I find that this location does a great job and they also have great cookie availability! The other ones in the area sell out much more frequently than this location, so it's a good one to check out. Be careful of large decorative rocks near the entrance though, in the dark I totally walked right into one of them. read more

They're nice but slow in service.... Been here like, 4-5x... Just can't seem to get in and out, even with a pre online-pickup order. Visited the shop after noticing they were open while in the shopping center for other errands. The store was clean and without tons of folks. Ordering was easy and straightforward. The cashier was not particularly helpful or friendly since it was my first time and had a few questions, but whatever. I ordered nearly one of each flavor to go. A warm peanut butter cookie was the one I was excited about, topped with some peanut brittle. I also got a red velvet cookie, a frosted sugar cookie, a double chocolate cookie, a chocolate mint chunk cookie, and two chocolate chip cookies. I think I should have ordered just one to start with. The cookies were all way too sweet for me so I gave them to my partner. The frosting on the sugar cookie was pretty good though, creamy and sweet. The warm peanut butter cookie was very gooey which I loved. I ended up putting salt over all the cookies to make them more tolerable but overall for the price, the size of the cookies is good, but the sweetness just was too much for me. read more

There are 3 employees here that ruin the experience. The bitter, angry, unprofessional franchise owners, and an older lady with blonde hair and glasses. I was a regular customer every week at Crumbl until the chilled cookie was removed and the prices went up, and management showed their true colors. In all honesty, I don't think they are equipped to run this location let alone the location in Sherwood. When I first started going in there they were super nice, friendly, helpful, happy to be there but something snapped. I'm not sure if they hate each other, hate their jobs, or hate their life but wow those are some miserable individuals. There is just an awkward tension between them as if they are having marital issues. Even so, leave your problems at home. They turned out to be some of the nastiest people I have ever met. They don't greet people anymore. They are constantly yelling at employees and customers. Employees are constantly telling me they don't like management. They have to walk around egg shells when they are around. I came in for a door dash order and there was an issue. The employee said that they would go get the manager. The lady comes stomping around the corner and starts yelling at me "I'm not making the order! You're the 3rd person to come in here! I will not be fulfilling this order!" As a franchisee, I would expect better customer service. She is always so pitiful and dreadful. The couple just doesn't have what it takes to be successful. The biggest debate for me was if I wanted to splurge $4 for 1 cookie. Although they are larger than your average cookie, it's still just one. That's a pack or two at the grocery store! So here are my thoughts! The place itself is on the smaller side with tables outside. You walk through the door and there's a tablet on the counter where you place your own order. There are plenty of options to choose from, and a huge display right in front of you. You also pay right then and there. While you wait for the staff to put together your order, you may want to admire the folks making these cookies right in front of you. It's a cool sight to see. When your cookie(s) are ready, they'll call out your name, show you the order before sealing the box, and off you go. The cookies are warm, soft, chewy, and the balance of the cookie and frosting/topping you chose are a good ratio. I wouldn't be able to come here on a regular basis because I'd probably become broke, BUT, this is a good place for any reward, special occasion, or just because or when you can treat yourself. read more

Each cookie is large enough to satisfy the cookie monster in all of us and as for quality, OMG - hard to find any place as good. I opted for the oatmeal chocolate chip as I thought oatmeal was healthy LOL. The result was a decadent treat that left me wanting more. We purchased a six pack of cookies for $18 with a variety of flavors for the family. The result was one happy family. Crumbl Cookies is worth the price and worth the visit. Really good cookies! All of the flavors were pretty good. I wasn't the biggest fan of the salted caramel and the chilled Oreo but the red velvet was delicious! I know it's a cookie but I think the sweetness is a bit much. I definitely wouldn't be able to eat an entire cookie in one sitting. It is definitely gourmet but also wish they would offer better deals or options for the number of cookies (instead of 1, 4, and 12)! My mom's nickname is Cookie Monster. If I am going to consume massive amounts of calories I tend to go with ice cream. However, I do make an exception when it comes to Crumbl. They are worth ever calorie consumed and the risk of any lbs one might gain. Upon arrival the whole staff greets you, and they have rotating flavors so it is always a surprise to see what new cookie flavors they have at any give time. Overall: The biggest controversy is whether $4 is worth a cookie. I've been hearing both sides and curious to see what everyone else thinks! Atmosphere: A little small. Doesn't have tables to sit. They do have tables outside to sit however. Inside you can see the entire kitchen and see them making and baking the cookies which was cool to see. Food: The cookies are delicious! When they give you the cookies they are so warm and moist. They said that they have 95 different cookies that they make throughout the year. I got the Oreo cookie, which wasn't bad. The cream cheese frosting really put it all together. I also tried the coconut cookie and I liked that one even better. The coconut wasn't an overpowering flavor. And drumroll for the best cookie I've ever had, hazelnut churro. The cookie had Nutella in the middle. With the cookie being warm and stuffed with the Nutella and the churro flavor of the cookie was a great combination. Most importantly with this cookie and the others, it wasn't overly sweet. Service: The guy greeted us with a smile and was very helpful with explaining the cookies and flavors. read more
