As a Gen Z, I think I get it now. At this Sephora trying to get the attention of the worker but she's completely fixing her own makeup while on shift (like w the samples). Honestly girl use ur resources ig. This Sephora packed with people not being able to find anything they need for Xmas. As she is pretending to look something up for us I see her just casually texting her group chat back instead LOL. The Kohl's in Tomball/2920 is small. I went for the same sandels I have worn for 8 years, but last year I didn't buy an extra pair of each. The Kohl's I typically go to have Size 5, this store started at Size 6. Overall it is a clean store. Bedding is limited, seems like it caters to the younger population. First time at this Kohl's. I like it. The lay out is nice. The Amazon return area is on the side in the Men's dept. not in the back of the store. (You get $5.00 coupon when you do an Amazon return) Some Kohl's look like someone pieced up the store and shook it all around. Not this one. It was very organized and tidy. I love kohl's.... I'll start with that but uhmmm overall it wasn't the best experience. I had in mind to spend some money because of all the previous experiences I have had with them. I will return to kohl's but I won't come back to this establishment. So why... Well me and my wife came in at 9:40pm and the first thing I expected to hear was welcome or hey but instead I was greeted with a slightly agitated remark and I quote we close in 10min. I work in retail so I know how long days go and because of that I brushed it off I then looked around for a bit and noticed I was being followed and finally my wife said its time to go. On my way out the store a lady followed us and immediately shit the doors and locked it at 9:58pm Again I love kohl's and maybe this was just a rough day but yeah kinda bummed my night. Went to this 2920 Tomball location today at customer service and was highly disappointed/bothered. The clerk name was Charlotte. While waiting in line, there were 3 caucasian women in front of me. As everyone got to her she gave them a very cheery hello. When it came to my time, she waived me over not one word . So I literally said "Hello" twice and just stared at her. So then I told Charlotte "I was waiting for her to speak"! She said "Oh" and still didn't. Unfreaking believable. I frown upon being treated in such manner and disgusted by it. Worst customer service ever!!! I went to the store to return a shirt that was purchased and try to get another one in a larger size or another one altogether. was not able to find another one just like the one I purchased only last week so I found something else to replace it and was willing to pay the difference in pricing. The lady, Mary, at the customer service desk tells me that I can only find something that cost 8.40 because the shirt I purchased last week for 20.00 is now on clearance and I cannot exchange it unless it is the exact same price. What??? Can I not find an item for the same price I paid just last week? No, you can only have the lowest price available at this time. They only offer you the lowest price it now sells for even if you have your paid receipt that was from less than 6 days ago. Kohls just lost 2 customers who used to love shopping there over a simple return of an item that I had the receipt for. I have never been so insulted in a store before. Mary, you need to learn what it is to be in retail business. And Kohls, your policy on returns from a customer that clearly has her receipt, is deplorable. I have never been to an establishment that refuses to give you back what you paid for an item with your receipt or even let you exchange and pay more for something else, getting the credit for what you just paid for an item. I am a Kohl's lover and hater...equally. I love a lot of their lines but hate how disorganized their stores can be and how frustrating it can be to shop in them at times. I stopped in here when we were in Tomball on a search for sandals. The shoe department was in pretty good shape. We were able to find the shoes in the general areas they were supposed to be in. And the lady organizing the area was really helpful when we wanted a shoe in a different size. The cashier that checked us out was really nice and quick. read more

The store is super nice and clean but employees are kinda rude. I was trying on a lipgloss (I completely forgot to use the little stick to try it on and just used the actual lipstick and I know that was my mistake) and a lady came up and asked if I needed help and I said no I'm fine, just trying it on. And she said "you're supposed to try it on with the sample stick, other customers use those too you know." And I apologized like three times cause it slipped my mind and I understood I did wrong and she said "well might as well give it to me now since I have to throw it out." She was incredibly rude even after I acknowledged that I had made a mistake. I felt like she didn't treat me like a customer and she just wanted me to leave even though I wanted to buy it. This store has some OK customer service. I have noticed a few associates who are willing to help. Overall most associates are too busy talking to each other and standing around to notice customers.
