Never been here before. Saw their new special for the week was a "Chilled Cookies and Cream Milkshake" cookie. We decided to come to the Gilbert location and it was fantastic! We told the employee at the counter that this was our first time and she was excited to explain how the whole process worked. It took us about 5 minutes to put our order in and receive them. I hope this cookie ends up sticking around, it seemed to be SUPER popular! We'll be coming back in the future. read more

Stopped by on a Monday afternoon to grab some cookies for my boss and some for the family and I. I was immediately greeted by the guy who running the cash register. You can get a single cookie or get one their cookie boxes. I ordered a box of 4 for $10 and they come in a cute pink box. Right as you enter you will see the counter and that's where you will see the flavors of the cookies for the week. They're specialty cookies that change weekly and some flavors they have all the time. I ordered the Muddy Buddy, Chocolate Chip, S'mores and Funfetti flavor. The cookies were a nice decent size and you can easily share and still be full. The cookies had a nice crunch on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. read more

Yum, love all of the different flavors each week! Love the mystery cookies as well. Can't wait to see what new cookies they have for 2024

Unfortunately my wife and I walked in and I was immediately greeted with do you have a mask, I said no due to a medical condition and was told he would get me one ( obviously he wasn't listening ) not to mention there is no mask mandated. I walked out my wife choose to still get cookies and the guy was more worried about my lack of mask and changing his gloves that he didn't listen and input her phone number correctly for her rewards ( we obviously are repeat customers) so she didn't receive credit for purchase. Total lack of customer service and the only reason 2 stars is because the cookies always taste good. Venture to say we won't visit this location again. This " pandemic " has really made businesses loose focus on what matters the CUSTOMER that spends money to keep them in business! read more

DO NOT GET ME STARTED ON HOW MANY OF THESE I COULD EAT. These cookies were amazing and my wife described, "A trip to heaven with every bite." My wife and I shared a cookie. It was the semi-sweet chocolate chip cookie and my wife said it melted her mouth. I personally did not eat any as I have dietary restrictions. I was not informed on any gluten free options so I just watched my my family enjoy the cookie from a distance. 10/10 would watch again. read more

these are the only cookies i'll eat and are my favorite dessert 10/10 recommend. The menu does change weekly though so if you have a favorite cookie the only down fall is you don't know when you'll see it again. read more

If I could give this place NO STARS I would. This place is absolutely ridiculous. The workers made fun of us as we were walking out. Ashley was our cashier. My night was ruined after not even getting the cookie I wanted. I drove all the way from Casa Grande for this cookie. What happened to good service? There is no reason for these kids to be so rude and talk bad about all of us when we leave. Never coming here again!!!! She needs to be fired!!!! read more

I might be biased since the people who started this company went to my alma mater, Utah State, but I love Crumbl cookies! They always have sugar cookies or chocolate chips and then they always have four other flavors that they rotate every week. You can buy a single cookie, a four pack, or even a 24 pack. Some locations also have ice cream but Arizona doesn't have it yet. The cookies are HUGE! The best part is they DELIVER! If you're going to order delivery, make sure to schedule it as it usually takes a while from the time you place your order before it gets there. Follow them on social media or check their website for their flavors of the week! Oh, they also have an app that is super easy to use! read more

Would be five stars if a bit more affordable. These are not you usual cookie. They are big. Watching them make them I noticed a scale they use to measure the weight of each on before going in the tray for the oven. No kids fighting over who got the bigger one. Cookies are not just large in circumference but also height. They are heavy hitter with nothing flat about them. Crispy corners and crumbly all around. Not dry but also not moist. They offer 6 different flavors they change up every week. Some flavors stay like the Milk Chip (aka chocolate chip). So if you find a favorite like my wife wanted the coconut pretzel chip cookie you have to get it the week it is out. Also gives you a chance to try something exciting and new every week. Service is fast and they are usually busy. Open until midnight (closed Sundays). Great for gifts, date night desserts, or sugar fix. One cookie is more than enough per person per sitting. Recommend you get the box and cut them up to share with others. Yes they are big enough to share without feeling like you didn't get enough. read more

clean, modern, friendly people . cookies are always good. Wish they could do more deals and rewards. But over all keep up the hard work!

