Expertly decorated & very tasty. Larger, custom cookies were ordered for a good friend's 70th birthday. Cookie designs told the story of my friend's life achievements & enjoyed activities. Folks took the individually wrapped cookies home as a delicious memento. The double chocolate brownie bites decorated with peanut butter cream cheese frosting & reese's pieces were also a big hit! I wish I had read the comments here before about the known lack of customer service. I had an unfortunate experience with this company with lack of design on an order of custom cookies. And furthermore when I reached out stating my disappointment, was met with complete disregard. I've bought from this company several times, and had their products at my kids school events and even my work. But I will never order from here again, simply for the lack of customer service. It seemed like they could careless about receiving my business. There's so many cookie vendors that I've bought from before that have never lacked this much design. I ordered Mario themed cookies with an emphasis on Luigi and Yoshi. I planned to use these for my kids party favors, in their 3 mini cookie packages. Two of the cookies were "in theme" and the last 'number' cookie was basic. I'm sorry, but when you're buying custom cookies, the expectation is for all the cookies to be in theme. Taking out the printed Luigi/Yoshi cookies, there would be no idea of what the theme was. At the price point of $7 per pack, that comes to just about $2.33 per mini 2" cookie. These lacked detail, design, and cohesiveness; which is ultimately what I thought was paying for. I will give them 2 stars because the cookies were good and all the cookies prior to this order have always been super cute and nicely detailed. read more

Yes, NaSweets definitely makes some amazing cookies and then some! I picked up a melee of cookies, and I also had some coffee ice cream while I was there. The large cookies I choose were snicker doodles, chocolate chip, and double dark chocolate with sea salt, not to mention the custom cookie called something rather "Bar," and I am so made I can't remember. Anyways, the snicker doodle was bliss, the chocolate chips cookie fantastic, and the Double Dark Chocolate Chip cookie was indulgence. Each cookie cost $2 and were worth, not only for their large size, but also how wonder they tasted and great texture they provided. They provided little boxes so the cookies would make a good gift. The square thick bar, the one I can remember it name, was similar to a blonde brownies but with all that chocolate love. It was great eating with a cold glass of milk. The coffee ice cream was very good as well. I like that it came with had pieces of espresso in the ice cream. This a great place for dessert and or, a great place to pick up a terrific dessert for that perfect celebration. read more

I ordered a dozen baby shower, tea themed cookies for a baby shower I was hosting. Everything was done by email and she had pretty quick response times as well. WOW what an amazing product! Found this place on Facebook! Their cookies are so beautiful. I ordered some for my son's first birthday party. I went into the shop and the lady at the counter was super kind and explained the different orders I could make and the prices. The lady told me to email The picture I had taken from their Facebook and select 6 shapes and and specify what I wanted to order. They sent me a bill via email/ PayPal. They have large cookies and small cookies. The larger ones were 90+ dollars for a platter. I ordered the smaller cookies for my dessert table. They charged me 18 dollars a dozen with a minimum of 4 dozen ordered. A little different from what the website says but I was super happy with the product. Picked up the morning of the party and they were smaller then I thought. My box seemed empty. Then, I realized it was a big box that made the cookies seem small. They were perfect on the plate I had and people really didn't eat them as quickly as the other treats. They said they were too pretty. Lol. The cookies really added elegance to my treat table. I usually order cookies form another party but wanted to try Nat's Sweets mainly because they are close to where I live and have nice looking cookies. I emailed a few days ago asking about custom cookies to be made. I had checked out the website prior to contact. It had said no orders between March 27th or 28th thru Easter. I thought I would be able to get cookies made before that time for the wknd. The response back took me off guard. Basically made me feel like I'm stupid. How she worded the email was very rude. I looked back on the website moment later and it was changed to, not taking orders till after April 6th. Whoever's responding to emails needs to re read what they write. To me a simple, I'm so sorry we are completely slammed right now, we're not able to accommodate any orders at this time. Hope you have a nice day blah blah would have been fine. Anyway I decided to give them another try and walk in to buy some cookies for my daughters softball team the next day. The young girl who helped me was very nice. She rang me up, I gave her my cash and just as she was about to give me change (I'm assuming this is owner) walked up and had this very uncomfortable exchange in front of me with her employee for a few minutes. Asking how much did you charge her for each cookie. I could tell the employee was getting startled. I'm just standing there waiting for my change as she continues to scold her. Then the owner looks at me and says to me, "By the way she undercharged you $10", speaking very rudely to me and then she just walks away. What did I do?! I handed the cashier $10 more. I felt bad for her but honestly I will never go to Nat's Sweets again based on how she treated her employee and a paying customer. read more
