However, once you get it home you have seven days to make sure it works right. Afterwards, forget about options to return. Sadly, my elliptical didn't work out of the box and their repairman took two weeks to fix it. Now, I have a device that doesn't feel right to my stride, one whose LED lights aren't observable unless I squat down a few inches while running. The store holds strong to my two options: return it and pay more for a better unit or sell it to your neighbor. Everyone seemed very helpful to recommend, to charge my credit card and even get me home. Now I realize they aren't as helpful after seven days... even when the unit didn't work for the first two weeks. Be really cautious here. These are expensive units and your two minute exercise in the store to "feel" the machine doesn't represent the same mechanics you'll expect in a serious workout. It's much cheaper to buy a gym membership. My two thousand dollar ellipical certainly doesn't feel as good as the gym. Further, they never feel the same at home as they do in the store. Sadly, there is no way to learn that until you get it home. I found the sales rep to be amazingly friendly until after I purchased my machine. When things went wrong, I saw their true colors.

So far all we've done is make a purchase, so I'll update this review once the equipment is in- and functioning well. But the buying experience was well received. I didn't feel overly pressured and the pricing relative to the quality of the machines they sell there seems very fair.

We avoided Dicks in California because of the prices, poor service and lack of sporting good items that we actually use. Well, Dicks here in Texas is completely different. Outstanding customer service from the employees and Dicks actually had sporting equipment that we actually use. First off, I needed to have by tennis and racquet ball rackets re-wrapped and the staff was more than happy to assist me with this. It addition to this, they had a really good selection of fishing equipment to choose from which is always a plus for me! Dicks also had a good selection of darts, flights, boards and accessories for me and my wife to choose from. They also had a giant selection of Pickleball paddles and accessories along with a couple of staff members who are very well acquainted with the sport and able to provide some great advice in choosing a set of paddles. We were really impressed with what Dicks had to offer and will definitely be returning when we need to purchase some kayaks.

This location being fairly new gave me the opportunity to look around for 1. my compression socks and 2. for a sale on Golf equipment. The staff was very helpful and provided me with a tape measure and helped me find the right size of the product I was looking for. Perusing around the store, it offered a similar layout to other locations I have been to so nothing new and exciting, but it is great to have access to the store between the city located South and country to the North.

Patricia went out of her way to make sure that the table was delivered and set up by Christmas as this was a surprised gift for my 6 Grandsons. It was touch and go but Patricia took control and made everything happen. She went out of her way to calm my nerves and deliver as promised. Kudos to Patricia and the crew that set up the table. Highest compliments to all at Billiard Factory in the Woodlands. Grand-kids all beat me. Revenge will be mine, hopefully.

I bought a Brunswick Treviso with custom Simonis 860 cloth, three counter stools, a spectator chair, the centennial kit and the centennial cue rack. All of the items are flawless and perfect quality. The install team was very professional and had the Treviso up and running in about 2 1/2 hours on a second floor install. They left it with super tight pockets, perfectly level and perfect cloth. They were every neat and clean and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Highly recommended. Go see Anthony today, he won't steer you wrong! A+++++++

Nice enough Famous Footwear storefront in Tomball Marketplace…read more I guess I haven't been to a Famous Footwear in awhile, but the inventory is about 80% athletic shoes and 20% dress--not what I remember. I've shopped Famous Footwear since the early 1980s, but it's been a few years. I wanted a new pair of dress shoes for a wedding that evening, so Air Jordan's weren't on the menu. Their selection in dress was limited, especially in wide width and sizes above 10. With assistance, I found a pair that I liked that came oh so close, but they were too long. They were also reboxed in a generic Famous Footwear box, and showed signs of break-in (but not wear). They also weren't discounted for not being brand-spanking new. The very helpful sales assistant--who seemed to be running the store by herself--offered to check other stores or order the shoes, but my time was too limited for those heroics. They're A-OK--that is, if you have the time to wait for shoes in your size. I didn't, so I went away empty-handed, but not truly disappointed.

Very poor customer service…read more It is understandable if there is inclement weather or a sickness within the limited amount of staff however when the MANAGER shows up FOUR hours late and have customers + a FedEx delivery waiting on her that's just about ridiculous. Not only did she miss the shipment but whenever she finally arrived instead of informing customers that the location was closed she brought her son into The store, lock the doors and had us outside knocking for several minutes to get her response from the inside. If you have the spare time to choose another location do so because this treatment is disgusting and a waste of time.

All of the employees were very helpful on the grand opening day and even though I don't own Vuori clothing yet I had to give it a try. I have a pair of shorts from Nordstrom in their line and I absolutely love them so I had to give the real store a try. I will be going back eventually for more clothing. I didn't know this on grand opening day but when I purchased some clothing and checked out if they gave you a discount which was awesome the value of clothing is pretty great. I don't think it's very expensive to be honest. If you have the clothing for a long time, it makes the price worth it. I have been an avid shopper at LULULEMON for a very long time and I had to give Vuori a try. I believe the only thing that the company is lacking is the shopping bags that they give you when you purchase something I wish they were made better quality. It would make the brand that much more better hopefully in the very future, the company can do something about their shopping bags. All of the employees were very helpful in the dressing room and the dressing room atmosphere was so beautiful. They only had a few dressing room rooms which again I know the space is small to begin with, but there weren't very many dressing rooms. The dressing room rooms were were built, beautiful and decorated beautiful And it was a very nice touch. I loved that the dressing rooms used drapes instead of doors. I really like that the drapes were very high-quality drapes. I believe you have a customer for a very long time. I'm very happy with my first experience and I hope that other people will give Vuori a try as well. they had a great selection of clothing my favorite collection or color right now is the spearmint color. It's very beautiful and great for summer and about going into the fall. I got to connect with John Wilcox when I was standing in line at the checkout and he personally checked me out on his handheld device that was very personal with me.
