My first time here. I was looking for a place to get my son's shirts cleaned and figured I'd give it a try due to the good reviews I saw. I was not disappointed. They did a great job and a reasonable price. And the girl working there was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely come here again. read more

It's good unless there is a problem. They may ruin clothing, then they turn around and blame the customer for everything. They don't try to make anything right and continue to argue with you. Awful customer service! read more

I can't remember the last time I was at a laundromat, but I had a weighted fleece blanket to wash and knew my machine at home couldn't handle it. Dee's Laundry is AMAZING! I can't believe HOW CLEAN it is! It's spacious and has GOOD machines. There are plenty of places to sit. There are snack machines, a "library" and a comfy place to wait for your laundry to be done. I HIGHLY recommend Dee's. I may have been away from them for awhile, but this is not how I remember "the laundromat"! This is SO MUCH BETTER!!!!! read more

Great prices, great hours, friendly staff. With the dearth of available full-service laundromat/dry cleaner/tailors available in our area, Dee's is definitely preferable to the other remaining local dry cleaners. The staff is professional, & they truly care about ensuring your clothes come back looking nicer than when they came in- something their competitor is unable to achieve at a higher price. If you're looking for a one stop place for your laundry care needs, this is the place to go. Plus, their newer facility in the old Insane Irving's building is large and beautifully updated, with great parking. read more

Extremely clean facility, machines work fantastically, & friendly employees. Very cozy inside when you're waiting for your laundry to wash or dry. Would highly recommend recommend to anyone. read more

I made the mistake of not trying on my bridesmaid dress again until 2 weeks before my sisters wedding.. big mistake as I was 8 months pregnant and the dress no longer fit as I had assumed it would!! Frantically I searched for a place to alter my dress in such a short period of time. Luckily Dee's Cleaners connected me directly with the seamstress they use for alterations- Donna- who owns her own alteration/ dressmaking business "Top Stitch". Donna was so accommodating and welcomed me into her home the next day to see how she could help me! She was able to completely alter the dress to fit my pregnant belly and keep the style to blend with the rest of the girls, all within the same week! Not only is she extremely talented but she also has a truly beautiful personality. I highly recommend her for any alterations you may need. read more

Don't have any complains. I went in for wash, dry and gold service. Job done. Can't find anything negative to say. I'll be doing it again. Soon! read more

Laundromats have always made me anxious and creeped me out a little... I don't know why, they just do. But when circumstances beyond my control made a laundromat my only option, I found myself at Dee's. They have more washers than you can ask for and they all seem to be in good working order. The entire building is well lit and clean... One of the staff always seems to be running around cleaning something (clothing, equipment, floors... Everything!) My only major complaint is that they could use a few more dryers. Although I now have a working washer and dryer at home, it's still nice to be able to get a week's worth of laundry for five people done in about an hour or two. read more

I live locally and come to this laundromat when it isn't packed. There is an older woman at the counter who I see every time I come and she is just so rude. Not very nice or approachable. I don't know if there's another person that works the counter but I'd rather be here on those days. I'd prefer better customer service and not a rude demeanor every time I walk in here. read more

I like going to Dee's laundromat but I find it to be expensive! A small washer is 4.50 which is a lot and the prices seem to go up every other week! In New York a large washer isn't even that much! Their largest machine is I believe like 13.50 maybe more. New York is 7.00!! It is clean atleast. read more

I have been to MANY laundromats across the country when doing summer road trips. Usually, they're hot, sticky, creepy, nasty, and/or downright unfriendly (IF there's an employee to be found). It's just something we put up with as part of the road trip experience. Then, today, we stepped into Dee's and experienced something we'd never experienced in a laundromat - a friendly, helpful employee, who made sure we had everything we needed. A clean and well-maintained business. Air conditioning - that works! My husband and I were both very impressed! I wish there were a laundromat like this back home!!! read more

LOVE LOVE LOVE . Kind people, Great equipment! Clean and organized professional staff! Will becoming back

As another person mentioned, laundromats have always creeped me out, too. Perhaps it's the usual clientele, typical surly workers, or less than pristine machinery. I can say none of this was an issue at Dee's. I had a pleasant and painless experience there and I actually look forward to returning. They have huge industrial sized washers at an affordable price. For $6 I put in my entire hamper AND a heaping basket of towels and sheets. I thought it would be about 3 loads. With drying, it came to $10 and only took a few hours. That was like 3 weeks worth of laundry for me! And the place was clean and the people friendly. I picked up a frequent washer card where you get a wash free after you fill up the card. Dee's is carpeted, has several tv's, wicker couches to recline on and free WIFi. I'm not really sure I could ask for more in a laundromat. read more

Amazing staff and owner! Lobby is bright, clean and organized. Can't wait to see their new space.

Dee's has been nothing but a positive experience. We have been unable to laundry at home the past few months and the thought of having to do laundry for a family of 5 at a laundry mat terrified me, cost, time and expense of it all. So glad we found Dee's. The staff is so kind and helpful. The machines come in many sizes to fit all our things. Everything comes out clean and smelling good in a fraction of the time it took at home. The new building is very nice, clean and spacious. Would deffinalty reccomend to anyone! read more

Twice now I have been there to grab a coffee at Starbucks. Only to return to find my cloths removed from the dryer I was using. This last time I counted 18 empty dryers. There was no reason anyone should touch clothes but you at a laundromat. Complaining to the staff does no good since I now still have spend more time waiting for my clothes to dry. read more

Went in here today to try and drop off some laundry, but was pretty upset to find it'd be 2 days before I could get it back and it was pretty dirty and dark. I was disappointed since the reviews on here said it was good but I guess everyone has a different perception of a good laundromat vs bad. Walked out unhappy and took my laundry somewhere else across town with same day service read more
