Because of not having wax it is kept in the refrigerator for up to 6 months. It only takes about a minute for it to be ready to eat if you can wait that long. My favorite flavors are espresso sea salt and espresso orange liqueur. I do warn you that after eating this chocolate you will be addicted and spoiled for any other. Brutto ma Buono Cioccolato is ugly but good chocolate in Italian, but there is nothing ugly about it and good is an understatement!

She was friendly when we checked out, but the mask made it difficult to hear and understand her, so we had to ask for clarification a couple of times. Because of the mask, we elected to only buy pre-packaged chocolate and nothing fresh, just because we weren't certain how sick the employee was, and I have been sick myself more often lately, and I didn't want to have it happen again. It is indeed pretty small; there's an "in" door and an "out" door so and since the line can form pretty quickly. They're pretty fast though, so even if the line is close to the door (which it was once when I visited) you'll still be out within about 10 minutes or fewer. One of my favorite things from Sweet Life are their morning pastries--specifically, their cinnamon roll and the lemon cream bun. Both are amazing, and whilst the cinnamon roll is my personal favorite, if you have to choose get the lemon cream bun. It's different from something you've tried before; you can't get one of these everywhere and it's amazing. Their tiramisu is good too, and the some of their other cakes. Check out their specials--there's always something good to choose from. This location has no dedicated parking, just a few spots on the street (shared with Prince Puckler's, the pizza place, and other businesses around). There's a lot of outdoor seating, nice for warm summer evenings.

Give them a try if you catch their cart somewhere!

BTW, Larson's Candy has not been in this location for years but you can call them and they will deliver it to one of several stores in the Eugene/Springfield area; this is what I do. They primarily sell at fairs and festivals. I know they are always at the Lane County Fair in the summer.