I'm pretty sure I've ordered the last boxes of cookies I ever will order. Bad first time experience. Ordered my cookies to be delivered between 8:30 and 9:30 and placed a note on the message text box that there was a coconut allergy and to sorters that cookie from the rest. At 6:30, I get a notification that my order is on its way and shortly thereafter, got a notification that my cookies had been ordered. So I called and confirmed that they would be delivered by 8:30, and the young lady reiterated that the almond joy cookie would be separated due to the coconut allergy. At 7:13, I got a notification that my order was once again on the way. At 7:16, the order arrives. Fortunately, I was home to accept the order. I told the driver I was not expecting him to be early and he thought it was a compliment. He did say he was not notified that the coconut cookie would be separated. I explained the situation and expressed my dissatisfaction. He was gracious but the damage has been done. As far as the actually cookie, it was good and I enjoyed it. But great service for my hard earned dollars mattered tremendously. 2 stars for the cookie. None for the disorganization. Thought I'd try something different than the competitor I frequent every weekend for cookie delivery. Next weekend, I will order from said competitor (*cough* Chunk Cookies *cough*). Not $35 well spent. read more

Saw it on instagram that they're opening today so we tried their cookies. They only have 2 flavors available today & we tried both of them. The cookies are huge, 4-5 inches wide & maybe half an inch thick. The warm chocolate chip was good, crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside & chocolate is slightly melted, it melts in your mouth! I was not a fan of the chilled sugar cookie because it was too sweet for my taste. My son loved it though. The packaging was really nice. The box was pink & the parchment paper inside has cute prints on it. We'll definitely go back to try other flavors, excited to try the double trouble & the sea salt toffee! Oh and they have ice cream too! Check out their website or their instagram. read more

I am have a Crumbl cookie addiction. My recent visits will probably cure my addiction. This Gilbert, AZ Location has gone from perfection to sloppy. They have stopped showing the cookies to you when picking them up. They just hand you the closed box. Attached is a sloppy appearance of sea salt caramel. I am sure it is going to be super yummy though. I guess I have been spoiled all this time. Also I brought 2 Ice Cream purchases from the freezer to the counter, and a male worker came over and told me "they are not selling those" Hmmmmm I said I didn't see a sign. His tone got short with me and he left. I asked the cashier if she would like me to put the ice cream back, (Not certain of their COVID rules), she said no and that she would take care of it. As I was waiting for my cookie order he (the male worker). Grabbed the ice cream put them back in the freezer and loudly slammed the door. Gheeze I said to myself, people are so angry these days. Then I received two sloppy made cookies. I will not frequent this place as much, saves me calories and loads of sugar anyway. read more

This place smells amazing! They seem to have two standard cookies that are always available and a few that are available on a rotating basis. Standards are chocolate chip and a frosted sugar cookie. I had the chocolate chip. It seemed to be fresh, since they bake them to order. It was just not that great. It was a big slab of semi-baked cookie. I'm not kidding about them being large. The flavor was one dimensional. Just sweet. I think it would have been amazing with a semisweet chip instead of milk. I would also have preferred for it to be cooked a little bit longer. Cookies cost $3 each or 4 for $10. It would be nice if they had small samples but they don't. Service was fine. They explain their menu well and let you know that if you're getting a single cookie, you don't get a cute pink box. read more

Do not get the hype at all. Overpriced. Dry. Sickly sweet. People stand in line for these? Don't order a mix of chilled and warm types together, because they will all be warm by the time you get home. I had a rocky road variety that tasted like sawdust. Arrived at the crumble cookie in Gilbert went to order the four pack of cookies that was listed at $10.99 the cashier rang me up in the total came out to $13.24 and I asked him why there was such a difference in price compared to what was listed and he stated that the cookies are now $12 and some change and I asked him why hey screen said 1099 but they're charging customers $12 and he stated there's nothing they can do I had the manager come over and he said and I quote I am just letting you know now I am not giving you this price. I enjoyed these cookies! My fiancé surprised me with a 4 pack of cookies which included a raspberry cheesecake cookie, a frosted sugar cookie, a chocolate chip cookie and a s'mores cookie. We cut each cookie in 4 and tried a 1/4 piece of each and they were all tasty in a distinct way. It's hard to judge a cookie as I'm sure preference varies, but overall each flavor was balanced and they were aesthetically pleasing. The bite was not soggy, nor too dry. Not overly sweet. The s'mores and chocolate chip cookies could be described as buttery. None of the cookies that I tried had a crispy factor. Definitely a denser consistency versus cakey or crispy. The fact that they have a store dedicated to cookies pretty much gives this place 5 stars. read more

What's better than cookies??? Always fresh, always delicious and always great service!! This is definitely a splurge at almost $4 a cookie but we split them in 4 so we can all taste some of each! This place is just NOT WORTH IT! First, the customer service here was horrible they were extremely rude when I was trying to buy cookies with my kid. Second, it took them 15 minutes to answer two questions like they don't know what they're doing there. Next, they told me that I can pick four flavors for 100 cookies with a few weeks advanced, okay, so I was planning on doing that but I waited to buy because I wanted to see what the cookie of the week was and then today they said "actually we changed out policy you can only pick two flavors." Are you kidding me?! So the minimum amount of cookies I can buy is 100 cookies and I can only pick two flavors?! That is ridiculous! Such a rip off! Like you couldn't even comprise or help me out for my kids party. Over all DO NOT go here. No worth it. Check out Buttacakes instead better place for yummy desert. buttacakes.com read more
