First week I had it, I noticed the transmission slipping. Fine they took it and swapped out the transmission torque converter that was causing the problem. Finally get it back out of the shop just for the next day it not to start and strand me at the store. Have it towed to the shop and the starter harness was damaged when they replaced the torque converter and rigged it up and said nothing about it. They said they fixed it but nope just rigged it again to get me out of the shop. Next, no AC. Took it to the shop to see why the AC wasn't working and the ac compressor just fell apart as the cover was taken off. Asked if they would fix it and if course it was no. So I paid for that to get fixed. And here I sit again stranded at the gas station because it won't start. Save yourself money and time and purchase else where. This vehicle has spent more time in the shop than I have been able to drive it. Not impressed at all. If they had completed a proper inspection these items would have been easily identified and maybe repaired before purchased or at least disclosed so I knew what I was getting... however that's not how it happened.

The only problem I had was the price was firm and I wasn't able to get them negotiated down any at all. But it was a good price. Highly recommend this dealer if your in the area.

Granted, I didn't notice multiple issues including oil leak, warped rotors, front end noise, and backup camera not functioning. Took the truck back maybe 4 times for warranty service and their auto shop consistently disappointed. They are the definition of parts changers instead of real mechanics. Thought they fixed oil leak (wasn't the gasket, cracked valve cover), they "couldn't find" front end clunking noise (clear as day over bumps), they replaced front brakes (rears were the ones causing the shaking). They replaced the backup camera (still didn't fix the issue). If you buy a car here, have it inspected. They MOVE cars like they're hot cakes and in my experience, they often overlook details. I 100% recommend Andrew Getty but not their service department.

I say this to explain that we love the company. Now let me explain why we love this dealer. First, and foremost, their service department is the best we have ever dealt with. They actively work to build a rapport and relationship with each owner, and do what they can to make the experience satisfactory. Even if you don't buy a vehicle from them, take it to them to be serviced! Now, their sales team. As I said, we've had 4 Hyundais, but only the last two have been purchased from them. Our first was not purchased due to a less than satisfactory experience with a salesperson that was not customer-centric. The second was because they did not have the specific used vehicle we wanted. Our last two vehicles, however, have been the most painless purchases we have ever made. Not only did they offer several options as far as vehicles, but the negotiation process with both vehicles was without all of the "let me check for one more discount" back-and-forth that happens at some dealers. You can quickly get them to the "This is the payment amount we want per month" and they will do everything in their power to get it there. As long as Hyundai keeps making vehicles that we are happy with, we will continue to use Extreme.

First thing he made clear was he was not going to help until I removed my social media post. I informed him when I made that post, it was removed within 24 hours so then he was willing to speak with myself and my husband. He ended the conversation with a promised return phone call. He has yet to call us back. I have reached out since via phone and email. All I want is for someone to listen to me and help me. I have been nice. I have been respectful. I have not found one helpful person within this company. I do not know what else to do at this point.

Find a different dealership…read more I drove from Kansas City to be sold a 2019 Genesis G70 that wouldn't pass inspection because all Brembo brake pads and rotors were shot. Also, the rear tires were nearly bald. With Brembo brakes being super expensive, and having to replace all 4 tires on an all-wheel drive--$3300 I had to spend for it to pass. And this was after I was told they put all their vehicles through a rigorous inspection process before they are resold and put back on the road. Seems to me this dealership practices deceptive dealings, and shouldn't be trusted with anything they say. Take your business elsewhere.
