On top of the bad service they automatically add an 18% gratuity so why would the server even try. I think the place can be lot better than my experience. The potato skin appetizer was good - despite missing the scallions the menu shows are on them. We split the fish and chips - a bit underwhelming and that drives the 4 star review. The fillet was thin and I suspect frozen, not fresh seafood as you expect at a waterfront bar. The fries were good (and the cole slaw was just two tablespoons worth in a small cup).

Our table was outside, nice breeze and fun music! (Paul was the musician)…read more Our server was great, she allowed us the extra time to settle in and enjoy our drink before we ordered food. One from our group ordered quesadillas, she enjoyed them a lot. We also had guacamole and the boiled shrimp. The shrimp was such a generous portion, it came out warm, and not on any ice, which was surprising to us. It was too hot to peel when served and so we had to let it sit for a bit. It was very good, the flavor was great however, there were a few of them that were getting mushy towards the end. If I ordered this again, I would ask them to plop them on some ice. The guacamole and chips were fantastic. The reason I took off a star was because the happy hour menu was only offered in the bar. The bar had a large private party that night and therefore wasn't really available for us. I think if you're going to have a happy hour, it's kind of ridiculous not to extend it out to all the tables. I typically don't go to restaurants that only offer it in the bar.

The food was delicious, and everything came out fresh and tasted great. Our server, Emma, truly made our visit exceptional. She went above and beyond by always making sure our drinks were refilled and anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. She brought extra napkins, checked on us often, and was friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our meal. Her outstanding service made our experience even more enjoyable. We will definitely be back and highly recommend asking for Emma if you have the chance!

Staff were just standing around talking outside instead of cleaning up tables. No music was playing (other locations played music) and the space was small; 2 TVs you can barely see. Also, they were doing maintenance right behind us on a window pane and it was very loud with drilling and banging and alarming everyone. It did not last long but it was poor planning. Now the good: our waitress was friendly and professional. The drinks were perfect as always! The beach view was beautiful. I also like the rewards program but it has been a week and still haven't received the points.

We got a table for people watching on the boardwalk & saw the moon burn red high in the sky, as we chowed down our fried pickles and onion rings as the appetizers. This place is your typical beach eats of fried goodness- most of us got the fried chicken sandwich (we asked for no lettuce due to the ongoing parasite situation), and it was yummy and tasty with fries fresh off the grill. The kids liked their footlong hotdogs and pork sándwich. This isn't the place to come if you're looking for vegetables lmao, so plan your diet accordingly. We liked being able to see the tourists and locals come by. The city does blast the "no juveniles alone after 9pm PSA" regularly at dinner so you can hear that while eating. Saw a bunch of older guys completely wasted while they chatted up a younger police officer who took their humor in stride. Anyways, the place is definitely dated, and you can see it had weathered down thru the years. But if you get a table outside and just want some fried food and beer, then this is a good option.
