I called Brian on a Friday and briefly described the problem. He gave me a quote, and we set an appointment for the next day. Brian ran a few tests and was able to diagnose the issue. The final price was as quoted and the whole experience was very smooth. He fixed my issue and even tried to help with a plumbing problem affecting the washer that I didn't even know I had. He went above and beyond, and now I have a working washer. I highly recommend giving him a call!

Instead of rescheduling--even for an extra charge--he was already furious, refused to come back, and claimed he knocked on the door (though I was right there and heard nothing). Despite my apology, he refused to finish the job. They kept the full payment without providing the service.
