That's the last time I will shop here. Just left a few minutes ago. Lunch time, almost empty. I picked two cookies. Ariane, bored and not friendly at all, asked me to leave a tip. Let's be clear: tone is everything. You can politely suggest, while being friendly. This wasn't that. She didn't even look me in the eye. In effect, the message was, GIMME A TIP IT'S EXPECTED. Really? I paused, but tipped anyway. Bad move. Tips are earned, not demanded. I used the toilet, came back, and waited and waited, while new people came in, ordered, took their cookies and left. And waited. And waited. Finally I returned to the cash desk and quietly asked Miss Bored Don't Bother Me Ariane if there was a way to get my order. She took GREAT offense, and told me that she was RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF SOMETHING HERE, God help me that a customer who has already paid and tipped might actually get what they paid and tipped her for. Finally another woman handed me my cookies, at which point I told them I was doing this. I give feedback. You do a great job, I will happily say so. You do a crap job, unfortunately, I will also say so. Look. I have been in the habit of tipping much more to people because I am grateful that they are working and we can eat out. However this child needs a job in a mailroom, FAR away from customers. If you cannot hire and train people to remember that they are in a service industry, that manners and courtesy in a public facing concern are part of what gets you customers, then you shouldn't be in business. I don't care how addictive you think the cookies are. I am not coming back. I wouldn't if I were you, either. Plenty of places to buy goodies where the staff is actually happy to see you. Not here. As for the cookies, fair warning. They are SO sweet they can hurt your teeth, and sickeningly so. Way too much sugar. I am not sure why they are so popular. At ten bucks for two uber-sweet cookies and crap service, you and I can do ever so much better. Not a sweet place to visit. That is the way this cookie shop crumbles. read more

I was hopeful when Crumbl opened to have an outstanding cookie company here. After buying an expensive box of 4 [2 flavors] I was disappointed. For the next day pick up I said I did not receive the rewards for the order.... maybe it needs to done individually? No we rescanned again the LG order again I did not receive my rewards.... the frustrating part is I have been unable to contact anyone outside the store for possible tech help to fix it. I usually really love cookies. I wanted to love it here. I had tried the regular sugar cookie at an office party. They were really delicious. Some time had passed before I had given this place a second thought. Honestly, the sugar cookie was good, but was too sweet to go order one on my own. Also I am just not in the area that often. Not long ago I happened to be in the area, so I decided to stop in. It was so loud in there you really couldn't hear anyone, let alone the cashier speak. I'm surprised we could even communicate at all. I felt as if we were both having to shout. My other issue was the selection was awful. I should have just turned, and walked out. Nothing looked, or sounded appealing. They didn't even have a normal sugar cookie. Who doesn't have a normal sugar cookie, especially during Christmas season? The only thing that looked some what decent was the chocolate chip cookie, which I was talked into getting the one that was split. Half chocolate, chocolate chip, and other half chocolate chip. It was alright. Way too sweet, and I like sweet things. Even the milk didn't help. I didn't finish it, I threw it out. Sorry, not sorry. I would have much rather gone some where else to get the chocolate cookies that have the marshmallow, and chocolate frosting. Better yet I should just make them. Any time I have looked online here nothing looks appealing. There choices are odd. Is it just me who thinks that? I am not sure if I will be back? We will see. read more

I have done several orders since that have opened this location. there has been times where I have placed ordered and my order had no frosting topping or correct. I would call the store to report the problem and they have been friendly and said they will put my name down with the error to get replacement cookies whenever I would like but the few times I went into store to receive these cookies they somehow can't find my name and it's frustrating. read more

I ordered Crumbl Cookies via Grubhub so I can't speak to the their actual customer service, ordering system, or location neatness/decor. Ultimately, I can only speak about the cookies themselves. I do like that each month they switch up the flavors. It makes the experience more fun and introduces new ideas constantly. The flavors were really unique and I felt they were executed perfectly. Each flavor really did taste as it was intended! There are two main problems I have though. The main one being the price. $14 for four cookies is outrageous to me, even considering their large size. It's just too steep for me to justify. The second issue I have is that the cookies are SO SWEET. I bake cookies all the time, I know what goes into them and that they're supposed to be sweet, but good god, these things are too much for me. Overall, I like the concept and if you have a huge sweet tooth, you'll probably really enjoy this place. It just isn't really for me. I'd get one cookie here and there MAYBE as a specialty item, but probably wouldn't go back besides that. read more

If you like under-baked and overly sweet cookies then this place is for you. I've had a couple different cookies from here (snickerdoodle, chocolate chip and another with frosting I can't remember the name) and all of them were basically raw in the middle and sooooo sweet. The frosting they put on top of some of the cookies is so thick and sugar loaded that we had to scrape off almost all of it to taste the cookie. It also seems really expensive for the quality of cookie even though they are large. I know some people love eating these types of desserts but this place just isn't for me. read more

Really great! The available cookies rotate on a weekly schedule, so there is always something exciting and new to try. Recently I have noticed they have $1 mini cookies of some of the flavors so you can try without dishing out $4 for a whole cookie. I ordered the box of 4 (lucky charms, lemon poppyseed, chilled Twix & chilled sugar) & they all were overly sweet, and honestly tasted about the same. Like too much sugar. I go weekly for my crumbl fix. Huge delicious cookies and friendly staff, however the curbside pickup and slowness could use some work. The curbside pickup "I'm here" button on the app hasn't worked for weeks, I went in two days ago and stood in the lobby for 25+mins (after my order was said to be ready through the app)with another guy just waiting for my order. Very frustrating. Seems like the staff didn't have their ducks in a row and that does happen often I noticed. They just seemed overwhelmed, waiting 25 mins for 4 cookies shouldn't be a thing.
