This was my first crumbl experience- we were visiting the area and stopped to try the cookies every one raves about. Sadly the customer service is extremely lacking. I ordered on the computer terminal. The computer told me that the large snickers peanut butter was available so I ordered 3 and a large chocolate brownie to take home to our family. After I paid, I was notified by the Spanish lady (who in fact would NOT give me her name) that the snickers were no longer available. My only option was the chocolate brownie or some sugar cookie. I specifically ordered the four pack for the snickers peanut butter, but since they were out I had no need for them so I asked for a refund. She would not give me a refund and made me pick something else. I also asked for a manager, and there was no manager available. I asked the lady her name and she wouldn't tell me. She said it was Spanish and that I wouldn't understand it. Not only am I disappointed that our cookies were not available even though the computer said it was available, I am insulted that she would think I wouldn't understand her name. This is unacceptable and discriminatory. If a product is not available we should be able to receive a refund. This location should be ashamed and revisit their business practices. read more

Definitely a cute little spot. It's a speedy carry-out cookie joint. Cars were double parked like crazy out front. Drivers hopping in and out picking up Doordash/Uber Eats orders left and right. There's no seating or chairs inside, but you simply walk in and order on an iPad with the menu displayed on a large screen too. It's super easy to understand the flavors of the day and to checkout. The best part? Warm cookies in hand within minutes. You can tell the pink sugar was a crowd favorite amongst my fam -- they taste like pure nostalgia! My personal favorite was the vanilla frosted/sprinkled cookie. I bit into it and was somehow transported back to my childhood memories of celebrating Christmas. I mean what can get better than that? I could eat a whole box of these. This flavor somehow tasted exactly like my grandma's Italian cookies that I grew up loving, so that was an easy favorite for me. The brownie flavor was quite literally warm-- it was as if brownies that just came out of the oven! Except as a cookie. ;) Chocolate chip was yummy but nothing special. I've definitely had better. Could honestly do without this one. Slightly undercooked in my opinion. The peanut butter was very peanut-buttery. If that's your jam (no pun intended) then you'll love it. The Rice Krispy flavor honestly tasted like a lump of Rice Krispy treat. I'm not complaining, but there's no way there was a cookie in there. Well let me start by saying that you essentially have people working there that don't help customers, they're baking cookies & other tasks. I thought it was strange to walk in & not be acknowledged by anybody working there. So you essentially order your cookies via the screen they have. They put your cookie(s) in a box--which I think is a waste--then you're off to eat your cookie. Since there is no place to sit to enjoy it, you go elsewhere to eat it. The other thing about this place is how big the cookies are. Yet you can't order the small ones because those are just for catering. I get that it was a busy night for them. But I did an online order- went to pick up- there was one other person getting an order- and I waited. Finally got someone to help me- gave my name and order- did not even get any sort of verbal response. The guy looked like he was just high- and walked away- to get my order- so while he was doing that- he decided it was a good time to take a personal phone call- so I continued to watch him talk on the phone and try and put my order together. The birthday cake was fun with lots of frosting but the chilled turtle was surprisingly awful. It didn't taste like chocolate, caramel or nuts, more like cardboard.
