Terrible Customer Service - Stay Away at All Cost…read more I had a repair service scheduled with this company for my oven and dryer. Of course, no one arrived at my house in the window that was scheduled. I placed a call to the company as the arrival window was closing and left a message being that one no answered the phone. I eventually received a return call after the arrival window had officially ended, stating the repair person was going to be late (No Sh*t, Sherlock!). However, I am not writing this negative review due to them not showing up; I am writing this review based on the horrible attitude of the person calling me on THIER missed appointment (I believe her name is Danielle). I can tell in her voice from the start, the whole situation sounded as an annoyance to her, and her time could not be wasted on my frustration that they had wasted my time (rather ironic). This is not how you treat customers, and unfortunately, this is what one runs into much too often in the home repair industry. I will be happily updating this review to provide the name of a reputable home repair company once I find one, so others reading this have the option to call them instead!

We had another septic company suggest it was a bad float (without seeing it). We paid an electrician who came out to fix the float $700 to fix a part which he thought caused the issue. A week later, the pump failed entirely. Both the septic guy and the electrician said the pump wasn't installed properly and wasn't the right type of pump to pump up a hill where our leaching fields are. Certainly, a new pump should last more than 2 years. We are now facing the cost of installing a new pump, on top of the sunk cost of $700.

To make matters worse, I was told that the diagnostic fee would be credited toward the repair. However, when I later called to schedule the repair and request that credit, I was met with an unprofessional response.the representative said she would "think about it." This experience was frustrating from start to finish. The misdiagnosis, lack of accountability, and failure to honor what was promised reflect very poorly on this company's professionalism and reliability. I would not recommend their services.
