There is a $75 charge to come and take a look, and with parts and labor is still cheaper and more worthwhile to repair than get new appliances. Side note- we have been the only owners for them, so we know where they have been and what they have done. He is quick and also provides tips on how to keep your appliances in good condition. He even brought me dishwasher pod samples a few years ago and I still use that brand to this day.
