Great service department. Toyota makes excellent cars. Best part is their waiting lounge for oil…read morechanges. Wifi connectivity and a full service coffee bar with Starbucks. I like to drop off my car for oil change, and their wifi is fast enough for me to VPN into work so I can work while I wait. Service dept saved this from being a 1-star review. Sales department is a different story. Recently purchased a new car. Beware, what features the salesman tells you will be in the car you buy, may not actually be on the car. Had several technologies promised would be in the car. Later discovered after the purchase that several of the features were not included. After speaking with the General Manager (nothing was done to rectify the situation) he informed me that this was a salesman training issue. Tip: double and triple check all the car features before signing the purchase agreement. The salesman may tell you the feature is in the car, ask for a demonstration in the car you are purchasing before you take the new car home. A customer shouldn't have to do this, but I would not trust the word of the salesmen at Toyota.

I took my 2013 Scion tC into the dealership a month ago for its 10,000 mile maintenance. When they…read morereturned my car to me, they said that it had fallen off the lift, damaging the entire driver-side side skirt. Sure enough, it was cracked near the back and dented near the front, with paint chipping off both areas. I wasn't terribly upset, however, because they said they'd have the new part in, painted, and ready to install the following week, and would even provide me with a rental vehicle while it was being worked on. Now, four weeks later, I still have a damaged car and every time I call, they continue to tell me that the part will be in "next week" and they'll contact me when I can drop my car off. This only happens, of course, when I can actually get through to the service department without getting hung up on or put on hold indefinitely. I wouldn't recommend this service shop or even the entire dealership to anyone else, especially my friends.

VERY disappointed in Green. We have bought several new vehicles over the years, but we were never…read moretreated so poorly as we recently were at Green Chevrolet. We had NEVER been to Green so we thought we would give it a try this time. The sales person (Don) insulted me as he came back with a revised offer, telling me he was actually doing us a "favor" by giving us a bit more for our trade. We walked out, went to Uftring Chevy, and were given a great deal, and treated with respect!

ASHLEY When we…read morepurchased this car we were told it had half tire life left. While bringing it in for it's first oil change we were told all 4 tires seeded replaced because the alignment was off which was ridiculous because the car hadn't been driven that much and should have been properly aligned when purchased. Then the vehicle was basically sitting for a year because I had health issues and couldn't drive. A couple months ago we got a nail in a back tire. We brought it in a couple weeks ago to have that tire replaced and was told that the other back tire (which is basically brand new) also needed replaced because of it was cupped due to bad alignment. This vehicle hasn't been driven hardly at all so it wasn't from normal usage. This car has something wrong with the suspension or something because the tire wear IS NOT NORMAL. And now there is something wrong with the electrical system. This car is a 2019 with low mileage and we have already replaced 5 tires, NOT counting the tire that had a nail in it. Now it is sitting in our garage with the check engine light on and will not start. This is a 2019 Jeep Compass that we paid around $25,000 for less than 2 years ago. It's a lemon. We have put around 8500 miles on this car since October 2023 And I never said we spent $10,000 on repairs. I said that is what we will be out if we trade it in because the trade in value is low.

I bought a vehicle, a 2023 Chrysler Pacific, from Uftring Weston Chevrolet Cadillac on June 7,…read more2025. My salesman was Chris Goeres. I purchased an extended warranty and the GAP insurance. As I got in my vehicle on Sept. 24 and started it, it didn't turn over. The battery came on and most of the lights, air, and music all started. I then tried to turn off the vehicle to see if maybe that would work but before I could even push the button again, some of the lights, the music, and the air all turned on. The vehicles dashboard display said it was an issue with the transmission and that it was in Drive even though I couldn't even turn the shifter and the vehicle has a feature that won't allow it to be turned off while in drive. I called the dealership and talked to a technician who then transferred me to his manager Steve. I told him also what happened and he told me to try to jump the vehicle even though I expressed my concern that it wasn't the battery. I called my husband and he came and tried jumping the van. Not to my surprise the vehicle didn't start. I called the dealership back and talked to Steve who told me to have the vehicle towed to their service department. I called for Road Side Assistance through my car insurance and the vehicle was picked up and delivered. I was never contacted that my vehicle had been delivered to its destination, by the towing company or by Uftring. After about 2 hours after the vehicle had been picked up I called Uftring trying to find out if my vehicle had actually made it to the dealership. I again talked with the receptionist who could not tell me and informed me that the service department had closed. I was able to call my insurance and found out the vehicle had been delivered. The next day I had not heard anything from the dealership until I was able to take my lunch at 12:20 when I called Weston about my vehicle. It was then that Steve informed me my vehicle had since been towed again to the Uftring Chrysler Dodge Jeep without my knowledge or consent. He even apologized for not asking me more about my vehicle, and said that if he had known it was a Chrysler he wouldn't have told me to have it towed to them. I was told to contact them if they hadn't already, so I called Uftring Chrysler. He informed the technician was as able to start the vehicle and drive it into the shop. On Friday Sept. 26th at 7:54am Aaron sent me a message about what they had found out was going on and the approximate cost. On my bill it said it was my Auxillary Battery and my main battery that needed replaced. I had the usual labor costs and taxes as well. However, I was surprised to see a towing charge. I asked about it and was told it was a charge I would have to discuss with Uftring Weston. I also asked about why this was something I had to pay for when I had only bought the vehicle 3 months prior. He informed me that batteries are not apart of warranties usually but to reach out to Weston to see if they could assist in this area. On Friday Sept. 26 at 11:18am I called Uftring Weston and left a voicemail for Steve. I called again at the end of the school day at 3:37pm to talk to Steve since I hadn't heard anything yet. Again I got his voicemail and left another message. At 5:13pm I called Uftring Weston again and still no answer from Steve so I left another message. At 5:42pm I called again and the service department was closed. I asked the receptionist to let Steve know that I would be arriving as soon as possible to speak with him in person. At home I gathered all of my paperwork from the purchase on my vehicle. Going through that paperwork I have found an almost 3,000 mile difference on the vehicle on the date of purchase. The extended warranty that I purchased has towing covered up to $175 and/or 50 miles. I remember my salesman telling me that the vehicles that are on the corner of War Memorial and University are vehicles that they CAN'T sell to the public.
