Very well made, solid construction, easy to intall and operate. Recently the hoop actuator became difficult to operate making raising the rim a challenge. I wasn't sure what to do given the unit was 13 years old. After a quick email to ProDunk and a few pictures, the customer service area indicated they would replace the actuator and almost immediately had one shipped. ProDunk not only stands by the quality of their product, but they also service customers in a fast, friendly, and personal way. I would highly recommend ProDunk.
