I certainly did check the Carfax reports, & was very happy with the car-buying experience here, and my car held up well - no problems except routine maintenance down the road & wear & tear. The only downside was high interest rates due to poor credit with being in Ch13, but that can't be avoided & isn't a dealer's fault.

A little my fault on not knowing the "rules" but I don't feel that the banks do Due Diligence notifying customers that fees will be assessed to their accounts for various reasons. .05 percent interest (not 5 percent - 1/2 of a tenth of a percent) yet fees seem to be substantial. While it was still under warranty, the torque converter on my 2019 Blazer Premier started slipping,…read moreso I took it to the Chevrolet dealer Ray Dennison's in Pekin, IL. The dealer said that the recommended fix was to change the transmission fluid. This seemed to help "for awhile". Unfortunately, the torque converter is now slipping again, and the warranty period has since expired. However, Dennison's was able to convince Chevrolet to repair/replace the Torque converter since it was originally brought in when the car was still under warranty.

These guys earned my business and now I will keep the relationship up with them by taking my vehicle there for service even though it's not the closest option.
