Unfortunately, the shipping company accidentally delivered my order to the wrong address. While I was stressing about whether the chocolates would arrive in time for my trip, I reached out to Euphoria Chocolate Company. They responded immediately and, without hesitation, offered to resend my entire order at no cost. Even after the original shipment eventually made its way to my house and I offered to pay for the additional products, they insisted on honoring the second shipment as an early Christmas gift. As a small locally owned business, I know that every order matters. I was truly touched by their kindness, generosity, and professionalism throughout our communication. My family and friends in Japan absolutely loved the chocolates. The Oregon berry wine flavor was a big hit, and my in-laws here in Bend also got to enjoy these special treats. Thank you so much for your incredible customer service and genuine care. I will happily and proudly continue to support Euphoria Chocolate Company.

She was wearing a mask, so I presume she wasn't feeling good. She was friendly when we checked out, but the mask made it difficult to hear and understand her, so we had to ask for clarification a couple of times. Because of the mask, we elected to only buy pre-packaged chocolate and nothing fresh, just because we weren't certain how sick the employee was, and I have been sick myself more often lately, and I didn't want to have it happen again. The store is small but always clean and easy to navigate. Would I return? Yes. We've been coming to this location for a number of years, and will continue to do so. It's a nice location that isn't out of the way. Review 15 of 2025

So what do you want to know about each piece of candy here at See's in Eugene, Oregon. You can ask…read moreme, I know about every piece. Why? LOL Because I am a regular. I probably shouldn't be, but I go here every single week without fail! I have to do extra Fitbit steps just to recover from over eating certain flavors that are too delicious to put down. They always give you a sample. If there's one you have never tried before...they're so nice here you can actually ask for one specific piece and try it before you buy it. But I can guarantee you that you'll buy more than expected if you do. I have blown my budget here because the girls and guys that work behind the counter take such exceptional delight and being kind and gives great customer service! The manager, is one of the absolute best! I still remember his very first day! That's how long I've been a customer. I love going to See's. It's nostalgic for me. But it's also a treat and it makes me want to work hard and eat right so that I can enjoy good chocolate, not a Sn*cker bar covered in dust that's been sitting in boxes in warehouses before it actually gets to the store where you can purchase it. So if you're going to treat yourself to chocolate, go to See's candy on Coburg Road and you will have a great experience and taste absolute deliciousness! Life's too short...eat See's!

Everyone in line was hungry and excited to get inside and order. When it was my turn, I got the clam chowder and the Captain's Platter with cod as my fish choice. Food came out fairly quick. They call your number and you pick it up at the counter. My clam chowder was to die for. Lots of fresh clams and potatoes. Yum! The fried clams, shrimp and cod looked like it was a little over fried. But I saw other people's plates looking the same so I started to eat mine and absolutely loved it! I'm excited to come back, enjoy a great meal and pick up some smoked fish and some of the take and bake items.

It was difficult for many guests to move between the tables. During our visit, I saw at least three older customers struggling to navigate the narrow aisles, and one woman on crutches had a particularly hard time getting through. Accessibility is definitely an area that could use some attention. The restrooms were also located outside and, unfortunately, were quite dingy and in need of a thorough cleaning. For lunch, we ordered the fish and chips special, crab cakes, and clam chowder. The clam chowder was the biggest disappointment-there was very little seafood and it was mostly potatoes. The crab cakes were also far too salty. I understand that crab cakes are often seasoned aggressively, but these crossed into territory that made them difficult to enjoy. The fish and chips ended up being the saving grace of the meal: crispy, flavorful, and easily the best dish we ordered. We also shared a kombucha, which was refreshing and paired nicely with lunch. Pricing was reasonable, but for me the food quality and execution didn't quite justify the reputation. Parking was also challenging, especially during the busy lunch rush. Overall, it was an average experience with a few bright spots, but there's definitely room for improvement

The beer and wine selection is both lackluster and outdated in terms of dates on many beer cans, which is disappointing. It's just an over-used name to dupe people into thinking it's great. That's been my experience at every other location. My husband and I decided to stop in this store a few weeks ago and just check it out. This store is actually pretty decent. I found a great cookbook for a gift, and a few other things. They have a nice selection of Oregon Duck merchandise. The employees don't go out of their way to do anything special or make it a memorable trip. Which is fine. They're not terrible. When you approach the cash register, they're social and that's perfect for me. Would I return? It's not a store I feel the need to frequent often, but it's certainly better than any other location I've ever been to. The next time I go will probably be in a year when I'm looking for holiday gifts.

So stopping at Bree's Way, which is a new-to-me store (I'm not sure it was here even four years ago when I came home to visit) was a must stop. The woman there was really friendly, but they didn't have anything that called to me. Their jewelry selection was ok but limited; mostly rings and some pendants. They sell some chains for the pendants. They also have a lot of the standard Tarot decks, some esoteric and occult-related merchandise, posters, crystals, and so on. Parking was not bad for me when I visited, but there's not a lot of parking on Alder here. And if you don't know how to parallel park, probably best to avoid parking on the street. There's a parking lot about a block and a half down the street.
