The staff were really friendly and helpful, even checking in to make sure everything came out right. I ordered the mini flight so I could try a few of the rotating weekly flavors (highly recommend doing this if you can't pick just one). Every cookie was soft, fresh, and seriously tasty. Got some Dubai chocolate brownies from this location earlier this week and I didn't even realize it was made incorrectly until I went to a different location today. There was no Dubai layer in the middle. It was just a really thick piece of top chocolate and brownie. This Crumbl certainly does a nice job and the cookies they serve are up to standard. My only real problem with this location is the availability of the more popular items. It seems like every evening (the only time I'd be able to come), they are sold out of at least one item. So I recommend that if you're looking for a popular or limited cookie/dessert, don't wait till later in the day. read more

I've only been here a couple times, it gets the job done when you've got a craving. Need to train people in customer service. Oh my goodness, what is this?! I've gotten crumbl many times in the past, and it was decently good then. But this time, the cookies tasted raw, and weren't good. Every once in a while my family and I would like a sweet treat after dinner, and order a box of crumbl cookies. We were all excited that the cookies arrived, ready and excited to eat them. But to our surprise, the cookies seemed raw. The consistency was a doughy texture, like the cookies were barely baked, or not even at all. Had been hearing all the buzz about Crumbl Cookies, so I was pleasantly surprised to spot a Crumbl when I found myself in this shopping area. A box to go was in order. Downloaded their app while I was at lunch and placed my order for a box of 6 cookies. Order was ready (we could have had them bring it out to the car, but we went inside and grabbed the box). They change their flavors weekly. We opted for the chilled sugar cookie, white chocolate chip & macadamia, Nutella sea salt, chocolate chip & nut. Our group of 5 had just eaten lunch, but the sugar smell was tempting the whole car ride home. Yeah, we did all steal some bites prior to getting home. And once home...they're gone. I had low expectations as the business seemed kinda gimmicky, but the Caramel Apple is one darn good cookie. I just love warm desserts. I seek value (which is not the same as low cost) so $4 is a good deal for the quality and size you get. The Peach Cobbler was good, but cookies are the game here. I've had a lot of cookies in my time and even the famous New York cook, which is the king of cookies... But this cookie takes the cake as well alongside that New York cookie. They're big and they're crumbly and they're just so filling and gooey sometimes and the flavors is just popping in your mouth. I love cookies like this and I consider these real cookies but I consider old-fashioned cookies to be just as good if they're homemade as well. My love for Crumbl Cookies started before one even opened up in the area when my friend bought a party box home from Salt Lake City for us to try. I picked it up a couple days after she came back to town and the cookies were still soft and stayed that way for a couple more days. The flavors change weekly with the exception of the chocolate chip and sugar cookie. That's how they keep you coming back for more. I've tried the birthday cake, chocolate chip, circus animal, lucky charms, muddy buddy, salted caramel cheesecake and sugar. My top two so far are the lucky charms and salted caramel cheesecake with chocolate chip in close third. I was really looking forward to the birthday cake flavor but found it to be a little crumblier/harder than the rest. It actually takes me a couple days to finish a cookie because it's so big. Not impressed. Think of this place as a cookie version of Blue Star Donuts, but not as great. Crumbl is considered a "gourmet" cookie joint, but the cookies are so huge and sweet that I couldn't even get through one whole cookie. And this says a lot because I love desserts. An individual cookie costs $4, but I got a box of 4 cookies to share for $14. The line on a Saturday night at 8pm wasn't too long, but they get your order in and out quickly regardless. The employees that I interacted with were all friendly and helpful, which is something I always appreciate at any business. I think it would be great if they offered smaller sized cookies because this would make it possible to try several different flavors in one visit. It was fun to try these cookies, but I will most likely not become a regular here. read more
