I found this place because of a Facebook photo my friend shared. The brownie in the photo looked AWFUL at first glance, because I legitimately thought it was a brownie covered with cigarette butts. It wasn't, thankfully, it was covered in pretzel sticks. So I browsed the other photos and found some AMAZING looking desserts. That's when I found, out this place is only a few blocks from my house! I had no idea they were even there! Yesterday I finally visited, and I bought a Dark Chocolate Sea Salt cookie, which was basically a brownie that you can hold. Deep chocolate flavor, soft, delicious. I also got a rice crispy treat that was very good. The food coloring flavor kind of dominated, but it was still very good. It was also super pretty. I also had one of their Cookies n' cream brownies. Oh man, it was incredible. The brownie was perfectly baked, the frosting was basically the taste of Oreo filling, but with crumbled Oreos inside. These cookies are the cutest! I ordered first birthday party cookies for my daughters "wild one" themed party, and they came out really cute. I was super happy with how they came out and the storefront employee that helped me when I picked up was super nice. The only reason I only gave a 3 star rating was because of kind of a lack of customer service when it came to email communication. I reached out initially to NatSweets thru email, letting them know I had their cookies for my baby shower and we loved them so much, I wanted to order them again for that same baby's first birthday. Instead of a "thank you for choosing us again!" Or "we are so happy to make cookies for you again", I received on sentence responses and just a general feeling that this company could care less if I was placing an order with them (twice in the last 18 months, mind you). Whoever is taking care of your email correspondence with customers may need some training and/or pointers in making sure your customers are happy with the way you're interacting with them. I won't be ordering anything in the future because of this. read more

This is a cool little place. The cookies all look wonderful and I am a definite cookie connoisseur. This morning I found NatSweet and bypassed a breakfast burrito. I got a black chocolate cookie with a mint drizzle and a butterscotch cookie with a salted caramel drizzle. Both are soft cake-like inside with some yummy gooeyness (I was fortunate enough to get them while they were still warm, what a treat!) with a delicate crispy shell for a good crunch. The chocolate cookie... Oh... my... goodness... It's a chocoholics dream! The chocolate doesn't have that dusty texture, well-tempered... so creamy, and the mint is just the right note. Although the salt on the salted caramel got my attention at first bite, then it melted in with the other flavors... nice. This used to be the best cookie spot! You could quickly tell the owner, Natasha, what you wanted and excellence would be delivered every time. Wow factor cookies. Since moving in to brick & mortar in Santee and hiring a bunch of staff the wow factor is gone. We ordered for my daughters birthday, literally probably our 20th order over the years, and we were super disappointed. The cookie designs were blah, looked like a machine did the figures, no details, no colors, the 4 wasn't even portioned correctly and we asked for them individually wrapped for party favors an no bows tied on them this time either just sealed. Prices have gone up and quality has gone down but if you do order just be super specific with what details you want. The cookies still taste great but the show stoppers were the details and that seems to have changed with their growth. read more

NatSweets had the most amazing detailed designs, from jack-o'-lanterns, Dia de Los Muertos to witches and skulls. My students were thrilled!!! I should have checked Yelp first to see the complaints about customer service. There was a lack of communication and follow up on their part, which lead to a charge of $130 for cookies we could no longer use. They did nothing to hold up to their company policy, and blamed us for not following up with them, when they lacked responding to our communication. Since they accepted no responsibility, and refused to refund our money, we picked up the cookies and donated them to a homeless shelter. read more

Oh my goodness, their cookies are SO good! I've had the Mint Oreo Chocolate Chip, Dark Chocolate Sea Salt, Peanut Butter, and Salted Butterscotch (listed in order of my very favorite, being the mint). The texture is always perfect, they're flavorful, they're very fresh, they're generously sized so I can split one with my husband, and the shop is full of delightful things! They've got GORGEOUS decorated sugar cookies; I also spotted gourmet candy, Oreo cheesecake, and Hammond chocolate bars. The Mint Oreo Chocolate Chip was so good that I sent my husband back for another a few days later, lol! I had Rice Krispies done for my baby shower and not only were they adorable, but so soft and creamy and tasty.
