He charged $90 for a service call to look at it and provide an estimate, so we felt compelled to use him for the repair. It took him weeks to get around to completing the repair. Many delays. After the "repair" he did not reassembled the microwave correctly and is bent and damaged by him when he was repairing it. Screws missing, falling apart. It's a complete mess and I wonder if it is really repaired. I would not trust this person. Avoid this technician at all costs!

The burner sometimes had to be lit and he decided to look at it and actually broke it!! I should have been more forceful with him and gotten him to take some responsibility for it. But the real problem is of course, is the fact that I am in the same boat as before he came here. He first fixed something, who knows what, and told me my problem was solved, for around $360. After he left, I realized, no it's not fixed. He came back, charged another $340, saying it was something different. This was around the holidays and all I wanted was a fixed stove. AND, I had told him that I was on a really strict budget due to a health situation. I paid it, thinking I could have purchased a new stove for what this cost!! I think that's why he does it that, in two trips, so you don't say no, I'll just buy a new stove. I would NEVER recommend this guy to anyone. He obviously does not possess a conscience.

They came out and only partially filled our tank, and then when we ran out during an emergency, they abandoned us -- in the middle of a freeze, with a child in the home. What followed was unbelievable. I made five separate calls over the last two days (yesterday and today) trying to get help. Three different times, we were promised** someone would come out. Three promises. Zero follow-through. Instead, we got nothing but delays, excuses, and the runaround while our home was without heat during dangerous weather. And after all of that, they finally told us we were on a 10-day wait list -- during a FREEZE EMERGENCY. This is not just poor customer service.
