picked up the boxes and unfortunately, there was frosting all over the bottom and sides of the boxes, which ended up getting all over her outfit when she carried them on her lap to the party. It was too late for her to go back and change. I called the store and spoke to an employee who didn't seem to know how to handle the situation properly. I was then forwarded to a manager, who assured me they would issue a credit to my wife's account. However, after numerous follow-ups, we never received the promised credit. My wife orders from Nothing Bundt Cakes frequently for pickup, and this has become a family tradition, so it's really disappointing that we got shafted on the credit and had such a poor customer service experience. Unfortunate that careless preparation can ruin an otherwise delicious cake. I hope they can improve their packaging process and follow through better on making things right for unsatisfied customers. Overall, 2 stars. The cakes themselves are good, but the lack of care in packaging and poor customer service really let us down on this order. read more

WOW, I love this place as the cakes are absolutely delicious. I don't know why I have been buying birthday cakes from any other place. They are beautiful and tasty not to mention the cream cheese frosting. They have everything from little snack buntinis to large cakes for all occasions. The Buntinis are the best for party get togethers in lieu of the old fashion cup cakes. The cakes are always fresh and you can order online or in the store. Every time, I go into the store which is about once a month to grab one for my employees birthday, the staff is always nice and friendly and even when busy they take time to answer your questions. Never been here before and will never be back. The staff is very rude, including "management". They were all too busy laughing and chitchatting amongst themselves, and friends who did not even work there. I was a bother to inconvenience them to try and buy some of the little cakes. Not a welcoming atmosphere or professional in anyway! So I went over to Crumbl instead, and had a much better experience where the staff was friendly and greeted us! read more

Nothing Bundt Cakes never disappoints. We probably buy at least four large cakes and a few couple of dozen cupcakes (bundtinis ) and individual bundltlet cakes a year. If you enjoy trying (or can't decide on just one flavor) I recommend the bundtinis they are a great way to enjoy the flavor variety. The consistency is top notch. The bakery storefront is small but they don't need bigger. The cakes are moist, sweet and they cover them in frosting (or not if you prefer but who wants cake without frosting). They will add little decorations on the cake for an additional charge. I love that they have featured flavors as well. The featured flavor is REESE'S chocolate peanut butter. I can't wait to try it. I only have until 2/25 to do so. It sounds amazing!!! read more

I just got out of surgery so her friend took her. The lady gave her a free birthday bundt cake plus she bought a huge one that both her and her friend literally devour.
