A repairman came out to address the sagging of the leather on the back of the sofa but informed me that it would happen again as soon as I used my recliner so it wasn't worth fixing. I don't usually recline the seat, so the unevenness and sagging (pictured below) seems excessive. On a positive note, the staff is very pleasant even though they were unable to remedy any of our problems.

I think I was acknowledged once, if that. That acknowledgement was a glance, and a response to my "good morning". I'd love to be welcomed into the store, a nice hello, and a check in while shopping, but everyone has off days and it's possible that I experienced a one off.
