However I was incorrectly informed at time of rental that if i didn't get back that evening that i would be charged $30 extra, even if i showed up before they opened the next day. I got there at 6:06pm (right after closing) and they were all locked up - my bad. But since i didn't know that i wouldn't be charged if i got there by 9:30, I arrived after 9:30 and they charged me. I could have easily saved $30 if they had given me the right info. Oh and they had plenty of inventory. Have bought skis and high-end outdoor furniture here. Won't be shopping here again.

He had me try on a couple different brands but told me from the very beginning that I think I would like the k2 the best. He was totally right. They always have sales and cool events. Love going there on first Friday. Best staff ever, great location. Only thing is I wish they played snowboard/ skate videos on a tv. Kids these days only see instagram clips. It would be cool for kid to walk into a shop and be able to see a video like "yeah right" or "TB 8" Just weird to me when skate shops aren't playing skate videos.

I picked it up// and the small rock scuff came which was the primary reason I brought it in was still there-- so maybe they waxed it. But if the did they didn't buff it. There is no apparent managed at this place. I think that's part of the issue. The other shops in town -- particularly the west village lodge at bachelor are much better. I won't be back unless I'm desperate.

The Scott Spark WC/RC is not always an easy bike to work on but this shop took care of it right away. Incredibly helpful and proud of the bike culture that is now an important part of Bend. They also gave me some great insights into some Oakridge trail riding. Should have come to this shop when I first arrived in town, it would have saved me a lot of time and anxiety.

That alone was great service but when the tech was checking the install he noticed we were also missing a critical bolt on the fork. They didn't have it but they called multiple bike shops to find us one so my Grom wouldn't miss a day on the mountain. It was after 4, so there was definitely a time crunch to make it happen, and they did plus told me how to install it after I went to another shop in town to purchase the bolt. I would have totally missed this, and the damage overtime would have been severe. Knowledgeable, helpful crew. They also support local MBSEF athletes. We will be back in.

Last year in preparation for walking the 500 mile Camino Pilgrimage in Spain a light weight down sleeping bag and bag liner for under $100. plus a number of small items. Today a very nice light weight nylon belt and a new in the box pair of Yac-tracks at half price, $20 instead of $40. The staff is friendly, helpful and well informed. They carry a limited selection of good new gear. My prize find was a Vintage LL Bean 100% wool jacket with a few very minor flaws. for $50 two years ago. They also offer free clinics on outdoor equipment use and repair. They also have great end of season sales. As a outdoors person for 60 plus years all over the US and abroad I am very impressed with them.
