Awful service !!! I waited and waited and waited for my order and then she stands there and talks to her friend while holding my cookies !!!!! Embarrassing to say I like your cookies and you didn't say a word so me just handed off the box !!!!

The feel inside Crumbl is trendy but sparse. No areas to sit and enjoy your treats, just to grab and go kind of place. There were maybe 7-8 workers in the open kitchen area when we came in, which seemed like a lot to me for midday on a weekday. I guess this place must get a lot of business/online orders or something? Because otherwise it was barren of customers. I'll also note that none of the workers looked all too enthused to be there. And the woman who helped us with in our order was unremarkable in all ways, maybe just a bad day. As far as the fare, I'll agree with others here that most of the cookies are overly sweet and/or a little too over the top for my liking. I can easily polish off many cookies in a sitting, but with these, honestly, more than 1/4-1/3 of the cookie and it becomes just too much. That said, my fave of what we tried today was the Sea Salt Toffee - rich, buttery toffee spots hit with some chocolate and salt. Very nice! On the way out I saw a sign stating they now offer mini cookie options, so that may be the best bet! The cost is another downside for me. One regular size cookie is $4.99...and $4.99 to not be blown away. We ended up getting a 4-pack because once you're thinking of trying more than one it feels like you should just go for four since it saves you a couple bucks. I guess that's how they get ya. It would be hard for me to justify visiting Crumbl often, when the reality is I could bake a whole batch of cookies at home for about the same price as *one* from this shop, but it was fun for a one-off treat.

It's honestly a guilty pleasure of mine to try at least 1 new flavor a week. If you didn't know, crumbl does a new flavor lineup every week on mondays! I have an insane amount of cookie photos from various flavors & weeks so I will just post some of my favorite onee. There have been flavors I didn't care for but there's typically something good every week! Service is always casual, I just order online and pick up in store. Very casual spot.

Crumbl's cookies are massive and cost about $5 apiece. Because they're so big and because they're so sweet, it's hard to finish them in one sitting. The cookies here are hit-and-miss. The flavors change every week, which makes it hard to find a favorite, and a lot that sound good have been disappointing. The basic chocolate chip and sugar cookies stick around week to week, but neither of them are worth going to Crumbl for--you could make better cookies for cheaper at home.

I love how crumbl rotates their lineup each week so customers don't get bored with flavors, some flavors have been soo good but some not and I feel like that's pretty standard since they have soo many different recipes. Also the whole experience of picking cookies is pretty fun in store. The workers are usually friendly and get cookies out quickly.

They didn't have the waffle cookie after they promoted it on tiktok and made it look delightful. I'm upset.

Bad service and terrible cookies, all you get is the taste of vomit. There is nothing more or less to say. It's that simple.

Large cookies, like extremely large. I think they're worth the price however good luck finishing them. They're so sweet (like you'd expect).

Ask the Community - Crumbl - Eugene

Do they have gluten free options?

Nope. Their kitchen appears to be quite small so I am not sure how they could maintain a no cross contamination process even if they decided to go gluten free.

    Do they have vegan options?

    Unfortunately not

I had the intentions just to browse until I saw their cheese cake brownie. I had no idea what Gianni's had on their dessert menu and I didn't care to wait and find out. I chose that before we went to eat, and we had dinner I dug in and it was love at first bite. Since I'm not a coffee drinker I never step into small cafes on my own or look around to check out pastries, but I'm glad I made the exception here.

It is indeed pretty small; there's an "in" door and an "out" door so and since the line can form pretty quickly. They're pretty fast though, so even if the line is close to the door (which it was once when I visited) you'll still be out within about 10 minutes or fewer. One of my favorite things from Sweet Life are their morning pastries--specifically, their cinnamon roll and the lemon cream bun. Both are amazing, and whilst the cinnamon roll is my personal favorite, if you have to choose get the lemon cream bun. It's different from something you've tried before; you can't get one of these everywhere and it's amazing. Their tiramisu is good too, and the some of their other cakes. Check out their specials--there's always something good to choose from. This location has no dedicated parking, just a few spots on the street (shared with Prince Puckler's, the pizza place, and other businesses around). There's a lot of outdoor seating, nice for warm summer evenings.

You had folks still hanging on to the 70s like it owed them money bell-bottoms, wild personalities, and people that were just downright funny without even trying. I swear, half the entertainment wasn't even the ice cream, it was just sitting there watching humanity stroll by in all its glory. But let's not get it twisted the ice cream absolutely hits the spot. This is that soul food for the student grind. When studying runs too long, when the day's been rough, when the Oregon heat sneaks up on you, or when you just need a little reset... this is the place. Scoop after scoop, flavor after flavor, it never lets you down. And being right there by the University of Oregon? Come on. There's just something about grabbing a cone on campus that feels right. Timeless. Like it belongs there. Customer service has always been solid, the vibe is iconic, and the whole place carries this charm that refuses to fade. Some things change over the years... this place just keeps being exactly what it should be. Five stars. Always has been. Go Ducks !!
