I asked about cost of delivery and set up and told him I was just looking at this point but thank you and so no issues there. I passed thru the phone accessories thinking I should get an xtra charger for my phone. Alas I see an unknown brand thing like an Apple Pencil. It was marked 9.99 on the tag and on the scan by it. I take it to the register and it gets rung up at $42 with tax. I go to enquire after talking to the lady about before checking it out, it to whom I said, wow $10 instead of 100 ish for Apple? She said yes Apple is overpriced. So I thought wow $10, I must get one. So I, after finding out it didn't ring up at that price talked to the manager. He said oh they're in the wrong place that is for a different type. There were like 4 to six on the hanger with the wrong price so I said well do I get it for that price or free even since I'm bringing this error to your attention and spending the time to point out your three packs of the same are marked wrong as well. No sorry but thanks for letting know. Well ok I'm not usually a mooch looking for free stuff, so next time I won't waste my time trying to be helpful and they can continue to have things marked wrong. A lot of things. It's not like someone could read the tiny numbers to switch them up and they were the only kind there. Maybe I'm just having a bad day, but oops sorry sorta got me not happy with Best Buy today.

The friend sent me a screenshot of the exact card I'd need so that all I needed was do a quick word search of the product name, click on the product listing, select the desired memory card size and quantity details, open an online account, set up my credit card details, choose a shipping method cost, then approve the purchase. The cheapest shipping was $4.01 for the $36 item, and they also charged tax. That was it! I received the boxed up item within good time. The box was free of any damage and still looked like it was a fresh, new box. This is a good vendor for memory cards. The options availability and pricing even with the shipping make shopping online here indeed a good deal. If you are on the lookout for adjusting the memory on your computer equipment, this is a very good online store to purchase from. I'd do it again in a heartbeat. OWC used to be a company I trusted to provide quality products and excellent support, but things…read morehave changed. I purchased a Jupiter Mini NAS in April of 26 to serve as a file server for my Graphic Design team. The unit arrived with one of the drive bay latches damaged, and broke completely off during installation of the hard drive. In addition the TRUENAS system will not function correctly. I have followed all guides supplied by OWC and the NAS will not connect. I also had a 3rd party IT person check the settings and we are still receiving network errors. Technical support from OWC is NON-EXISTENT I have been trying to resolve these issues for over a week. I have called multiple times, and submitted multiple service forms and have yet to speak with anyone who will give Technical Support. They keep saying they will escalate the case but the only people you can reach are in a call center and they dont have any information on the Jupiter Mini. After 6 days I did get an after hours email response from Nathan simply asking "What kind of network assistance do you need?" I immediately responded and asked that he call me during normal business hours. He has yet to responded and OWC has no means of contacting him directly. So here I am with a $3,000 brick on my desk and zero confidence in the product or any level of support going forward.

I wish…read moreI was exaggerating, but I dropped off my gaming laptop with a pretty gnarly screen dislocation on it. They took apart the entire device, screen and all, only for them to realize it was unfixable due to the way the motherboard was built. My laptop was at least usable before, now it has no screen and is basically split into two pieces. What's even worse is that I went to discuss what happened and the store manager had the audacity to ask "Do you want to call him to see what he wants to do?" Umm.....bold assumption to think that I was not the one using the device. I then corrected him that I was the owner of the device, not any male related to me. He remarked that I'm one of just a few pc gamers that are female. Even if that may be true, it was wildly unprofessional and off putting. I'll never forget that icky feeling I had when I left the store. He didn't bother to refund me the service cost even though all he did was take it apart and destroy what I had left of it. I'm sure these guys are reliable otherwise, but I don't think I'll be back based on this doozy of an experience.
