(Great Start) We set an appointment for Monday morning March 16 9am since Derrick said he was available... Mind you I let him know I work from home he could have came at any time. NO SHOW. I texted Derrick at 2pm Monday afternoon. "Are we still on today"? I figured he may have gotten caught up at another appointment...no big deal I'll wait...3pm still nothing 4pm still nothing. So I messaged Derrick; If you need me to call someone else for the work just let me know. I understand things come up unexpectedly, but ZERO communication at all I found to be very Unprofessional & Disrespectful. I specifically contacted Stain Eliminator based on their 5 Star rating. Which I would give them a -1 if I could just because I never even received a "sorry about that" / "My Bad" nothing. That being said I did have another Carpet Cleaning service come out and do the work and my carpets look FABULOUS!!

They showed up on time, did everything that they had said they were going to do when they provided me a quote and offered me a very reasonable rate. They did a better job than any of those big companies that I have had out to the house and they have better prices. Plus, I got to support local business. I only got my carpets done, but I received a more than fair estimate to get the tile done as well, so I will be contacting them soon for another date to have that done. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is interested in a quality service at a great price
