Forty bucks for a smog check (with coupon)? I'm in! Maybe I got lucky on a Monday morning but I pulled up as another car was just finishing the test, but I was outta there in less than half an hour. And certificate is sent to DMV. As for negative reviews, if you know there's issues with your car, don't blame the business. It's only a test station. I feel for you. I've had cars with issues that I'd have to go to church before I bring it for a smog test and pray it passes. All they do is test your car. They can't diagnose correctly what's wrong with it. If in doubt, take it directly to a smog place with mechanics that can fix issues. read more

Came here to get a quick smog during a weekday before going to Costco. There was only one car in front of us and he was finishing up the test. We only waited 5-10 mins before it was our turn. I called ahead of time (rainy day) if he had time. He said come on in and only waited 10 minutes before he was done with another customer. I had a coupon which only cost $40 and I was done in about 20 minutes. Very friendly man to do business with and felt comfortable. He was even inspecting under the car. My 2008 PT Cruiser needed a "Star station" which meant I could not go to my old mechanic/smog man. "Star station" means I can only see a "smog only" station. Quick, easy and very comfortable service. One of the things I like about this place is that there's a place to wait for me and my son while the smog test is being performed. There are arcade games and refreshments and places to sit. The thing that really prompted me to write this review is the service I received. He was friendly and professional and alerted me to an issue with some brackets under the hood that needed to be replaced.
