Person working there was very helpful since I had never been there before. But as I experienced at other laundromat, people leave their clothes in the washer and return when they feel like it. Also, not good to come here when the temperature outside is very cold. The automatic door keeps opening constantly even I noticed as people are just loading up their car because this somehow sets the sensor to open the door. There's no buffer for the constant rush of freezing cold air and it is very very uncomfortably cold in there. I had to leave and go somewhere else for half an hour while my clothes were washing which I never had to do before.

It is 10 minutes from my hotel. And all I can say is, if I ever need to use a laundromat again, I wish I could come here. Clean, clean is an understatement. Friendly attendants. Shout out to Ms. Lori! The only time i saw her pause in cleaning was to help a customer. She swept, cleaned folding counters, wiped out the washer doors, and cleaned out lint traps. And all with a smile and looks to see if she was needed. I had extra on my card and leftover detergent and softener. I let Ms. Lori know and she immediately said, I'll give it to charity.
