The iced sugar cookie was slightly chilled. The Nutella cookie was so decadent!! I can not even describe it. You must give it a try!! They are open late and are perfect for dessert. I have ordered Crumbl Cookies through DoorDash multiple times. The last 2 times, my order has been incorrect. So disappointing as I love the cookies so much. The first time, I specifically asked for two s'mores cookies because the DoorDash app does not allow more than one of the same flavor in each box. So I added it in the special instructions instead of the almond joy. I ended up getting the almond joy. The second time I wrote in the special instructions to please add cream cheese to the funfetti cookie. They added regular frosting instead. I would've rather just had a plain cookie. read more

Absolutely the best cookies I've ever had. My wife and I are fitness-minded and take every Saturday off from the strict diet to have a treat/cheat day. Crumbl Cookies has now become a staple of every Saturday. We've been there 3 times and though there can be a line and they can be running low on some cookies and out of others the backup plan has not disappointed. I highly recommend! The only down-side is they seem to be in such a hurry to get you your cookies that when they show you what's in the box they aren't careful when they close it they've cut a 1/4 of the cookies off with the inserts from the lid. Not a big deal but you'll end up with a hacked up cookie or two. This fixable with a little training. read more

I have ordered a couple times from them they first time was confusing with my card and delivery we didn't get the cookies till around 10am when we were suppose to get them at 8am but I let it go because it's no big deal. Yummy! Great cookies and fun to see each week what new ones they have! Be prepared, the frosted cookies will knock you out into a sugar coma! Lame Service We ordered curbside pickup. Checked in when we got there. Waited about 10 min. We then called after watching several walk in orders leave before us. After checking on our order they asked what kind of car even though we were in one of the curbside pickup spots directly in front and they had our make/model/color via our order. They finally came out after we called. After we got home the order was not what we ordered. So we called to tell them so. The young girl who answered wasn't to concerned, offered nothing and left my daughter who called in silence. We were trying to teach our teenager what to do when a company gets your order wrong.... We had a box of four assorted cookies. They were good. Tasty, and balanced flavors. Nice presentation and packaging was impressive. The texture wasn't what I like personally but that's subjective and I can't really fault them based on preference. A couple things I'd like to see: 1. More flavors. I don't remember the exact number of flavors but I feel like it was maybe 4 or 5 choices. A cookie shop with only a few flavors feels very limited. 2. I couldn't pay with cash due to COVID concerns, but then had to interact/verify my order by using a touchscreen tablet that had been used by three (just the ones I saw...likely MANY MORE) customers before me with no sanitizing between. 3. Overhead in a shop like this has to be high, which I sympathize with but individual price seemed high to me. I'd like to say I'd go back, but I'm not sure. Time will tell. read more

Was ordering on line and noticed the signature sugar cookie was not available so I called to make sure and the girl answering the phone said they did have sugar cookies but only if I went in the store !! We love Crumbl. We come here all of the time. Today I order cookies for my moms birthday. I clicked on curbside and when I got there I clicked "I'm here" I sat there waiting 20 mins for a worker to come out and yell loudly "are you ___" I said yes I am. She said rudely "uh you were supposed to come in to get the cookies you had placed them under walk in". I said no I put I'm here on the app. She said "no you didn't it was definitely a walk in so next time get out of your truck and come in". I had two babies sleeping in the vehicle.. I wasn't about to wake them up when I know I ordered curbside. Y'all need to teach your employees how to treat people and how to read orders correctly. If you see a line don't even bother. It takes forever. They cater to delivery drivers who jump the line to the front and once they make their presence known the workers stop with customers in line and make the delivery orders. The delivery drivers come one after another. A line of 6 customers took more than 30 min to get cookies that are already made. They are good... not that good. read more

I was in the store sometime last week and while trying to decide which cookies i wouLd like Sarah was extremely rude and unpleasant and basically told me i needed to hurry up because i was taking up to much of her time , she then proceeded to get my cookies without any protective gear or equipment . I have been cooped up inside the house for a week and finally decided to venture out to get a treat. I called the store after seeing the delicious peanut butter Nutella cookie online to make sure they had it. After being told they still had some in the store I drove 30 minutes to get theses cookies. Disappointed does not begin to describe the emotion I am feeling right now. I spent 11.54 for two of my cookies to look like this. The service at the register was anything but stellar as I was not welcomed nor asked what I would like when it was my turn. Here is what my cookie looked like compared to what the online picture promised. This is unacceptable as their cookies the last several times have been wrong. The second cookie was the last time I tried this same location, the peanut butter brownie cookie was missing the peanut buttter cookie inside. I chalked it up as an honest mistake but now it doesn't seem like this location cares at all. Why has this location been going down so much in quality since last fall? So disappointing. Ownership needs to review structure before franchising. Went to new Mesa location with kids excited to use points for a box of four tonight. Was told reward points don't cross over locations.... ummm what? Jersey mikes, frys grocery... all franchises reach too all locations. These cookies aren't even worth the box they are in. The cookies are sickly sweet to the point that one cookie is borderline inedible. I have no idea what frosting they use, but it somehow overpowers every cookie not only in volume but in taste as well. i had always heard about Crumbl from friends and never tried it before due to severe nut allergies. I usually stay away from baked foods because cross contamination is big in bakeries and places like these. I ordered some cookies though as a treat to myself, checked the ingredients list online and even called before placing the order. First girl said the cookies I ordered were safe for me "nope, no peanut or tree nut products in these". I waited for them to be delivered, cool, was excited to try them. I get my first bite in and my face starts burning and tingling. I'm severely allergic to all tree nuts and this felt like it was a tree nut type of reaction, I called back and another girl answered. I asked again "are there any peanuts or tree nuts in any way in these cookies" the girl was super quick to answer "oh yea, this one has it in the frosting and the cookie. It's almond" giggled and hung up. I got freaked out cause I was home alone with no car and going into anaphylaxis. I ended up having to take 3 Benadryl pills, use my epipen, and go to the hospital. I reached out to their customer servic/support team and they seemed helpful at first but then gave me a coupon for a free cookie even after telling me "to be safe all cookies are made in an open kitchen and cross contamination can't be prevented" so why give me the coupon if I can't have them? Cool, whatever I don't think anything of it. It's on me for trying something new. Fast forward to a week later I'm on TikTok and see a video for the same cookie I reacted to and I saw in the comments someone was asking if it had nuts of any kind in it cause they were allergic. I commented my experience and said to be wary because I reacted and it's better to be safe just in case. They deleted my response and only allow "positive" comments on everything but god forbid someone warns someone else who had an allergy. Overall disappointed, let down, and I don't think I'll be going back just by the way everything was handled, lack of knowledge from staff on what's in the product, and the shitty attitude from it all. read more

I had to try this place because I thought "there's no way these cookies are worth all that hype". Well... I was very wrong. These cookies are worth allll the hype and then some. I ordered a chocolate chip cookie and that first bite was magical. It had the perfect amount of crispiness right before getting to the soft, chewy center. Cookies are good, concept is good, employees are nice. But whoever built out this location didn't do a very good job. This place is not scalable at all. The last three times we came, the line was too long to keep everyone inside. The cookies were sold out. And they were running out of cookies that people had already placed orders for. I feel bad for the customers and the employees, it's a bit of a disaster. Whoever was responsible for this needs to take action ASAP or it will drive business down. read more

After ordering, had to wait 25 min for 4 cookies and somehow a place that only makes cookies ran out of chocolate chip. How does that happen when you only carry 6 flavors? Store is desperately in need of adult supervision. 6 teenagers had no urgency to fill orders and were too busy complaining about their work hours and pay vs. providing good customer service.
