Stopped in yesterday when I was in the neighborhood and bought a box of four to bring home and share with my spouse. The churro cookie was so overbuttered, oversugared and underbaked that it actually made me queasy. And my spouse was actually sick after eating his oatmeal chocolate chip cookie (I suspect it had some Crisco in it - he reacts badly to it). Overall, this reminded me of some of Voodoo Doughnuts' more extreme concoctions - designed to appeal to people with the munchies, who want as much fat and sugar as they can get. I didn't mind the price, which some other commenters have objected to: these cookies are big enough for at least four people. But they were not to my taste and I won't be back. read more

poor customer service, instead of greeting me at the door and letting me know masks are required I was yelled at "do you have a mask". No other words, no greeting, nothing. Then proceeded to ask me to repeat myself multiple times because she can't hear me through my mask. Young, snotty cashier, needs better training on customer service. Worst service ever! I was the ONLY person in the store standing there for over 5 minutes after I ordered & PAID & asked the counter lady a question..so she knew I was there.. while 5 workers played with cookie dough, joked around, & IGNORED ME. Finally when I got the counter person's attention about my order (she had turned her back to the counter all this time) she said,"The person before you took it". We just received a birthday cookie delivery. The cookies were delicious, even warm; however, we can't give a five star review because the service was less than stellar. The "From" line on the outer delivery card showed the recipient (my husband, the birthday boy) as the sender. Consequently, there was no way for us to know who sent the gift. In addition, my husband's name was spelled wrong: only five letters, but in the wrong order. We tried to call the Eugene Crumble - twice! - but both times we were cut off before we could talk to anyone and learn who the gift was from. I'm from out of town so I placed a cookie order for my niece and nephew's birthday on March 16 to get delivered on March 17 between 10:30-11. I checked the status of the order around the delivery time and my order had not been picked up yet. I decided to call at 11:30 to see what was going on. I was told that they didn't have many drivers available and all of the drivers are running a little behind on their orders. I told the gal on the phone that I wanted to make sure someone was going to be home when the cookies arrived and that's why I chose that time. She said my cookies would be delivered soon. 3:00 rolls around and the cookies have not been delivered. I called to cancel since my niece and nephew were stepping out for the rest of the day. I was told that they ended up not accepting any more deliveries for the day because it was so busy. I wish someone would have contacted me to let me know that they were no longer doing deliveries so that I could have had something else sent to my niece and nephew for their birthday. read more

Once again RUDE RUDE RUDE! I placed my order online and pulled up and waited and waited and waited I thought that I had ordered curbside. I finally called the Store and asked them what was going on and they said my order had come through as a pick up. I explained to them that my daughter was sick and I didn't want to come in and expose anybody could they please just bring it to my car like I thought for sure I had ordered (even had entered my vehicle type, color etc). I'm giving them two stars for size/flavor of the cookies and for staying open during Covid. HOWEVER - really disappointed in their customer service. I ordered a dozen cookies and a 4pk of ice cream for my In-laws as a treat. (Elderly and house bound during Covid). I don't live in Eugene so it's always a risk to order long distance. I gave a generous tip and paid the extra for delivery. My total was $60. Now for a doz cookies and 4 half pints of ice cream that was a lot of $$. But I'm doing my best to support local businesses, tip generously etc. I got notice that Door Dash was handling the delivery, ok fine, good. Unfortunately the order was missing the ice cream. I figure I'll just call and they'll send it out. Nope. That's when it went downhill. The gal I spoke to said, "you can come in and pick it up now ". Uh, no... I don't live in Eugene, let alone Oregon and I paid for delivery. "I can give you a coupon for the ice cream that you can use the next time you are in town". What? No, I just want the ice cream I ordered delivered. "Oh, well. Sorry about that. I can refund the cost of the ice cream and you can go online and order it again." Well that works. Ok. And you'll pick up the delivery cost? "No, we can't do that". Uh. What? Yeah. Got my refund and ordered a bunch of ice cream from Instacart. Cheaper and more dependable. Crumbl's foundation is going to crumble with that kind of customer service. And put the manager on the phone if you can't handle an upset customer. I worked pizza delivery for years. I get it. Bad service and terrible cookies, all you get is the taste of vomit. There is nothing more or less to say. It's that simple.

I will order it from crumble cookie our anniversary and there was apparently no driver available to deliver it. We didn't receive a call or message allowing us to understand that was being canceled. We called back after a long period and they agreed to re-order it since it was our anniversary. The second order never came and again we go back. Now they have taken a week to refund our money. So my final note is during this. Be careful and stay in communication with the store if you believe your food has been left on delivered. We never had a chance to order or taste the food when we finally called back after they had not delivered a refund. They may no effort to compensate us for the inconvenience and disappointment with their staff and their ability to communicate. I said all this realizing that it is the time of a pandemic and I'm very understanding about circumstances but communication and attention are important no matter what diseases are floating around. read more

Hands down....best cookies ever! We went in on a Monday evening and the place was super busy, but still fast...we had the sugar cookie, absolutely delicious with a hint of almond extract....the sour patch kid cookie, which isn't really sour at all but has this yummy filling and frosting with a cute little cabbage patch kid on top...but everyone's favorite was the Reese's peanut butter cookie....it is the bomb! Very rude to me. Asked a polite question about the selection and cashier was very rudely dismissive. I kind of shrugged it off, but my coworker got me worked up about it later saying how rude she was to me. Now I feel kind of bad about it since they were polite to my coworker who is white and I am black. I did some research on the company and see it's a Utah company and I believe run mostly by Mormons and would expect more of this company. I picked up Door Dash orders here more than once, and it's always disappointing. I waited in the lobby at Crumbl Cookies for over an hour. I was picking up 2 orders of 4 cookies. They told me that they were out of one of the cookies that was ordered, so I had to text the customer to ask which cookie she'd like instead. Less than 2 minutes later, I let them know which cookie she chose instead of their out-of-stock one. I stood there, first in line, for another 40 minutes. I watched new customers come and go. Door Dashers were picking up their orders left and right. I asked multiple times for the status of my order, and they reassured me they were working on it. I watched a sealed box sit on the counter for 40 entire minutes before they asked me again, the name of my order. They apologized and handed me the box that had been sitting there all that time. This place has horrible communication and bad customer service. Needless to say, I stood in that store for the entire hour shift i was scheduled to dash for.. over 8 cookies. read more

So I hit upon this place during COVID-19 lock down when only delivery was available for my son's birthday. As I am not able to go out I was delighted to be able to get this delivered. They are on one of the delivery services is how I found them. When the cookies arrive they were huge and very thick. My son loved them. I took to the chocolate and my son loved them all. They are sharable so we cut each one into 4 healthy parts. They hold up well in milk dipping and last about 3 days. I ordered the box of 4 and that was a lot of cookies. They are not pricey at all, but I move from another state where this is easily a $25 to $30 box of cookies for just the 4 so I was so grateful for the price break! My favorite was the chocolate chip I don't likes super soft cookies or super hard and I HATE dark chocolate so these were perfect and the chips were more like milk or something in between.
