I called the number listed and spoke to the owner, Ron Smith. The very next morning Ron appeared with his assistant and cleaned all of my windows and screens to a condition that I had not seen since they were first installed years ago. WOW... I never knew how much I had been missing outside. He cleaned all windows inside and out, and pressure washed all sunscreens. The price for cleaning the windows and sunscreens was great. Ron and his crew always come through and do a wonderful job! We have a big house with many windows and by the time they're finished up all of the windows are sparkling and we really can enjoy the nice view of our backyard! I found an ad in the East Valley Tribune for Apperance Counts. Saw that they are bonded and insured, gave them a call and the owner Ron answered. He was so nice to speak with over the phone. We set a time and date, he showed up a few minutes early with his assistant which I always appreciate. He and his assistant did an awesome job cleaning the windows inside and out. Incredible customer service!!! I'm a huge fan of companies that go above and beyond for their clientele. Ron, the owner, came out last week to do my windows and screens. He had an assistant who wasn't at all thorough. The next day I noticed some obvious squeegee marks on a couple of the really high windows. I called Ron and he got right on it. He told me he let that employee go for lack of commitment to the customer and for trying "to get out of" instead of prioritizing quality service. Ron just came over, got up on the roof and fixed up the touches. No complaints. And his rates are totally reasonable. Highly highly recommend!!!! read more
